1. the existing toilet bowl is mainly designed and manufactured into a whole by a base, a urinal, a toilet seat ring and even a water tank according to the manufacturing characteristics of ceramic materials, so that the existing toilet bowl has the characteristics of large integral volume, heaviness and difficulty in changing and moving.
The base plays a key role in connecting a support surface (such as the ground) and supporting the whole toilet bowl in the toilet bowl, and also plays an important role in connecting and supporting a urinal. The ceramic base is not selected any more, and the folding bracket is made of metal or high polymer materials and the like, so that the support function of the urinal and the whole toilet bowl can be realized, and the folding bracket can be folded and changed; the pedestal pan is not placed on the ground any more, and the support part is leaned on the wall, so that the whole pedestal pan and people are supported, and the space is saved and the support is stable.
2. As shown in figure 1, the pedestal pan is supported by a folding bracket hung on the side wall (left view), under the action of a turnover mechanism, the bracket can realize the transformation from a folding state to an unfolding state and also can realize reverse transformation, and the pedestal pan ring and the bracket are driven to unfold or fold together.
The toilet seat body 2 is turned over from the vertical state to the horizontal state (about 0-90 degrees) in the forward and reverse directions through the folding mechanism 5, so that the toilet seat body 2 and the urinal structure 3 can be in two states of 'use' and 'folding' (not use). The folding mechanism 5 can select: the motor controls and drives the gear transmission or the guide rail lead screw or the hydraulic rod and the like, and the toilet seat ring and the folding mechanical structure have enough strength and can bear the weight of people. In general, no matter which folding and overturning method is selected, the aim is to realize that the toilet seat is overturned by about 90 degrees upwards, downwards or leftwards and rightwards towards the side wall, so that the toilet seat is folded to a position close to the wall body, and no matter which mechanism or method is adopted, the design method can obviously reduce the occupied area and space in the folded state. In the figure 1, the mode that the toilet seat ring is turned and folded downwards is selected.
3. The folding and turning of the toilet seat body 2 can be realized by various methods, but when the toilet seat body 2 is arranged in a vertical folding state, the folding of the bracket and the toilet seat can not be realized if the urinal structure 3 can not smoothly turn or contract along with the connecting bracket. If the materials and the structure of the original urinal are continuously used, the overturning and the folding can not be realized at all.
For this reason, a flexible material is selected to replace the ceramic material of the conventional urinal, such as plastic, rubber, polyurethane, etc., and the material itself has certain characteristics of elasticity, toughness, bending, easy molding, etc., especially when the urinal body 31 is thin-walled. More importantly, the urinal is made of thin-wall materials, so that the urinal can be deformed and bent and becomes a bag shape when in use. The use performance of the urinal can not be influenced as long as the shape design is reasonable, the connection with the toilet seat ring is reasonable, the connection with the sewer is reasonable and the like. And its shape has certain elasticity, mobility, when the toilet bowl is in the fold condition that does not use, can make suitable deformation, buckling along with the shrink of support, just so can not influence the folding of support, toilet seat ring, and can use repeatedly can not lead to the fact ageing, rupture etc. because of folding deformation many times. The urinal body 31 is shaped like 31 in fig. 1 in the expanded state, like a funnel; when the toilet bowl is in a folded state, the urinal body 31 is shaped like 31 in fig. 2, and the urinal body 31 is in the folded state at this time because of the existing flexible material.
To further reduce floor occupancy, the drain and sewer lines are selected to be in the wall 8 or on the floor close to the wall, since if left in place, the folding effect of the urinal is compromised.
As seen in figure 1, the support of the toilet bowl is realized by that the connecting bracket 1 is hung on a wall body 8 and connected with a toilet seat body 2 and the like. It would also be possible if the support points were chosen to be located on the ground adjacent to the walls and downcomers, again allowing for folding and significantly reducing the floor space.
By combining the above design ideas, the following conclusions can be drawn: the folding function of the toilet bowl can be realized by the application of the prior art, and the design method obviously reduces the occupied area and the occupied space of the toilet bowl in a folding state, so that the folding toilet bowl has the advantages compared with the prior toilet bowl.
In general, a toilet is used in a relatively fixed place or space, and is inconvenient for a person to relieve the bowels in a completely open space. Because the hanging foldable toilet bowl has obvious advantage in the aspect of saving space, the hanging foldable toilet bowl can be used for replacing the common toilet bowls in places such as a family toilet, an airplane toilet, a train toilet and the like at present, and good using effect can be brought.
