Abstract
The automatic demolding and cutting equipment comprises a conveying mechanism, a demolding mechanism and a cutting mechanism, wherein the demolding mechanism and the cutting mechanism are arranged on the conveying mechanism, and the cutting mechanism comprises a servo motor and a cutting knife fixedly connected with a conveying shaft of the servo motor; the demolding mechanism comprises a fixing plate, an inner guide rod fixed at the bottom of the fixing plate and a demolding knife fixed on the fixing plate; and the cutting edge of the demoulding knife is positioned in the inner guide rod, so that the inner guide rod can be inserted into the sausage to separate meat from a film in the sausage, and the outer film of the sausage is broken and removed by the cutting edge of the demoulding knife, so that the demoulding of sausage food is realized.

Technical Field
The application relates to the field of food processing production, in particular to automatic demolding and cutting equipment.
Background
The sausage food is deeply favored by people because of unique flavor, and is firstly processed into long sausage food through a sausage filling machine in the processing process, the sausage food is steamed and then is subjected to cutting processing and frozen packaging after the cutting processing, but a plastic film for sausage needs to be torn off before cutting, and the existing film tearing mode is usually manual film tearing, so that the labor cost is increased, the production efficiency is lower, and the problem of sanitary safety risk exists.
Disclosure of Invention
The application aims to solve the technical problems of increased labor cost, lower production efficiency and sanitary and safety risks by providing automatic demolding and cutting equipment to replace the traditional manual demolding production mode.

the conveying mechanism comprises a first conveying belt, a second conveying belt and a third conveying belt, wherein the demolding mechanism is arranged on the first conveying belt, and the cutting mechanism is arranged above the second conveying belt and the third conveying belt.

When the sausage 5 conveyed from the first conveyor belt 1 is conveyed to the demoulding mechanism during demoulding of the demoulding mechanism, firstly, the inner guide rod 12 with a U-shaped structure is inserted into the sausage 5 to separate meat from an outer film of the sausage 5, and meanwhile, one end of the inner guide rod 12, which is far away from the convex block 14, is in an upward inclined shape, so that the outer film of the sausage 5 can be further separated; at this time, the outer guide rod 15 above the inner guide rod 12 is positioned on the outer surface of the outer film of the enema 5 and is in contact with the outer surface of the outer film, and the outer film of the enema 5 can be smoothly arranged between the inner guide rod 12 and the outer guide rod 15 by the arrangement of the inner guide rod 12 and the outer guide rod 15, and then the enema 5 is conveyed from right to left by the conveying mechanism, so that the outer film of the enema 5 is cut by the film removing knife 13 in the conveying process of the enema 5 to realize film removing of the enema 5.
Further as shown in fig. 5, the cutting mechanism comprises a servo motor 21 and a cutting knife 22, wherein the servo motor 21 is fixedly arranged above the second conveyor belt 2 through a supporting frame, and the cutting knife 22 is fixedly arranged on an output shaft of the servo motor 21, so that the cutting knife 22 is driven to rotate through the servo motor 21, and then the sausage 5 on the second conveyor belt 2 is cut off according to a specified size.
Further as shown, the cutting blade 22 is an arcuate cutting blade.
Example 2
The present embodiment is different from embodiment 1 in that a slide rail is further provided on the first conveyor belt 1, and the film removing mechanism is slidably provided on the slide rail, so that the film removing mechanism can perform film removing treatment on the enema 5 under the condition that the enema 5 is not moving through the sliding of the film removing mechanism on the slide rail.
