A shower room door switch control method is characterized in that a knocking sensor and a millimeter wave sensor are arranged on a shower room. The knocking sensor is used for detecting knocking actions in real time, can adopt a vibration sensor, can detect knocking signals within a preset frequency range, can set different knocking action types according to the knocking signals, and comprises continuous knocking times or different knocking intensities or different knocking rhythms within preset time, wherein the continuous knocking times comprise one-time knocking, two-time knocking, three-time knocking and the like, the different knocking intensities comprise tapping or heavy knocking, the different knocking rhythms are the combination of the continuous knocking times and the different knocking intensities, and the like, and the continuous knocking is preferably carried out twice. In practical application, the knocking sensor can also adopt a pressure sensor or an acceleration sensor and the like.
The millimeter wave sensor is used for detecting a human body distance signal in real time. The sensor can be installed in a shower room or at a proper position outside the shower room, the range with the distance D from the millimeter wave sensor is set as an effective sensing area, and the effective sensing area is positioned outside the shower room and is preferably at the entrance of the shower room. The value of D can be set according to the actual installation position, D is less than or equal to 100cm, and the optimal values are 40cm, 50cm and 60 cm. The size of the effective sensing area may be smaller than or equal to the size of the sensing area of the millimeter wave sensing module 20.
The millimeter wave sensing module 20 detects a human body distance signal by using a super-bandwidth FMCW frequency modulation millimeter wave technology ranging principle, for example, the super-bandwidth is 2GHz, and the detection precision is +/-5 cm; alternatively, a narrow bandwidth millimeter wave sensing technique, such as 250MHz, may be used with a detection accuracy of + -10 cm. In the sensing area of the millimeter wave sensing module 20, the distance information between the human body and the millimeter wave sensing module 20 can be continuously and accurately detected.
Referring to fig. 1, the method of the present invention specifically includes the following:
step 1) judging whether the shower room has a knocking action and whether the knocking action is a preset knocking action type, if so, controlling the switching state of the shower room door, and if not, repeating the step.
The method comprises the following steps:
judging whether a knocking action exists or not through the knocking sensor, if so, judging whether the knocking action is a preset knocking action type or not, if so, controlling the shower door to be in a switching state, and ending. The knocking action type is for example two times of continuous knocking, if the knocking times within a certain time T are detected to be two times, the preset knocking action type is met, and the switching state of the shower door is controlled. The certain time T may be set according to actual use conditions, for example, 1 s.
The control of the shower door switching state means that if the current shower door is opened, the switching is closed; if the current shower room door is closed, the current shower room door is switched to be opened.
And 2) judging whether the human body target enters the effective induction area, if so, judging the motion track of the human body target, controlling the state of the shower room according to the motion track, and if not, repeating the step.
In this step, the specific steps of judging whether the human body target enters the effective induction area are as follows: and judging whether the human body distance signal S detected by the millimeter wave sensor meets the condition that S is less than or equal to D, if so, judging that the human body target enters an effective induction area to represent that the human body target has the intention of using the shower room, and if not, representing that the human body target does not have the intention of using the shower room.
In this step, the movement track of the human body target is judged, and the state of the shower room is controlled according to the movement track, wherein the movement track can move from far to near to the shower room door or the human body target leaves the shower room or only passes through the effective induction area, as shown in fig. 2, the following steps are specifically included:
step 2.1) the millimeter wave sensor continuously detects the human body distance signal SnAnd recording, wherein n represents the detected nth personal distance signal, the value range of n is 3-100, the optimal value is 5, 10, 20 and 40, and if a plurality of groups of adjacent personal distance signals meet Sn-Sn-1< 0, i.e. human target from far to nearAnd (3) moving to a shower room door, judging that the human body target is ready to use the shower room, controlling the shower room to open the door in advance, and entering step 2.3), if not, entering step 2.2) for further judgment.
In this step, a plurality of groups of adjacent human body distance signals satisfy Sn-Sn-1< 0, means that at least two groups, i.e., two or three or four groups which may be continuous or discontinuous satisfy Sn-Sn-1< 0, exemplified by three consecutive groups, S1-S2<0,S2-S3<0,S3-S4< 0, which can be set in accordance with circumstances, and is not limited herein.
And 2.2) judging whether the door of the shower room is opened, if so, judging that the human body target leaves the shower room, namely, finishing showering the human body target and coming out of the shower room, and entering the step 2.3).
And 2.3) judging whether the time length of the human body distance signal which cannot be detected in the effective induction area is greater than or equal to T1, if so, indicating that the human body target leaves the effective induction area and possibly enters or leaves the shower room, controlling the shower room to be closed, and if not, repeating the step 2.3).
The step 2.3) is concretely as follows: setting the time point of last detection of the human body distance signal in the effective induction area as T1, judging whether the human body distance signal is not detected continuously and judging whether the last time point T2 of the human body distance signal not detected meets T2-T1 which is not less than T1 within the time length of continuous detection of the human body distance signal in the effective induction area, wherein the time length is more than or equal to T1, if so, controlling the shower room to be closed, and if not, repeating the step 2.3).
In this step, the time length of the human body target leaving the effective sensing area is calculated by the difference between the time points t1 and t2, the time point t1 may be set to be the next time point of the last detection of the human body distance signal in the effective sensing area, and the time point t2 may be set to be the next time point of the last time point of the time length at which the human body distance signal is not detected. The selection of the time points T1 and T2 can also be adjusted according to the size of T1, but is not limited thereto. T1 has a value in the range of 1s-3s, and most preferably 2 s.
In practical application of the invention, the priority of controlling the shower room door switching state according to the knocking action type in the step 1) is higher than that of controlling the shower room state according to the motion track in the step 2). Namely, the step 1) and the step 2) are carried out simultaneously, and once the knocking action on the shower room is detected and is a preset knocking action type, the shower room door switching state is preferably executed.
