Abstract
The invention discloses a method for constructing a business process based on a user-defined form, which comprises a management method and a management system, wherein the management method comprises the following steps of 1: presetting common business workflow, wherein the workflow comprises a flow model and a form; step 2: acquiring the category of a service process; and step 3: selecting a business process model according to the type of the business process, and carrying out self-defined modification on the business process model; and 4, step 4: selecting a form according to the type of the business process, and performing custom modification on the form; and 5: generating and releasing a built-in tool; the management system comprises a preset workflow module, a service acquisition module, a model self-defining module, a form generation module and a built-in tool module. According to the method and the device, the technical means of pushing the form and performing self-defined modification on the form are adopted, the workflow can be flexibly configured, different business requirements are met, the configuration process is intelligent and visual, the user experience is improved, and the flow configurability and the business are balanced.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of computers, in particular to a method for constructing a business process based on a user-defined form.
Background
With the widespread application of computer technology, enterprises generally adopt workflow management systems based on computer technology to manage businesses. The workflow management system defines, executes and manages the business process, coordinates information interaction in the workflow execution process and effectively promotes the completion of the business target.
Typically, a workflow is composed of forms and flows. However, the existing process management system is usually customized and developed according to enterprise requirements, and form styles are determined at the initial stage of system design and cannot be changed. When the system is on line and the form is required to be changed, the form needs to be customized and developed again, a large amount of manpower and material resource cost is consumed, the use is single, and the flexible and changeable form requirements of modern enterprises cannot be met.
Based on the method, the invention designs a method for constructing the business process based on the user-defined form so as to solve the problems.

The invention aims to provide a method for constructing a business process based on a user-defined form, which aims to solve the problem that the existing process management system provided in the background art is usually customized and developed according to enterprise requirements, the form style is determined at the initial stage of system design, and the form style cannot be changed. When the system is on line and the form is required to be changed, the form needs to be customized and developed again, a large amount of manpower and material resource cost is consumed, the use is single, and the flexible and changeable form requirement of modern enterprises cannot be met.

As a further scheme of the present invention, the step 1 presets common business workflows to collect common business workflows, stores the workflows in a preset workflow module, classifies a workflow process model according to classification standard manners such as strategic process, business process, support process, etc., and classifies form and its content by a similarity matching technology.
As a further scheme of the present invention, the step 2 is configured to acquire a natural language input by a user, determine a category of a workflow by using a text similarity matching technique, and transmit workflow category information obtained by the determination to the preset workflow module.
As a further scheme of the present invention, the step 3 is used for presetting a workflow module, pushing the category flow model to a model customization module according to the obtained workflow category information, and performing customized modification on the overall structure, node attributes, flow attributes, member permissions, and the like of the flow model.
As a further scheme of the present invention, the step 4 is used for a preset workflow module, pushing the category form list to a form generation module according to the obtained service category information, selecting a recommended form, clicking a text segment on the form, setting a field attribute and a form attribute, and simultaneously sending the field content to the preset workflow module, the preset workflow module matching similar text segments by using a text similarity matching technology according to the field content and pushing the text segment to the form generation module, and when the form is modified, the form generation module stores the form as a user-defined form.

The step 1 is to preset common business workflows, collect the common business workflows, store the workflows in a preset workflow module, classify the workflow process model according to classification standard modes such as strategic process, business process, support process and the like, and classify the form and the content thereof through a similarity matching technology. And the step 2 is used for acquiring the natural language input by the user, judging the category of the workflow by using a text similarity matching technology, and transmitting the workflow category information obtained by judgment to the preset workflow module. And 3, presetting a workflow module, pushing the category flow model to a model self-defining module according to the acquired workflow category information, and performing self-defining modification on the overall structure, the node attribute, the flow attribute, the member authority and the like of the flow model. And step 4 is used for a preset workflow module, pushing the category form list to a form generation module according to the acquired service category information, clicking the text segment on the form after selecting the recommended form, setting the field attribute and the form attribute, and simultaneously sending the field content to the preset workflow module, wherein the preset workflow module matches similar text segments according to the field content by adopting a text similarity matching technology and pushes the text segment to the form generation module, and when the form is changed, the form generation module stores the form as a self-defined form. Fig. 2 is a schematic diagram of a form generation module of the method for building a business process based on a customized form according to the present invention, and as can be seen from fig. 2, the management system includes a preset workflow module, a business acquisition module, a model customization module, a form generation module, and a built-in tool module.
The preset workflow module is used for storing the workflow. The device comprises a storage unit, a processing unit, a receiving unit, a matching unit and a sending unit. The storage unit is used for storing the workflow model and the form and transmitting the model, the form or the text segment to the sending unit according to the information of the receiving unit. The processing unit is used for segmenting the form, segmenting the form according to the text segments, and delivering the segmented text segments to the storage unit for storage. And the receiving unit is used for receiving information of other modules, receiving the service type information sent by the service type acquisition module and receiving the text information sent by the form generation module. And the matching unit is used for matching similar text segments according to the text segment information sent by the form generation module. And the sending unit is used for sending the workflow, sending the workflow model to the model self-defining module and sending the form and the text segment to the form generating module.
And the service acquisition module is used for judging the service type. Comprises a front end receiving unit, a judging unit and a back end sending unit. And the front end receiving unit is used for acquiring the natural language input by the user and transmitting the acquired natural language to the judging unit. The judging unit judges what service type the received information is after receiving the information, and transmit the result of the service type to the back end sending unit. And the rear-end sending unit is used for transmitting the received judgment result to the preset workflow module.
And the model self-defining module is used for editing the workflow model. The system comprises a model acquisition unit, a model modification unit and a model sending unit. And the model acquisition unit is used for receiving the workflow model pushed by the preset workflow module. And the model modifying unit is used for modifying and editing the model arbitrarily. And the model sending unit is used for transmitting the modified model to the built-in tool module.
And the form generation module is used for editing the workflow form. The system comprises a form acquisition unit, a text segment modification unit, a text segment sending unit, a text segment receiving unit and a user-defined form generation unit. And the form acquisition unit is used for receiving the form pushed by the preset workflow module. And the text segment modification unit can carry out any modification and editing on the selected form. And the text segment sending unit is used for sending the selected text segment to the preset workflow module when a certain text segment of the form is selected. And the user-defined form generating unit is used for storing the modified and edited form and transmitting the form to the built-in tool module.
The built-in tool module is used for generating a workflow tool and comprises a receiving unit, a merging unit and a publishing unit. And the receiving unit is used for receiving the flow model sent by the model self-defining module and the form sent by the form generating module. And the merging unit is used for associating the received form and the process model into a workflow. And the issuing unit is used for issuing the workflow generated by the merging unit in the system.
In the first embodiment, the first step is,

(3) Selecting a suitable form from the pushed 'project development' form, and obtaining a recommended document list or setting field attributes and form attributes of the documents in a manner of clicking the documents. And setting the individuation of the content of the form text segment through the field attribute, and setting the layout, the display and hidden rules and the like through the form attribute.
(4) And when the flow model and the user-defined form are set, clicking a save button to obtain a 'project development' workflow tool, and releasing the tool in the system.

A method for building a business process based on a user-defined form comprises a management method and a management system, and is characterized in that the management method comprises the following steps: presetting common business workflow, wherein the workflow comprises a flow model and a form; step 2: acquiring the category of a service process; and step 3: selecting a business process model according to the category of the business process, and carrying out self-defined modification on the business process model; and 4, step 4: selecting a form according to the type of the business process, and performing custom modification on the form; and 5: generating and releasing a built-in tool; the management system comprises a preset workflow module, a service acquisition module, a model self-defining module, a form generation module and a built-in tool module.

The method for building business process based on self-defined form as claimed in claim 1, wherein the step 1 presets common business workflow as collecting common business workflow, stores the workflow in preset workflow module, classifies the workflow process model according to classification standard manner such as strategic process, business process, support process, and so on, and classifies form and its content by similarity matching technology.

The method according to claim 1, wherein the step 2 is configured to obtain a natural language input by a user, determine the category of the workflow by using a text similarity matching technique, and transmit the workflow category information obtained by the determination to the preset workflow module.

The method for building the business process based on the customized form according to claim 1, wherein the step 3 is used for presetting a workflow module, pushing the category flow model to a model customization module according to the acquired workflow category information, and performing customized modification on the overall structure, node attributes, process attributes, member permissions and the like of the flow model.
