step five, drying: putting the cleaned plastic particles into a horizontal air dryer with the air temperature controlled at 60 ℃ and the air speed controlled at 1.5m/s for drying moisture;
step six, granulation: and C, putting 100 parts of the dried plastic granules obtained in the fifth step, 10 parts of toughening agent, 5 parts of compatilizer and 8 parts of molecular regulator into a continuous mixing roll in parts by weight, mixing for 30min at the mixing temperature of 110 ℃ and at the stirring speed of 500r/min, and then melting, plasticizing and granulating the mixed materials in a double-screw extruder, wherein the temperatures of the first zone to the eighth zone of the extruder and the temperature of a machine head are respectively 150 ℃, 165 ℃, 175 ℃, 190 ℃, 200 ℃, 215 ℃, 225 ℃ and 240 ℃, the temperature of the machine head is 245 ℃, and the screw rotation speed is 150r/min, so as to obtain the regenerated plastic granules.

1. A preparation method of a special material for recycled plastic particles of non-woven fabrics is characterized by comprising the following steps: the method comprises the following steps:
step one, recovery and sorting: placing the abandoned snack boxes on the assembly line body, detecting by an infrared spectrum analyzer above the assembly line body, and blowing the snack boxes made of polypropylene materials into the collection box through air nozzles on one side of the assembly line body;
step two, crushing: putting the selected polypropylene snack box into a crusher to crush so that the snack box is crushed into particles with the size of 5-10 cm;
step three, purification: a negative pressure suction machine is connected to the crusher in the crushing process, dust and fiber debris in the crushing process are sucked and separated, and meanwhile, iron removal treatment is carried out on particles through an electromagnetic iron remover;
step four, cleaning: placing the crushed particles in a water bath, adjusting the temperature of the water bath to 40-50 ℃, adding a detergent into the water bath, uniformly stirring, cleaning oil stains on the surfaces of the crushed particles, and cleaning the crushed particles by using clear water;
step five, drying: putting the cleaned plastic particles into a horizontal air dryer to remove water;
step six, granulation: and D, putting 85-100 parts of the dried plastic granules obtained in the step five for later use, namely, putting 85-100 parts of the recovered polypropylene plastic granules, 6-10 parts of a toughening agent, 3-5 parts of a compatilizer and 5-8 parts of a molecular regulator into a continuous mixing machine for mixing for 20-30min, and then melting, plasticizing and granulating the mixed materials in a double-screw extruder, wherein the temperatures of the first zone to the eighth zone of the extruder and the temperature of a machine head are respectively 150 ℃, 165 ℃, 175 ℃, 190 ℃, 200 ℃, 215 ℃, 225 ℃, 240 ℃, 245 ℃ and the rotation speed of a screw is 120-150r/min, so as to obtain the regenerated plastic granules.
2. The method for preparing the special material for the recycled plastic granules of the non-woven fabric according to claim 1, which is characterized in that: in the first step, the pipeline body is a horizontal conveying belt, and the moving speed is 1-1.5 m/min.
3. The method for preparing the special material for the recycled plastic granules of the non-woven fabric according to claim 1, which is characterized in that: and in the second step, the rotating speed of the cutter shaft of the pulverizer is 500-750 r/min.
