In the embodiment of the invention, the side wall upright posts are made of 3-Q350EWR1 materials. The included angle between the first straight line segment and the second straight line segment is 6.7 degrees.

The first insert 301 of the upper die is a movable part, the height of the movable stroke of the first insert 301 of the upper die is 5-10 mm higher than that of the side wall stand column 1, and the purpose is to ensure that the first insert 203 of the lower die and the first insert 301 of the upper die compress the side wall stand column before the second insert of the upper die and the second insert of the lower die are contacted, so that the phenomena of offset, tilting and the like of the side wall stand column are prevented.
The first insert 203 of the lower die is provided with a positioning pin 207 for fixing the side wall upright post 1, so that the forming size of the side wall upright post 1 is more accurate, and the phenomena of offset, material sliding and the like of the side wall upright post 1 in the forming process can be prevented.

and controlling the upper die second insert 102 to move downwards relative to the upper die first insert 301 until the upper die second insert 102 is contacted with the lower die second insert 202 and does not move relatively any more, so as to realize the simmering bending of the side wall upright post 1.
The forming die provided by the embodiment of the invention can realize profiling and bending of the side wall upright post 1 at the same time, is beneficial to improving the forming work efficiency of the side wall upright post 1 and ensures the forming quality of the side wall upright post 1.
