Specifically, as shown in fig. 7, the hanging portion 55 includes a reinforcing region 56 and a hanging region 57 along a longitudinal direction, wherein the reinforcing region 56 is located on a side facing the first hanging base body 3, the hanging region 57 is located on a side away from the first hanging base body 3, the hanging region 57 is provided with the through hole, the slit 551 and the second hanging portion 52, the third laying layer 63 is located in the reinforcing region 56, specifically, the cross section of the third laying layer 63 is a triangular structure, and a cavity (the axis of the cavity is arranged along a transverse direction) is provided therein, so as to reduce the overall weight while realizing the structural reinforcement, specifically, the first laying layer 61 and the second laying layer 62 extend from the reinforcing region 56 to the hanging region 57, the third laying layer 63 is located in the reinforcing region 56, one side edge of the third laying layer 63 is fixedly attached to the second laying layer 62, the other two side edges are fixedly attached to the fourth laying layer 64, two ends of the fourth laying layer 64 are fixedly attached to the second laying layer 62, and the middle of the fourth paved layer 64 is provided with a bend around the outer wall of the third paved layer 63 to wrap the third paved layer 63 in the second paved layer 62 and the fourth paved layer 64. The shape of each laying layer is set according to the structure of the second hoisting base body 5, and the laying layers are fixed by gluing, so that the manufacturing process can be simplified.
Specifically, the laying process of the second hanger body 5 is as follows:
(1) laying a third laying layer 63 with a cross section of a generally triangular structure;
(2) the bending part of the fourth paving layer 64 is fixedly attached to two side edges of the third paving layer 63, and meanwhile, two ends of the fourth paving layer 64 are in smooth transition with the other side edge of the third paving layer 63 respectively;
(3) paving the second paving layer 62 with a U-shaped structure in cross section, enabling an opening of the second paving layer 62 to face one side of the third paving layer 63 and one side of the fourth paving layer 64, and enabling the inner wall surface of the top wall of the second paving layer 62 to be respectively attached and fixed with the side edge of the third paving layer 63 and two ends of the second paving layer 62;
(4) paving the first paving layer 61 with a U-shaped structure in cross section, enabling an opening of the first paving layer 61 to face one side of the second paving layer 62, enabling one side wall of the first paving layer 61 to be attached to one side wall of the second paving layer 62, and enabling the inner wall surface of the top wall of the first paving layer 61 to be attached and fixed to the outer wall surface of the top wall of the second paving layer 62;
at this time, the other side wall of the second paved layer 62, the other side wall of the first paved layer 61, and the top wall of the first paved layer 61 enclose the second mounting portion 51 having a U-shaped cross section;
(6) and finally, paving a fifth paving layer 65, wherein the fifth paving layer 65 is filled in the gap of the second accommodating cavity and is positioned among the second paving layer 62, the third paving layer 63 and the fourth paving layer 64.
The fifth laying layer 65 can be at least one of a unidirectional pre-tightening belt, a pre-tightening yarn bundle and an aramid fiber honeycomb, and the fixing among the laying layers is fixed through gluing. In each of the above-described laid layers, except for the fifth laid layer 65, the rest of the laid layers are each of a prepreg laid layer structure of 0 °, +45 °, -45 °, 90 °/90 °, -45 °, +45 °, and 0 °, so as to ensure the overall structural strength.

1. A braking hanging seat of a bogie comprises a frame structure formed by two cross beams (1) and two side beams (2) in an enclosing manner; the brake hanging seat is characterized by comprising a first hanging seat body (3) and a second hanging seat body (5);
the first hanging seat body (3) comprises a first mounting part (31) and a first hanging part (32), and the first mounting part (31) is fixed with the cross beam (1);
the second hanger body (5) comprises a second mounting part (51) and a second hanging part (52), and the second mounting part (51) is fixed with the side beam (2);
the first hanging part (32) and the second hanging part (52) are both located outside the frame and between the two side beams (2), and the first hanging part (32) and the second hanging part (52) are used for hanging the same brake clamp (7).
2. The brake hanging seat according to claim 1, characterized in that the first hanging seat body (3) and the second hanging seat body (5) are both made of composite material.

The brake hanging seat according to claim 2, characterized in that the first hanging seat body (3) comprises a hanging beam (33) and an abutting part (34), one end of the abutting part (34) is connected with the side end surface of the hanging beam (33) and forms the first mounting part (31), and the side end surface of the hanging beam (33) and the abutting part (34) can be respectively attached and fixed with the cross beam (1);
the hanging beam (33) extends to one side far away from the first mounting part (31) along the length direction and is provided with the first hanging part (32).
4. A brake lifting seat according to claim 3, characterised in that a reinforcing structure (35) is provided between the lifting beam (33) and the abutment (34) on the side facing the first suspension part (32).

The brake hanging seat according to claim 3, characterized in that a reinforcement (331) is further arranged along the length direction of the end surface of one side of the hanging beam (33) far away from the abutting part (34), the cross section of the reinforcement (331) is of a structure in a shape like a Chinese character 'ji', and two side walls of the open end of the structure in the shape like a Chinese character 'ji' are attached and fixed with the end surface of the hanging beam (33).

the first pavement zone (41) is arranged along the length direction of the hanging beam (33);

the cross section of the third paving layer (43) is of a triangular structure, the fourth paving layer (44) is of an L-shaped structure, the fifth paving layer (45) is of an arc-shaped structure, one side edge of the L-shaped structure is fixedly attached to the first paving layer (41), the other side edge of the L-shaped structure is fixedly attached to the outer wall of the arc-shaped structure, the outer wall of the arc-shaped structure is fixedly attached to the first paving layer (41), the fourth paving layer (44) and the fifth paving layer (45) can enclose to form a first accommodating cavity, the third paving layer (43) is located in the first accommodating cavity, and three edges of the third paving layer (43) are fixedly attached to the first paving layer (41), the fourth paving layer (44) and the fourth paving layer (45) respectively;
the sixth layup area (46) is filled in the first accommodating cavity.
7. A brake hanger according to claim 6, wherein the first, second, third, fourth and fifth layup zones (41, 42, 43, 44, 45) each employ a lay-up structure of prepreg material of 0 °, +45 °, -45 °, 90 °/90 °, -45 °, +45 °, 0 °.
8. The brake hanger of claim 6 wherein the sixth layup area (46) comprises at least one of a unidirectional pre-tensioned belt, a pre-tensioned yarn bundle, and an aramid honeycomb.

The brake hanging seat according to any one of claims 2 to 8, characterized in that the first hanging part (32) further comprises two first mounting holes arranged on the hanging beam (33), the two first mounting holes are arranged at intervals along the width direction of the hanging beam (33), a sleeve (36) made of metal is fixedly arranged in each first mounting hole, and the sleeve (36) is fixedly bonded with the first mounting hole.

The brake hanging seat according to claim 9, characterized in that the sleeve (36) comprises a first cylinder (361) and a second cylinder (362), the first cylinder (361) and the second cylinder (362) respectively penetrate into the first mounting hole from two ends, and the first cylinder (361) and the second cylinder (362) are respectively provided with a limiting structure abutting against the end surface of the first mounting hole.

13. The brake hanger of claim 11, characterized in that the second hanger (52) comprises a mounting bolt (53) and a hanger (54), the hanger (54) being provided with a second mounting hole (542) for mounting the brake clamp (7);
the hanging part (55) is provided with a through hole, the top of the hanging part (54) is provided with a threaded hole (543), and the mounting bolt (53) can penetrate through the through hole and is matched and fixed with the threaded hole (543).

The brake hanging seat according to claim 13, characterized in that the outer wall of the hanging member (54) is further provided with a limiting protrusion (541), and the top of the hanging member (54) can penetrate into the through hole until the limiting protrusion (541) abuts against the lower end surface of the through hole.
