Those skilled in the art will appreciate that the configuration shown in fig. 1 does not constitute a limitation of a Token-based electronic prescription flowing apparatus for an intelligent contract, and may include more or fewer components than those shown, or some components in combination, or a different arrangement of components.
An embodiment of the present invention provides a Token-based electronic prescription circulation method based on an intelligent contract, and referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a schematic flow diagram of a first embodiment of the Token-based electronic prescription circulation method based on an intelligent contract, which is applied to a pharmacy node.
In this embodiment, the method for Token-based electronic prescription transfer based on an intelligent contract is used for a pharmacy node, and includes the following steps:
step S110, receiving a request for use of the electronic prescription, and acquiring drug transfer information.
Specifically, the usage request of the electronic prescription is a usage request of the electronic prescription received by the pharmacy node, and the usage request of the electronic prescription comprises drug transfer information transferred by the electronic prescription. In practical application, the patient node is a sending node for a use request of an electronic prescription, the pharmacy node is a receiving node for receiving the use request of the electronic prescription, and the pharmacy node can obtain the corresponding electronic prescription according to the use request after receiving the use request of the electronic prescription. The receiving device of the receiving node may be various types of electronic devices such as a mobile phone, a tablet computer, or a wearable device, which is not limited in this embodiment.
The method comprises the steps that drug transfer information comprises a target prescription token and a target drug token of the target prescription token, namely after a pharmacy node receives a use request of an electronic prescription, the drug transfer information is obtained, and transfer processing is conducted on the electronic prescription by means of the target prescription token in the drug transfer information and the target drug token of the target prescription token, so that transfer of the drug token between a patient node and a pharmacy node is achieved.
It should be noted that, in the present embodiment, the electronic prescription is added by the doctor node and transferred to the patient node by the doctor node, the electronic prescription includes a prescription token and a medicine token of the prescription token, the medicine token is a token for the doctor to prescribe a medicine for the patient node corresponding to the patient, the prescription token is a token for the doctor to prescribe a prescription for the patient node corresponding to the patient, and the prescription records prescription information including prescription ID, diagnosis information, prescription status, medicine list, medicine information, addition information, and transaction information.
The electronic prescription is transferred by using the target prescription token in the drug transfer information and the target drug token of the target prescription token, so that the transfer of the drug token between the patient node and the pharmacy node is realized.
And step S120, calling a first judgment logic of the prescription intelligent contract statement, and judging whether the electronic prescription has a target prescription token.
Specifically, the prescription intelligent contract is an intelligent contract which is preset at each node of the block chain and is used for processing a prescription token, and first judgment logic declared by the prescription intelligent contract is invoked to judge whether the electronic prescription has a target prescription token, the electronic prescription is a corresponding electronic prescription acquired by a pharmacy node according to a use request of the electronic prescription, the electronic prescription is also an electronic prescription sent by a doctor node received by a patient node, the patient node sends the use request of the electronic prescription to the pharmacy node according to the electronic prescription, and the pharmacy node realizes transfer of a medicine token according to the use request.
It should be noted that, the first judgment logic of the prescription intelligent contract statement is used to judge whether the electronic prescription has a target prescription token, and if the electronic prescription does not have the target prescription token in the drug transfer information, it indicates that all the drug tokens in the target prescription token have been transferred and the target prescription token has been checked and is unavailable, that is, the patient node cannot transfer the drug corresponding to the target prescription token to the pharmacy node according to the request for using the electronic prescription.
It is easy to understand that after a target prescription token corresponding to a use request of an electronic prescription is obtained, whether the electronic prescription has a target prescription token or not is judged based on a first judgment logic stated by a prescription intelligent contract, namely whether the prescription token in the electronic prescription of a patient node has the target prescription token requested for transfer is judged, and only when the prescription token in the electronic prescription has the target prescription token, transfer is performed on a medicine token in the target prescription token, so that the situations that the patient purchases medicines for many times and the pharmacy does not have the prescription to sell the medicines are avoided, and the supervision of the prescription and the medicines is greatly improved.
Step S130, if the electronic prescription has the target prescription token, transferring the target drug token in the target prescription token to the pharmacy node.
Specifically, if the electronic prescription has a target prescription token in the drug transfer information, it indicates that a drug token without transfer exists in the target prescription token, that is, the drug in the electronic prescription corresponding to the patient node has not been completed in a transaction. At the moment, the pharmacy node requests to transfer the target drug token in the target prescription token to the pharmacy node, and the transfer process of the target drug token is completed.
It should be noted that, in order to ensure that the target drug token is not repeatedly transferred by the patient node in each transfer process, the corresponding target drug token needs to be transferred to the pharmacy node every time the target drug token is transferred, whether the target prescription token where the target drug token is located still has the drug token is judged after the transfer, and if the target prescription token does not have the drug token, the target prescription token is verified and cancelled, so that the patient node does not have the corresponding target drug token in the electronic prescription during the next drug transfer, and the possibility that the patient purchases the drug for many times is avoided.
In the embodiment, a Token-based electronic prescription circulation method based on an intelligent contract is provided, and the method is used for a pharmacy node and is used for acquiring drug transfer information according to a use request of an electronic prescription; calling a first judgment logic of a prescription intelligent contract statement to judge whether the electronic prescription has a target prescription token; if the electronic prescription has the target prescription token, transferring the target drug token in the target prescription token to the pharmacy node. In the embodiment, the block chain is utilized, the corresponding target drug token is transferred to the pharmacy node according to the obtained using request of the electronic prescription, the circulation transaction of the drug token and the prescription token among the doctor node, the patient node and the pharmacy node is realized, the authenticity of the electronic prescription is ensured, the circulation efficiency of the electronic prescription is improved, the traceability is provided for the transaction of the drug, and the efficient supervision in the circulation process of the electronic prescription is realized.
For convenience of understanding, referring to fig. 3, fig. 3 is a schematic flow chart of a second embodiment of the intelligent contract-based Token-based electronic prescription forwarding method for a pharmacy node according to the present invention. Based on the first embodiment that the Token-based electronic prescription streaming method based on the intelligent contract shown in fig. 2 is applied to a pharmacy node, this embodiment provides a specific implementation scheme for transferring a target drug Token in a target prescription Token to the pharmacy node if the electronic prescription has the target prescription Token, which is specifically as follows:
step S131, if the electronic prescription has the target prescription token, determining whether the target medicine token of the target prescription token is in a tradable state.
It should be noted that, when transferring the target drug token of the target prescription token to the pharmacy node, it is also necessary to determine whether the target drug token of the target prescription token is in a tradable state, where the tradable state is that the number of the target drug tokens is legal and has not been used yet. If the number of the target medicine tokens of the target prescription token is legal and exists, the medicine corresponding to the target medicine token is judged not to be obtained by the patient node transaction.
It is easy to understand that, whether the target drug token of the target prescription token is in a tradable state or not is judged, whether the target prescription token exists or not is searched in the target prescription token according to the target prescription token provided by the patient node by calling a prescription intelligent contract, and if the target prescription token exists and the quantity is legal, the target prescription token is in a tradable state.
And S132, if so, calling a drug processing logic declared by the intelligent drug contract, and transferring the target drug token to the pharmacy node.
Specifically, in this embodiment, if there is a target prescription token in the drug transfer information in the electronic prescription, it indicates that there is a drug token that has not been transferred in the target prescription token, that is, the drug in the electronic prescription corresponding to the patient node has not been completed in the transaction. And meanwhile, the target medicine token of the target prescription token is in a transactable state, and the target medicine token is transferred to the pharmacy node.
It should be noted that, the drug processing logic of the drug intelligent contract statement is used for transferring the drug token, that is, transferring the drug token from one user node to another user node.
In this embodiment, a specific implementation is provided for transferring the target drug token in the target prescription token to the pharmacy node if the electronic prescription has the target prescription token. And transferring the target medicine token to the pharmacy node if the target medicine token of the target prescription token is in a tradable state. The possibility that the patient purchases the medicine for many times is avoided, and the supervision effect of the electronic prescription is improved.
For convenience of understanding, an embodiment of the present invention provides a Token-based electronic prescription circulation method based on an intelligent contract, and referring to fig. 4, fig. 4 is a schematic flow diagram of a first embodiment of the Token-based electronic prescription circulation method based on an intelligent contract, which is applied to a doctor node.
In this embodiment, the Token-based electronic prescription circulation method based on the intelligent contract is used for a doctor node, and includes the following steps:
step S210, receiving a prescription generation request; wherein the prescription generation request includes personal information of a doctor.
Specifically, the prescription generation request is a request to generate an electronic prescription received by the doctor node, the request to generate the electronic prescription including personal information of the doctor. In practical application, a doctor node is a receiving node for generating a request for a prescription and is also a sending node for an electronic prescription, the electronic prescription comprises a prescription token and a medicine token sent by a doctor, and the electronic prescription is used for being sent to a patient node by the doctor node so that the patient node can transfer the medicine token according to the electronic prescription. The receiving device of the doctor node may be various types of electronic devices such as a mobile phone, a tablet computer, or a wearable device, which is not limited in this embodiment.
It is easy to understand that the doctor node judges whether the doctor has the prescription token distribution authority or not according to the received prescription generation request, and supervises the prescription qualification, thereby improving the supervision of prescription drugs.
And step S220, calling a second judgment logic of the prescription intelligent contract statement, and judging whether the doctor has the increased distribution authority or not according to the personal information.
Specifically, in this embodiment, after obtaining the personal information of the doctor in the prescription generation request, the second judgment logic declared by the prescription intelligent contract is invoked to judge whether the doctor has the authority corresponding to the electronic prescription addition, the prescription intelligent contract is an intelligent contract which is preset at each node of the blockchain and is used for processing the prescription token, and the second judgment logic declared by the prescription intelligent contract is invoked to judge whether the doctor has the authority of the electronic prescription addition, the electronic prescription is also an electronic prescription sent by the doctor node to the patient node, the patient node sends a use request of the electronic prescription to the pharmacy node according to the electronic prescription, and the pharmacy node realizes the transfer of the drug token according to the use request.
