The invention relates to the technical field of carton production and processing, in particular to a paperboard line pressing control system and a method thereof, wherein the paperboard line pressing control system comprises a speed control module, a paper feeding module and a line pressing module; the wire pressing module comprises a first motor and a wire pressing wheel, and an output shaft of the first motor is in transmission connection with the wire pressing wheel; the paper feeding module comprises a second motor and a paper feeding wheel, and an output shaft of the second motor is in transmission connection with the paper feeding wheel; the speed control module is used for controlling the rotating speeds of the first motor and the second motor; therefore, the paper feeding wheel feeds paper at a constant speed, the line pressing distance is adjusted by controlling the rotating speed of the line pressing wheel, and the line pressing distance is adjusted by controlling the rotating speed of the line pressing wheel, so that the interval regulation and control of two lines during line pressing are realized.

Background
With the rapid development of society, the living standard of people is gradually improved, and the production and processing flow of the paper box as a daily necessity which is very common in the life of people is continuously improved. Among the conventional cartons, corrugated paper is the most common carton material, has the characteristics of light weight, low price, difficult bending and deformation, recyclability and the like, and is very convenient for people to use. However, in the existing paperboard line pressing mechanism, the distance between each line touching mold on the line pressing wheel is fixed, and the two lines with the interval larger than the arc length between the line touching molds can be difficult to realize when needing to be pressed, so that a paperboard line pressing system capable of intelligently regulating and controlling the interval between the two lines during line pressing is urgently needed.

The basic scheme provided by the invention is as follows: the paperboard line pressing control system comprises a speed control module, a paper feeding module and a line pressing module;
the wire pressing module comprises a first motor and a wire pressing wheel, and an output shaft of the first motor is in transmission connection with the wire pressing wheel; the paper feeding module comprises a second motor and a paper feeding wheel, and an output shaft of the second motor is in transmission connection with the paper feeding wheel;
the speed control module is used for controlling the rotating speeds of the first motor and the second motor; thereby making the feed roller form a paper feed at the uniform velocity to adjust the line ball distance through controlling the rotational speed of fabric wheel.
The principle and the advantages of the invention are as follows: in the existing paperboard line pressing system, the distance of each line pressing die on the line pressing wheel is fixed, and the distance of the pressed lines on the paperboard is changed according to requirements, so the scheme adjusts the line pressing distance by controlling the rotating speed of the line pressing wheel; because the paper feeding wheel feeds paper at a constant speed, when a user needs to press two lines with an interval larger than the interval between the line pressing dies, after the first line is pressed, the speed control module controls the first motor to reduce the speed, and then when the second line is pressed, the interval between the two lines can be lengthened; on the contrary, when a user needs to press two lines with the interval smaller than that of the line pressing die, after the first line is pressed, the speed control module controls the first motor to increase the speed, so that when the second line is pressed, the interval between the two lines can be shortened, and the regulation and control of the interval between the two lines during line pressing are realized.
Furthermore, two line-touching dies which are symmetrical along the axis are arranged on the surface of the wire pressing wheel along the axis direction.

After the paperboard enters the line pressing module, a user controls the linear speed of the line pressing wheel according to the demand of line pressing distance and the predicted line pressing result, and when the line pressing distance is the same as the arc length distance between two line touching molds on the line pressing wheel, the first motor rotates at a constant speed; when the wire pressing distance is larger than the arc length distance of two wire touching molds on the wire pressing wheel, the first motor is decelerated when the first wire is pressed; when the line ball interval is less than the arc length interval of two line touching molds on the line pressing wheel, the first motor is accelerated when the first line is pressed, so that the line ball interval is intelligently regulated and controlled when the line is pressed.
