The invention discloses a washing device and a washing method for a crude selenium filter press of a Kaldo furnace system, which belong to the technical field of filter press washing, and comprise a feeding valve, a washing valve, a compressed air valve, a liquid merging valve, a total liquid returning valve and a filter press, wherein the filter press comprises a crude selenium filter cake bag, the feeding valve, the compressed air valve, the liquid merging valve and the total liquid returning valve are connected in series through a circuit, the inlet of the washing valve is connected with a hot water pressure pump, and the total liquid returning valve, the washing valve and the liquid merging valve are connected in series through a circuit; the crude selenium filter cake is fully soaked by hot water, so that water-soluble elements are fully dissolved into water from the filter cake, and then the filter cake is flushed by the hot water under pressure, so that a large amount of impurities in the filter cake are taken away with flushing water, and the steps are repeated for secondary operation in order to ensure flushing quality, namely, the flushing of the filter cake is enhanced by a two-bubble two-flushing method.

After the Kaldo furnace system is used for batch production, the quality of the produced crude selenium fluctuates, the unqualified crude selenium affects the yield and the quality of the selenium dioxide, the quality fluctuation of the crude selenium affects the overall quality of the crude selenium all the year around, and experiments show that the impurity content remained in the crude selenium filter cake is different due to different flushing degrees of different operators on the crude selenium filter press filter cake.
