1. A multi-functional portable anti-virus device, comprising:

the fixing frame (6) is arranged on the outer side of the device shell (1), rotating rods (7) are rotatably connected to the inner portions of two sides of the fixing frame (6), a connecting rod (8) is installed at the other end of each rotating rod (7), elastic bands (9) are installed at the other ends of the connecting rods (8), and magic tapes (10) are installed at the other ends of the elastic bands (9);
the rotating block (11), the rotating block (11) is arranged on the outer side of the rotating rod (7), the two sides of the fixing frame (6) are provided with through openings matched with the rotating block (11), the rotating block (11) is embedded in the through openings, and the bottom of the rotating block (11) and the outer side of the rotating rod (7) are provided with gaskets (12).
