Abstract
The invention discloses a segmented pre-installed pipe seal cleaning protection device and a use method thereof. The invention has simple structure and convenient assembly and disassembly, not only reduces the ship construction cost, but also improves the sealing efficiency of the segmented preassembled pipe.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of ship construction, in particular to a segmented pre-assembled pipe seal cleaning and protecting device and a using method thereof.
Background
The shipbuilding stage of the shipyard is mainly divided into three main production stages of manufacturing internal and external field sections, carrying a total assembly of a dock or a shipway, performing a dock mooring test and the like. In order to improve the production construction efficiency, the construction of a shipyard usually follows the construction principle of "doing as much as possible in the interior and as much as possible in the previous working procedure", so as to improve the construction effect of each parallel construction section, and mainly needs to increase the pre-outfitting efficiency of each section, reduce the production period of the total assembly of the slipway and the dock, shorten the period of the pipe installation and the equipment installation of the slipway and the dock, and the like.
At present, in order to improve the pre-outfitting efficiency of the subsections, a design department compiles subsection pre-loading tray tables of all specialties according to needs, and a tray of a piping system in each subsection pre-loading tray table is a major task. The number of the pipes of one ship is about 40 percent of the outfitting number of the whole ship, the pipes are distributed in all areas, all cabins, all layers of decks of the whole ship and all ship systems on the ship (the pipes of the traditional ship type are distributed in more than 30 ship systems, and the pipes on a special ship type can be distributed in as many as sixty and seventy ship systems), so that the number of the pipes on the ship is large, the names are various, the specifications are different, the work task of pre-installing the sectional pipe system is heavy, and the pre-installing period is very tight.
In addition, after the segment construction is completed, the pre-installed pipes and the segments need to be transported to a coating workshop for shot blasting treatment, so that the work of cleaning and protecting the seals of the pipes is very important.
At present, shipyards usually adopt two pipe sealing modes, one is that lead wires bind a sheet iron sealing plate at the pipe orifice to seal the pipe, and the other is that a plastic blank plate is adopted to seal and protect the pipe orifice.
When the lead wire is used for binding the iron sheet sealing plate on the pipe opening to seal the pipe, iron sand can enter the pipe due to the high-pressure spraying effect in the process of shot blasting and rust removing of the subsection and the pipe, and therefore the effect of the sealing mode is not ideal.
When the plastic blank plate is used for sealing and protecting the pipe, in the process of shot blasting and rust removal of the segmented pipe, the high-pressure jet easily breaks the plastic blank plate, so that iron sand enters the pipe. Meanwhile, because the plastic is combustible, and no special person is required to recover the plastic seal, a large number of plastic protective covers can be scattered on a construction site, and great potential safety hazards are brought to site fireproof safety work.
