本发明公开了一种血管内异物捕获及导管输送用微导丝,包括:外导丝及内导丝,所述外导丝一端固定连接操控手柄,所述外导丝另一端接触不固定连接头端外导丝,所述外导丝内侧滑动放置内导丝,所述内导丝靠近头端外导丝端设有环绕段。提供一种可人为控制微导丝柔软远端成袢的技术,可以更加容易通过异物到达远端目标位置并且取出异物的微导丝。同时还能在远端成袢后使导丝紧贴于血管壁,从而提供一定支撑力,便于微导管顺利到达远端目标位置。

一种血管内异物捕获及导管输送用微导丝
技术领域
本发明涉及医疗用具领域,特别涉及一种血管内异物捕获及导管输送用微导丝。
背景技术
目前血管内介入治疗被广泛用于心、脑血疾病。在治疗实践过程中,血管内异物的取出是医生经常面临的实际问题,如血管内拉栓、逃逸弹簧圈的取出等。目前临床常用的取出异物工具包括支架、球囊等,以及其他一些技巧。这些办法多有一个共性,即需要微导管穿过异物到达远端血管,然后在微导管的配合下完成异物取出。然而在较细小的血管内或遇到一些特殊的异物时,微导管穿越异物较为困难,是导致操作失败的常见原因。另外,在一些迂曲血管的动脉瘤治疗过程中,常常出现微导丝支撑力不足,导致微导管无法跨越瘤颈或突入动脉瘤内而导致手术失败甚至动脉瘤破裂造成严重不良后果。
目前常用的取出异物材料有支架、球囊等。专利网上公开发明:一种弹簧圈逃逸捕获装置,主要是将微导丝头端系于微导管头端进行逃逸弹簧圈取出。当前的多种方法多有一共性,即需要微导管通过异物到达远端血管,微导管通过异物困难是造成治疗失败的主要原因之一,目前尚未见有直接利用微导丝进行异物取出的方案。
发明内容
针对现有技术中的上述不足,本发明提供了一种血管内异物捕获及导管输送用微导丝,提供一种可人为控制微导丝柔软远端成袢的技术,可以更加容易通过异物到达远端目标位置并且取出异物的微导丝。同时还能在远端成袢后使导丝紧贴于血管壁,从而提供一定支撑力,便于微导管顺利到达远端目标位置。
为了达到上述发明目的,本发明采用的技术方案为:
一种血管内异物捕获及导管输送用微导丝,包括:外导丝及内导丝,所述外导丝一端固定连接操控手柄,所述外导丝另一端接触不固定连接头端外导丝,所述外导丝内侧滑动放置内导丝,所述内导丝靠近头端外导丝端设有环绕段。
优选地,所述环绕段位于头端外导丝与外导丝接触位置,在内导丝被抽拉时,所述内导丝可置于外导丝外侧。
本发明的有益效果为:
提供一种可人为控制微导丝柔软远端成袢的技术,可以更加容易通过异物到达远端目标位置并且取出异物的微导丝。同时还能在远端成袢后使导丝紧贴于血管壁,从而提供一定支撑力,便于微导管顺利到达远端目标位置。
解决微导管难以顺利跨越异物,导致治疗失败的问题;解决现有微导丝无法提供有效支撑,使微导管不能到达远端理想位置的问题;解决现有工具的昂贵即操作困难即失败率高的问题。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图来进一步说明本发明的具体实施方式。其中相同的零部件用相同的附图标记表示。需要说明的是,下面描述中使用的词语“前”、“后”、“左”、“右”、“上”和“下”指的是附图中的方向,词语“内”和“外”分别指的是朝向或远离特定部件几何中心的方向。
为了使本发明的内容更容易被清楚地理解,下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述。
如图1至图4所示,一种血管内异物捕获及导管输送用微导丝,包括:外导丝2及内导丝3,所述外导丝2一端固定连接操控手柄1,所述外导丝2另一端接触不固定连接头端外导丝4,所述外导丝2内侧滑动放置内导丝3,所述内导丝3靠近头端外导丝4端设有环绕段5。
所述环绕段5位于头端外导丝4与外导丝2接触位置,在内导丝3被抽拉时,所述内导丝3可置于外导丝4外侧。
外导丝2另一端接触不固定连接头端外导丝4的作用:在某些特定的情况下,外导丝被拉紧发生圈曲时,可能无法从血管内撤出,此时内导丝会被人为弄断,那么远端的袢失去内导丝的牵拉,很容易被拉出体外。
实施例1:如图2所示:微导丝的第一种用法:血管壁6内存在管内异物8(例如血栓、弹簧圈等)时,外导丝为较柔软的质地,当内导丝外抽缩短时,外导丝会在血管内发生圈曲,形成袢,贴于血管壁上,此时将内导丝和外导丝同时回抽,在微导管7处将血管异物卡紧,再一同将血管异物、内导丝、外导丝、微导管等全部拉出体外。
实施例2:如图3所示:微导丝的第二种用法:和另外一个微导丝9配合,另外一根导丝穿过本导丝的袢,两根导丝从不同的位置穿过异物,当本发明中的内导丝3和外导丝2在血管内共同形成闭合的环或者圈时,将另外一根微导丝9穿过此圈或者环,然后回撤微导丝2同时与微导管配合,微导丝9会在微导管头端被锁死,此时形成一个新的闭合环,异物被套索在环内,然后旋转导丝导管***,使异物被紧紧缠绕,同时回撤导丝及导管***,携带着异物一起被拉出体外。
实施例3:如图4所示:微导丝的第三种用法:外导丝2及内导丝3作为支撑导丝输送微导管支架导管,当内导丝3回撤时,外导丝2在血管内发生卷曲,卷曲部分与血管壁紧贴增大摩擦力,适当回撤外导丝,此时外导丝可以在血管内形成一定张力,在沿微导丝2输送微导管的过程中为微导管提供足够的支撑力,以确保微导管能顺利通过动脉瘤颈到达远端血管,避免其突入动脉瘤腔10内造成动脉瘤破裂出血,有效提高手术成功率,降低动脉瘤破裂出血等并发症。
导丝头端与导丝下部硬度不一样,头端柔软,可避免操作过程中血管损伤,下部较硬,便于操控。内导丝操控手柄与外导丝外径相同,操控手柄和外导丝可通过扭控器来控制张力;导丝纤细,记忆回弹,不易形成折角,涂层丝滑,内、外导丝在头端的连接部可解离开。

1.一种血管内异物捕获及导管输送用微导丝,其特征在于,包括:外导丝(2)及内导丝(3),
所述外导丝(2)一端固定连接操控手柄(1),所述外导丝(2)另一端接触不固定连接头端外导丝(4),所述外导丝(2)内侧滑动放置内导丝(3),所述内导丝(3)靠近头端外导丝(4)端设有环绕段(5);
所述环绕段(5)位于头端外导丝(4)与外导丝(2)接触位置,在内导丝(3)被抽拉时,所述内导丝(3)置于头端外导丝(4)外侧;
当内导丝外抽缩短时,外导丝会在血管内发生圈曲,用于在堵塞物的远端拉动堵塞物。
