As shown in fig. 2 and 6, in order to facilitate the installation of the valve seat 61 on the second pipeline 5, the valve seat 61 includes a first joint 611, a second joint 612 and a body 613, the first joint 611 and the second joint 612 are both connected to and communicated with the body 613, the second pipeline 5 includes a first sub-pipeline 51 and a second sub-pipeline 52, both ends of the first sub-pipeline 51 are respectively connected to and communicated with the liquid storage container body 41 and the second joint 612, both ends of the second sub-pipeline 52 are respectively connected to and communicated with the second inlet 72 and the first joint 611, so that the valve seat 61 and the second pipeline 5 can be quickly disassembled and assembled, and an operator can replace the damaged first sub-pipeline 51, the damaged second sub-pipeline 52 or the valve seat 61. In addition, as shown in fig. 2, the valve seat 61 may be fixedly connected to the roller brush head 2 by screws, pins, etc. to ensure structural stability of the control valve 6 itself.
Because the number of parts near the second pipeline 5 is large, the second pipeline 5 is easy to bend, so that liquid in the second pipeline 5 is easy to block and is difficult to flow, in order to solve the problem, as shown in fig. 2, the outer periphery of the second pipeline 5 is sleeved with a protection piece 8, the protection piece 8 can effectively prevent the second pipeline 5 from bending, and further, the good flowability of the liquid in the second pipeline 5 can be ensured. The protection member 8 of the present embodiment may be a spring, for example.
As shown in fig. 6, the control valve 6 further includes a reset member 63, the reset member 63 is disposed in the valve seat 61, and one end of the reset member 63 is connected to or abutted against the valve core 62 to reset the valve core 62, so that the control valve 6 is restored to the closed state, that is, the valve core 62 blocks the first sub-pipe 51 and the second sub-pipe 52. Illustratively, the return member 63 may be a spring that is capable of providing a large return force to the spool 62.
As shown in fig. 6, as a preferable scheme, the valve core 62 includes a connection portion 621 and a limiting portion 622, the spring is sleeved on the connection portion 621, and the connection portion 621 is configured to prevent the spring from bending in a compression process, so as to achieve better elastic deformation of the spring. One end of the spring abuts on the stopper 622, and the stopper 622 prevents the spring from separating from the valve body 62.
As shown in fig. 6, preferably, the control valve 6 further includes a valve cover 64, the valve cover 64 is fastened at the opening of the valve seat 61 and forms a space for accommodating the spring together with the valve seat 61, and the valve cover 64 and the valve seat 61 can prevent external impurities from entering the space for accommodating the spring, thereby ensuring normal elastic deformation of the spring. One end of the spring abuts against the stopper 622, and the other end abuts against the valve cover 64. When the valve core 62 is pulled by the rope assembly 32 and moves toward the bonnet 64, the stopper 622 compresses the spring while moving toward the bonnet 64; when the pulling rope assembly 32 is released, the spring returns to its original shape and pushes the position-limiting portion 622, so that the position-limiting portion 622 moves away from the valve cover 64, and the position-limiting portion 622 blocks the first joint 611 and the second joint 612 again. In addition, valve gap 64 and disk seat 61 threaded connection can realize the quick assembly disassembly of valve gap 64 and disk seat 61, and the operator of being convenient for is to the quick replacement of dead spring.
In addition, as shown in fig. 6, a limiting block 65 is arranged on the valve cover 64, the limiting block 65 is matched with the roller brush head 2 to prevent the valve cover 64 from being screwed off the valve seat 61, the cleaning device 100 can prevent the valve cover 64 from falling off the valve seat 61 in the using process, and the normal use of the control valve 6 is ensured. Preferably, the number of the limiting blocks 65 is two, the two limiting blocks 65 are symmetrically arranged on two sides of the valve cover 64 and located on the outer side of the rolling brush head 2, and the two limiting blocks 65 can respectively limit the clockwise rotation or the counterclockwise rotation of the valve cover 64 relative to the valve seat 61.
The structure of the pulling-up assembly 32 is described with reference to fig. 2 and 5, as shown in fig. 2, the pulling rope assembly 32 and 5 includes a fixed joint 321, a pulling rope 322, and a protective sleeve 323, two ends of the protective sleeve 323 are fixed on the holding mechanism 1 through the fixed joint 321, the pulling rope 322 passes through the protective sleeve 323, one end of the pulling rope 322 is fixedly connected with the adjusting portion 312, the other end of the pulling rope 322 is fixedly connected with the valve core 62, the pulling rope 322 can be prevented from being broken by external force by the protective sleeve 323, and the protective sleeve 323 can achieve a good protective effect on the pulling rope 322. Illustratively, the fixing structure 321 can be detachably connected to the holding mechanism 1 by screws, pins, etc., so as to facilitate replacement and detachment of the pulling rope assembly 32 by an operator.
Preferably, the valve spool 62 is removably connected to the pull-cord assembly 32 to facilitate replacement of the valve spool 62 or the pull-cord assembly 32. Specifically, as shown in fig. 7, the pull rope assembly 32 further includes a fixing terminal 324, the fixing terminal 324 is fixedly connected to the pull rope 322, the connecting portion 621 is provided with a first slot 6211 and a second slot 6212, the end of the second slot 6212 away from the first slot 6211 is communicated with the outside of the connecting portion 621, the width of the first slot 6211 is greater than the maximum size of the fixing terminal 324, the maximum size of the fixing terminal 324 is greater than the width of the second slot 6212, and the pull rope 322 is disposed in the second slot 6212. The operator can place the fixed terminal 324 into the first slot 6211, and the fixed terminal 324 is engaged with the second slot 6212, so as to fix the pull-string assembly 32 and the valve core 62.
The operation of the cleaning device 100 will be described with reference to fig. 2, 4, 5 and 6:
as shown in fig. 2 and 6, when the operator does not apply a force to the adjustment portion 312, the reset member 63 resets the valve body 62 so as to disconnect the second pipe line 5 from the three-way pipe 7, and at this time, only the clean water introduced from the tap water quick connector 9 can be discharged from the nozzle branch pipe 212.
As shown in fig. 2, 4 and 5, when the operator rotates the adjusting portion 312 counterclockwise, the adjusting portion 312 drives the pull rope 322 to pull the valve core 62 upward, so that the second pipeline 5 is communicated with the three-way pipe 7, the detergent in the liquid storage container 4 is sucked into the three-way pipe 7 through siphonage, and the detergent and the clean water are mixed in the three-way pipe 7 and then are sprayed out from the nozzle branch pipeline 212, so that the dirty and hard-to-treat position can be cleaned.

Claims (8)

1. A cleaning device, comprising:
the holding mechanism (1) comprises a connecting rod and a handle;
the rolling brush head (2), the handle and the rolling brush head (2) are arranged at the upper end and the lower end of the connecting rod, the rolling brush head (2) comprises a shell, a rolling brush and a driving motor, and the shell is connected to the lower end of the connecting rod;
the first pipeline (10) is configured to be filled with a first liquid with pressure, and one end of the first pipeline (10) is communicated with the tap water quick connector (9) so that the first pipeline (10) is connected with the first liquid of a tap water pipe;
a nozzle (21) communicating with the other end of the first pipe (10);
a liquid reservoir (4) and a second line (5), the liquid reservoir (4) being configured to store a second liquid, the liquid reservoir (4) being connected to the first line (10) via the second line (5), the liquid reservoir (4) being integrated in the housing; and
a control valve (6) arranged on the second pipeline (5) so that the second pipeline (5) can be selectively communicated with the first pipeline (10);
the trigger mechanism (3) is arranged on the connecting rod and comprises a trigger (31), the trigger (31) comprises a pull rope assembly (32), one end of the pull rope assembly (32) is connected with an adjusting part (312) of the trigger (31), and the other end of the pull rope assembly (32) is connected with a valve core (62) of the control valve (6), so that the adjusting part (312) is pulled to control the opening of the control valve (6);
a tee (7) comprising a first inlet (71), a second inlet (72) and an outlet (73) which are communicated with each other, said first inlet (71) being communicated with said first pipeline (10), said second inlet (72) being communicated with said second pipeline (5), said outlet (73) being communicated with said nozzle (21); a first through hole (74) penetrating through the first inlet (71) and the outlet (73) is formed in the three-way pipe (7), and a second through hole (721) communicating the first through hole (74) with the second pipeline (5) is formed in the second inlet (72);
the cross sectional areas of the communication positions of the first through hole (74) and the second through hole (721) are smaller than the cross sectional areas of two ends of the first through hole (74), and the liquid storage container (4) is communicated with the outside;
when the second pipeline (5) is communicated with the first pipeline (10), the second liquid in the liquid storage container (4) is sucked into the three-way pipe (7) through the second through hole (721) through the siphonage phenomenon and flows out to the nozzle from the outlet (73) of the first through hole (74) along with the first liquid from the outlet (73) of the first through hole (74).
2. The cleaning device according to claim 1, wherein a ratio of a cross-sectional area of both ends of the first through-hole (74) to a cross-sectional area of a position where the first through-hole (74) communicates with the second through-hole (721) is 5 to 10.
3. The cleaning device according to claim 2, wherein a ratio of a cross-sectional area of both ends of the first through-hole (74) to a cross-sectional area of a position where the first through-hole (74) communicates with the second through-hole (721) is 8.5.
4. A cleaning device according to claim 1, wherein the reservoir (4) comprises:
the liquid storage container body (41) is communicated with the second pipeline (5); and
a one-way valve (42) provided on the reservoir body (41) and configured to allow only gas outside the reservoir body (41) to enter the interior of the reservoir body (41).
5. The cleaning device according to claim 4, wherein the trigger (31) further comprises a mounting portion (311) and an adjusting portion (312), the mounting portion (311) is arranged on the holding mechanism (1), and the adjusting portion (312) is pivoted with the mounting portion (311);
the control valve (6) comprises a valve seat (61) and the valve core (62), and the valve seat (61) is arranged on the second pipeline (5).
6. The cleaning apparatus of claim 5, wherein the valve cartridge (62) is removably connected to the pull-cord assembly (32).
7. The cleaning device according to claim 5, characterized in that the control valve (6) further comprises:
a reset member (63) disposed in the valve seat (61), one end of the reset member (63) being connected to or abutting against the valve element (62) so as to be configured to reset the valve element (62) so as to place the control valve (6) in a closed state.
8. Cleaning device according to any one of claims 1-4, characterized in that the second conduit (5) is peripherally sheathed with a protection (8).
