In this embodiment, the final number of base numbers of the to-be-differentiated freight note is the number of base numbers of final confirmation of the calculation of the sub-differentiated money, and for an exception request of a freight note, an agreement of an exception object or an agreement of a system default represents that the exception message processing is finished, and the exception message should disappear from the exception processing list to indicate that the exception of the to-be-differentiated freight note is finished.
In the embodiment of the invention, the freight note objection request sent by the target network point is received, the objection amount in the freight note objection request is obtained, the objection amount in the freight note objection request is compared with the lubrication base number of the freight note to be lubricated, the comparison result is obtained, the objection object corresponding to the target network point is searched, the final lubrication base number of the freight note to be lubricated is determined based on the comparison result, the target network point and the objection object, the freight note lubrication settlement objection processing is realized, the accuracy of the lubrication settlement result is improved, the error rate is effectively reduced, unnecessary resource waste is avoided, the lubrication settlement processing is more convenient, the processing efficiency is improved, and the labor and time costs are saved.
Referring to fig. 4, a fourth embodiment of the waybill distribution settlement method according to the embodiment of the present invention includes:
step 401, determining a deduction mode of the freight note to be distributed according to the freight note information;
step 402, confirming whether the freight bill to be distributed and moistened is successfully deducted or not based on the money deduction mode of the freight bill to be distributed and moistened;
in this embodiment, the deduction mode mainly includes first receiving and then paying, and the server determines whether the freight note to be distributed is successfully deducted based on the deduction mode of the freight note to be distributed; for example, if the option "yes" is received before payment, the rule charging logic is: every morning 2: 00, starting calculation, and determining that the freight note corresponding to the rule has been successfully deducted the fee to bear the corresponding number of the divided lubrication bases, if the freight note is received first and then paid, selecting 'no', the rule charging logic is as follows: every morning 2: 00, starting calculation, and judging whether the freight note corresponding to the rule is successfully deducted to bear the corresponding number of divided lubrication bases or not without determining the freight note corresponding to the rule; therefore, if the deduction mode of the waybill to be distributed is to be collected first and then paid, it needs to be confirmed whether the waybill to be distributed is successfully deducted, step 403 is executed, and if the deduction mode of the waybill to be distributed is not to be collected first and then paid, step 403 can be directly executed to determine the settlement timeliness of the waybill to be distributed.
Step 403, if the waybill to be distributed is successfully deducted, acquiring time data in the waybill information, wherein the time data comprises pickup time and sign-in time;
step 404, judging whether the time difference between the time data in the waybill information and the current time meets the requirement or not based on the preset settlement timeliness;
and 405, if the time difference between the time data and the current time meets the preset settlement timeliness requirement, determining that the freight sheet to be distributed meets the distribution settlement requirement.
In this embodiment, the preset settlement aging may be a time period of T +1 day, T +2 days, T +3 days, T +4 days, T +5 days, T +6 days, T +7 days, etc., where T represents time data, and the time data includes a piece-collecting time and a sign-in time, that is, the settlement aging is after a piece-collecting (T days) and/or after a normal sign-in (T days);
taking T +1 after collecting as an example to explain: the system starts to calculate at 2 am every day, scans and settles according to the acquisition piece, settles yesterday acquisition piece data (for example, at 2 am 2020-10-10, the settlement date of the system is 2020-10-09, settles 2020-10-09 acquisition piece waybills);
taking the signing time period T +3 as an example for explanation: the system starts to calculate every morning 2 o 'clock, and settles the data of normal signing and settling the day before according to the normal signing and settling (for example, at the current morning 2 o' clock of No. 2020-10-10, the settlement date of the system is No. 2020-10-09, and the settlement is the waybill of 2020-10-07 normal signing and settling);
except that the settlement timeliness requirement is met, if the freight note to be distributed has initiated an objection, the freight note to be distributed does not participate in settlement before the objection is not finished, and participates in settlement the next day after the objection is finished (the timeliness requirement needs to be met), if all conditions of the freight note to be distributed are met, the freight note to be distributed is determined to meet the distribution settlement requirement, and the corresponding distribution settlement processing can be executed on the freight note to be distributed.
In the embodiment of the invention, a deduction mode of the freight note to be distributed is determined according to the freight note information, whether the freight note to be distributed is successfully deducted is determined based on the deduction mode of the freight note to be distributed, if the freight note to be distributed is successfully deducted, time data in the freight note information is obtained, the time data comprises a piece collecting time and a sign-in time, whether the time difference between the time data in the freight note information and the current time meets the requirement is judged based on the preset settlement timeliness, and if the time difference between the time data and the current time meets the preset settlement timeliness requirement, the freight note to be distributed is determined to meet the distribution settlement requirement; the method and the device realize judgment of the separate and moist settlement requirements of the freight note to be separated and moist, improve the processing efficiency and accuracy of the separate and moist settlement of the freight note, are more convenient and fast, and save labor and time cost.
Referring to fig. 5, a fifth embodiment of the waybill moistening settlement method according to the embodiment of the present invention includes:
501, acquiring a logistics mechanism to be sub-divided and sub-divided money amount;
and 502, sending the sub-moisturizing amount to a corresponding collection account of the logistics institution to be moisturized.
In this embodiment, the logistics mechanism to be distributed is one or more of a piece collecting network point, a piece sending network point and a logistics total; specifically, after the logistics mechanism to be distributed and the collection account thereof are determined, payment needs to be sent to the collection account of the logistics mechanism to be distributed and moistened according to the sub-distribution amount, and the distribution and moistening settlement processing is completed.
In the embodiment of the invention, the logistics mechanism to be distributed and the sub-distribution amount are obtained, and the sub-distribution amount is sent to the corresponding collection account of the logistics mechanism to be distributed; the method and the device have the advantages that the separate settlement processing is more convenient, the processing efficiency is improved, and the labor and time cost are saved.
Referring to fig. 6, in one embodiment, an waybill moistening settlement device is provided, which includes:
an obtaining module 601, configured to obtain waybill information of waybills to be distributed;
a first determining module 602, configured to determine, according to the waybill information of the waybill to be distributed, a service type corresponding to the waybill information;
the first calculating module 603 is configured to search a rate matched with the service type of the freight note to be differentiated, and calculate to obtain a corresponding differentiation-wetting base number according to the rate of the freight note to be differentiated;
a second determining module 604, configured to determine, according to the service type of the freight note to be distributed, a logistics mechanism to be distributed;
the second calculation module 605 is configured to search a sub-lubrication proportion matched with the logistics mechanism to be sub-lubricated, and calculate a sub-lubrication amount according to the sub-lubrication proportion of the logistics mechanism to be sub-lubricated;
a judging module 606, configured to judge whether the waybill to be moisturized meets the moisturizing settlement requirement based on a preset settlement condition;
and the settlement module 607 is configured to, if yes, perform corresponding separate-moisturizing settlement processing on the to-be-separated-moisturizing shipping note.
Referring to fig. 7, in a second embodiment of the waybill moistening and settlement apparatus according to the embodiment of the present invention, the determining module specifically includes:
the first determining submodule 6061 is configured to determine, according to the waybill information, a deduction mode of the waybill to be distributed;
a second determining submodule 6062, configured to determine whether the freight note to be distributed is successfully paid based on a money deduction mode of the freight note to be distributed;
an obtaining submodule 6063, configured to obtain time data in the waybill information if the waybill to be distributed is successfully deducted, where the time data includes pickup time and sign-in time;
a judgment submodule 6064 configured to judge whether a time difference between time data in the waybill information and the current time meets a requirement based on a preset settlement time;
and a third determining submodule 6065, configured to determine that the waybill to be separately moisturized meets the separately moisturizing settlement requirement if a time difference between the time data and the current time meets a preset settlement timeliness requirement.
In the embodiment of the invention, the waybill information of the waybill to be distributed is obtained; determining a service type corresponding to the waybill information according to the waybill information of the waybill to be distributed; searching a rate matched with the service type of the freight note to be differentiated, and calculating according to the rate of the freight note to be differentiated to obtain a corresponding differentiation base number; determining a logistics mechanism to be distributed according to the service type of the freight bill to be distributed; searching a sub-lubrication proportion matched with the logistics mechanism to be lubricated, and calculating to obtain sub-lubrication money according to the sub-lubrication proportion of the logistics mechanism to be lubricated; judging whether the freight note to be distributed meets the distribution settlement requirements or not based on preset settlement conditions; if yes, executing corresponding separate-moistening settlement processing on the to-be-separated-moistening waybills; the invention improves the accuracy of the separate-moistening settlement result, effectively reduces the error rate, avoids unnecessary resource waste, simultaneously facilitates the separate-moistening settlement processing, improves the processing efficiency and saves the labor and time cost.
Fig. 6 to 7 describe the waybill moistening settlement device in the embodiment of the present invention in detail from the perspective of the modular functional entity, and the waybill moistening settlement device in the embodiment of the present invention is described in detail from the perspective of hardware processing;
fig. 8 is a schematic structural diagram of an waybill settlement device according to an embodiment of the present invention, where the waybill settlement device 800 may generate a relatively large difference due to different configurations or performances, and may include one or more processors (CPUs) 810 (e.g., one or more processors) and a memory 820, and one or more storage media 830 (e.g., one or more mass storage devices) storing an application 833 or data 832. Memory 820 and storage medium 830 may be, among other things, transient or persistent storage. The program stored in the storage medium 830 may include one or more modules (not shown), each of which may include a series of instruction operations in the waybill settlement apparatus 800. Further, the processor 810 may be configured to communicate with the storage medium 830, and execute a series of instruction operations in the storage medium 830 on the waybill settlement device 800.
Waybill settlement device 800 may also include one or more power supplies 840, one or more wired or wireless network interfaces 850, one or more input-output interfaces 860, and/or one or more operating systems 831, such as Windows server, Mac OS X, Unix, Linux, FreeBSD, and so forth. Those skilled in the art will appreciate that the structure of the waybill settlement device shown in fig. 8 does not constitute a limitation of the waybill settlement device provided herein, and may include more or less components than those shown, or some components in combination, or a different arrangement of components.
A waybill moistening settlement device is used for realizing the following waybill moistening settlement method, and specifically comprises the following steps: acquiring waybill information of waybill to be divided; determining a service type corresponding to the waybill information according to the waybill information of the waybill to be distributed; searching a rate matched with the service type of the freight note to be differentiated, and calculating according to the rate of the freight note to be differentiated to obtain a corresponding differentiation base number; determining a logistics mechanism to be distributed according to the service type of the freight bill to be distributed; searching a sub-lubrication proportion matched with the logistics mechanism to be lubricated, and calculating to obtain sub-lubrication money according to the sub-lubrication proportion of the logistics mechanism to be lubricated; judging whether the freight note to be distributed meets the distribution settlement requirements or not based on preset settlement conditions; if yes, executing corresponding separate-moistening settlement processing on the to-be-separated-moistening waybill.
In one embodiment, the waybill information at least comprises a pickup time, a pickup network point, a sign-in time, a sign-in network point, a waybill state and a value-added service; extracting value-added service data in the waybill information; data analysis is carried out on the data of the value-added service in the waybill information to obtain analyzed data; and acquiring a preset type data table, and matching the analyzed data according to the preset type data table to obtain a service type corresponding to the waybill information, wherein the service type is one or more of payment, insurance price and payment on delivery.
In one embodiment, receiving a bill objection request sent by a target network point, and acquiring an objection amount in the bill objection request; comparing the objection amount in the freight bill objection request with the lubrication base number of the freight bill to be lubricated to obtain a comparison result; searching objection corresponding to a target network point, wherein the objection at least comprises a piece collecting network point, a piece sending network point and a logistics headquarters; and determining the final lubrication base number of the freight bill to be subjected to lubrication based on the comparison result, the target network points and the objection object.

1. A waybill separate settlement method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
acquiring waybill information of waybill to be divided;
determining a service type corresponding to the waybill information according to the waybill information of the waybill to be distributed;
searching a rate matched with the service type of the freight note to be differentiated, and calculating according to the rate of the freight note to be differentiated to obtain a corresponding differentiation base number;
determining a logistics mechanism to be distributed according to the service type of the freight bill to be distributed;
searching a sub-lubrication proportion matched with the logistics mechanism to be lubricated, and calculating to obtain sub-lubrication amount according to the sub-lubrication proportion of the logistics mechanism to be lubricated;
judging whether the freight note to be distributed meets the distribution settlement requirement or not based on preset settlement conditions;
and if so, executing corresponding sub-moisturizing settlement processing on the freight note to be sub-moisturized.
2. The waybill differential settlement method according to claim 1, wherein the determining the service type corresponding to the waybill information according to the waybill information of the waybill to be differentiated comprises:
the waybill information at least comprises a pickup time, pickup network points, a sign-in time, sign-in network points, a waybill state and value-added services;
extracting data of value-added services in the waybill information;
performing data analysis on the data of the value-added service in the waybill information to obtain analyzed data;
and acquiring a preset type data table, and matching the analyzed data according to the preset type data table to obtain a service type corresponding to the waybill information, wherein the service type is one or more of payment, insurance price and payment on delivery.

The waybill differentiated settlement method according to claim 1, wherein after the searching for the rate matching with the service type of the waybill to be differentiated and obtaining the corresponding differentiation base number according to the rate calculation of the waybill to be differentiated, the method further comprises:
receiving a bill objection request sent by a target network point, and acquiring an objection amount in the bill objection request;
comparing the objection amount in the freight bill objection request with the lubrication base number of the freight bill to be lubricated to obtain a comparison result;
searching an objection corresponding to the target network point, wherein the objection at least comprises a piece collecting network point, a piece sending network point and a logistics headquarters;
and determining the final lubrication base number of the freight bill to be subjected to lubrication based on the comparison result, the target network point and the objection object.
4. The waybill differentiated settlement method according to claim 3, wherein the determining a final differentiation base number of the waybill to be differentiated based on the comparison result, the target website and the objection comprises:
prompting the target network point to input message information based on the comparison result;
analyzing the message information recorded by the target network point to obtain information to be confirmed, and sending the information to be confirmed to a terminal corresponding to the objection;
if an objection processing result message sent by a terminal corresponding to the objection object based on the to-be-confirmed information is received within a preset time limit, determining to change or maintain the lubrication base number of the to-be-distributed freight note according to the objection processing result message, and obtaining the final lubrication base number of the to-be-distributed freight note;
and if the objection processing result message sent by the terminal corresponding to the objection object based on the information to be confirmed is not received within the preset time limit, changing the lubrication base number of the freight note to be distributed based on the objection amount in the freight note objection request to obtain the final lubrication base number of the freight note to be distributed.
5. The waybill separate settlement method according to claim 1, wherein the determining whether the waybill to be separated meets the separate settlement requirement based on a preset settlement condition comprises:
determining a deduction mode of the freight note to be distributed according to the freight note information;
confirming whether the freight bill to be distributed and moistened is successfully paid or not based on the money deduction mode of the freight bill to be distributed and moistened;
if the waybill to be distributed is successfully deducted, acquiring time data in the waybill information, wherein the time data comprises pickup time and sign-in time;
judging whether the time difference between the time data in the waybill information and the current time meets the requirement or not based on preset settlement timeliness;
and if the time difference between the time data and the current time meets the preset settlement timeliness requirement, determining that the freight sheet to be distributed meets the distribution settlement requirement.
6. The waybill separate settlement method according to claim 1, wherein the executing of the corresponding separate settlement processing on the waybill to be separated comprises:
acquiring the logistics mechanism to be distributed and the sub distribution amount, wherein the logistics mechanism to be distributed is one or more of a piece collecting network point, a piece sending network point and a logistics total;
and sending the sub-moisturizing amounts to corresponding collection accounts of the logistics institutions to be moisturized.

the judgment submodule is used for judging whether the time difference between the time data in the waybill information and the current time meets the requirement or not based on the preset settlement timeliness;
and the third determining submodule is used for determining that the freight sheet to be distributed meets the distribution settlement requirement if the time difference between the time data and the current time meets the preset settlement timeliness requirement.

the at least one processor invokes the instructions in the memory to cause the waybill differential settlement apparatus to perform the steps of the waybill differential settlement method of any one of claims 1-6.
