In a push-pull production mode, strip steel of a second specification on the second coiling trolley 102 sequentially passes through the first uncoiler 201, the first straightener 301, the upper shear blade 401 of the hydraulic shear 4, the first pinch roll 28, the welder 5, the first steering pinch roll 6, the second steering pinch roll 12, the cutting shear 13, the corner shear 14, the head raising device 15, the pickling tank 16, the rinsing tank 17, the dryer 18, the second pinch roll 19, the second looper 20, the deviation-correcting pinch roll 21, the circle shear and slitter edge processing device 22, the three-roll tension roll 23, the tail-cutting shear 24, the double-pinch roll 25 and the second coiler 2602, and then is coiled into a steel coil on the second uncoiling trolley 2702.
In a push-pull production mode, the welding machine 5 does not process the strip steel of the second specification, the strip steel of the second specification does not enter the first strip storage steel equipment, the strip steel passes through the first steering pinch roll 6 and the second steering pinch roll 12 in a horizontal state, and the strip steel surface cleaning equipment processes the surface of the strip steel of the second specification.
In the process of switching from the continuous production mode to the push-pull production mode, the cutting scissors 13 cut off the strip steel of the first specification, and a section of the strip steel of the first specification is stored in the first strip steel storage device; in the process of switching from the push-pull production mode to the continuous production mode, the welding machine 5 welds the strip steel of the first specification outside (i.e. new or next) the first strip steel storage equipment and a section (about 50m) of the strip steel of the first specification stored in the first strip steel storage equipment into a whole from head to tail.
The strip steel enters a second loop device 20 (pit type loop) after being discharged from a pickling tank 16, a rinsing tank 17 and a dryer 18 in a continuous production mode or a push-pull production mode, and the pit type loop has the function of ensuring that a process section does not stop when the strip steel is reeled and cut off at an outlet and the process is stopped, so that the pickling quality of the strip steel is ensured. After passing through the pit type loop, the strip steel sequentially enters a circle shear and scrap edge processing device 22, a three-roller tension roller 23, a tail cutting shear 24 and a double-nip roller 25, and finally the coiling of the strip steel is completed by a coiling machine 26 and the coil unloading is completed by a coil unloading trolley 27.
The push-pull and continuous dual-purpose strip steel surface cleaning production line and the cleaning method thereof are characterized in that:
1. the welded strip steel enters a first loop device 10 (horizontal loop) through a lower channel for continuous production; the unwelded strip steel is kept in a horizontal state through the upper channel to carry out push-pull type production.
2. The cutting scissors 13 are arranged outside the outlet of the first strip steel storage device, when the continuous mode needs to be switched to the push-pull mode, the cutting scissors 13 cut off the strip steel, a section of strip steel with the length of about 50m is reserved in the first looping device 10 and serves as a traction belt, and when the push-pull mode of the follow-up strip steel is switched to the continuous mode, the traction belt retreats to the welding machine and is welded with the next section of steel coil, so that the trouble that the strip steel penetrates through the first looping device 10 when the production mode is switched is eliminated.
3. The inlet is provided with double uncoilers (a first uncoiler 201 and a second uncoiler 202), the inlet downtime during welding is reduced,
4. the outlet is provided with double pinch rolls 25 which provide certain back tension and ensure the coiling effect of the thick strip steel.
5. The outlet is provided with double recoiling machines (a first recoiling machine 2601 and a second recoiling machine 2602), so that the coil discharging operation time of the outlet is reduced, and the production efficiency is improved.
A first steering pinch roll 6, a second steering pinch roll 12, a first strip steel storage device and a cutting shear 13 are arranged behind a welding machine 5, flexible switching of production modes of a push-pull type continuous unit can be achieved, a section of strip steel with the length of about 50m is reserved in a first loop device 10 (a horizontal loop), and the problem that strip threading is difficult in the horizontal loop when the production modes are switched is solved.
In the present invention, the number of the unwinders 2 at the entrance may be one or two; the outlet area of the coiler 26 can be one or two. The strip steel of the first specification and the strip steel of the second specification can be distinguished by thickness, for example, the thickness of the strip steel of the first specification is 0.8mm-6mm, namely, greater than or equal to 0.8mm and less than or equal to 6 mm; the thickness of the strip steel with the second specification is 6mm-12.7mm, namely, the thickness is more than 6mm and less than or equal to 12.7 mm.
The specific production mode selection is not limited to the thickness of the strip steel, and other thickness selections can be adopted; meanwhile, the production mode can be selected according to the variety of the strip steel material. For example, the strip steel of the first specification is made of common steel and is selected for continuous production; the strip steel of the second specification is made of high-quality steel or silicon steel and the like, and push-pull production is selected. In other words, the strip of the first specification and the strip of the second specification can also be distinguished by composition or mechanical properties, for example, the bending strength of the strip of the first specification is less than the bending strength of the strip of the second specification. The strip steel of the first specification may be a strip steel suitable for an existing continuous production mode, and the strip steel of the second specification may be a strip steel suitable for an existing push-pull production mode.
For convenience of understanding and description, the absolute positional relationship is used in the present invention for expression, and in this case, the orientation word "up" indicates an upper direction in fig. 1, the orientation word "down" indicates a lower direction in fig. 1, the orientation word "front" indicates a right direction in fig. 1, and the orientation word "rear" indicates a left direction in fig. 1, unless otherwise specified. The present invention has been described in terms of the viewing angle of the reader or operator, but the above directional terms should not be construed or interpreted as limiting the scope of the present invention.
The above description is only exemplary of the invention and should not be taken as limiting the scope of the invention, so that the invention is intended to cover all modifications and equivalents of the embodiments described herein. In addition, the technical features and the technical schemes, and the technical schemes can be freely combined and used.

The push-pull and continuous dual-purpose strip steel surface cleaning production line is characterized by comprising a welding machine (5), a first steering pinch roll (6), a first strip steel storage device, a second steering pinch roll (12), a cutting shear (13) and strip steel surface cleaning equipment which are sequentially arranged along the working direction of the push-pull and continuous dual-purpose strip steel surface cleaning production line; the first strip storage steel equipment comprises a first tension roller (7), a first deviation rectifying single roller (8), a first loop device (10), a second deviation rectifying single roller (9) and a second tension roller (11) which are sequentially arranged.

The push-pull and continuous dual-purpose strip steel surface cleaning production line as claimed in claim 1, wherein an upper coiling trolley (1), an uncoiler (2), a straightener (3) and a hydraulic shear (4) are arranged at the upstream of the welding machine (5), and the upper coiling trolley (1), the uncoiler (2), the straightener (3) and the hydraulic shear (4) are sequentially arranged along the working direction of the push-pull and continuous dual-purpose strip steel surface cleaning production line.

The push-pull and continuous dual-purpose strip steel surface cleaning production line as claimed in claim 1, wherein the hydraulic shears (4) are double-layer hydraulic shears, the hydraulic shears (4) comprise an upper shearing edge (401) and a lower shearing edge (402) which are arranged at an upper-lower interval, the upper coiling trolley (1) comprises a first upper coiling trolley (101) and a second upper coiling trolley (102), the uncoiler (2) comprises a first uncoiler (201) and a second uncoiler (202), the straightener (3) comprises a first straightener (301) and a second straightener (302), the first upper coiling trolley (101), the first uncoiler (201) and the first straightener (301) are sequentially located at the upstream of the upper shearing edge (401), and the second upper coiling trolley (102), the second uncoiler (202) and the second straightener (302) are sequentially located at the upstream of the lower shearing edge (402).

The strip steel surface cleaning production line for push-pull and continuous dual use according to claim 3, characterized in that a first pinch roll (28) is provided between the lower shear blade (402) and the welding machine (5), and a third steering pinch roll (29) is provided between the upper shear blade (401) and the first pinch roll (28) in the working direction of the strip steel surface cleaning production line for push-pull and continuous dual use.
5. Push-pull and continuous dual-purpose strip steel surface cleaning line according to claim 1, characterized in that the first looper (10) is a horizontal looper.

The push-pull and continuous dual-purpose strip steel surface cleaning production line as claimed in claim 1, wherein the strip steel surface cleaning equipment comprises a pickling tank (16), a rinsing tank (17) and a dryer (18) which are arranged in sequence along the working direction of the push-pull and continuous dual-purpose strip steel surface cleaning production line;
or the strip steel surface cleaning equipment comprises a shot blasting descaling machine.

The strip steel surface cleaning production line with the dual purposes of push-pull and continuous as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that along the working direction of the strip steel surface cleaning production line with the dual purposes of push-pull and continuous, a corner cutting shear (14) and a head raising device (15) are sequentially arranged between a cutting shear (13) and the strip steel surface cleaning equipment, and a second pinch roll (19), a second loop device (20), a deviation correcting pinch roll (21), a circle shear and scrap edge processing device (22), a three-roll tension roll (23), a tail cutting shear (24) and a double-pinch roll (25) are sequentially arranged at the downstream of the strip steel surface cleaning equipment.

The strip steel surface cleaning production line with the push-pull and continuous dual purposes as claimed in claim 7 is characterized in that a coiling machine (26) and a coil stripping trolley (27) are sequentially arranged at the downstream of the double pinch roll (25), the coiling machine (26) comprises a first coiling machine (2601) and a second coiling machine (2602), the coil stripping trolley (27) comprises a first coil stripping trolley (2701) and a second coil stripping trolley (2702), the first coiling machine (2601) is arranged corresponding to the first coil stripping trolley (2701), and the second coiling machine (2602) is arranged corresponding to the second coil stripping trolley (2702).

A push-pull and continuous dual-purpose strip steel surface cleaning method is characterized in that the push-pull and continuous dual-purpose strip steel surface cleaning method adopts the push-pull and continuous dual-purpose strip steel surface cleaning production line of claim 1, and the push-pull and continuous dual-purpose strip steel surface cleaning method comprises the following steps:
in a continuous production mode, strip steel of a first specification sequentially passes through a welding machine (5), a first steering pinch roll (6), first strip steel storage equipment, a second steering pinch roll (12), a cutting shear (13) and strip steel surface cleaning equipment, and the welding machine (5) welds two adjacent strip steel of the first specification end to end into a whole;
under the push-pull type production mode, strip steel of a second specification sequentially passes through a welding machine (5), a first steering pinch roll (6), a second steering pinch roll (12), a cutting shear (13) and strip steel surface cleaning equipment, and the strip steel of the second specification does not enter the first strip steel storage equipment.
