In addition, "and/or" in the specification and claims means at least one of connected objects, a character "/" generally means that a preceding and succeeding related objects are in an "or" relationship.
The incoming call processing method provided by the embodiment of the present application is described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings through specific embodiments and application scenarios thereof.
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a flowchart of an incoming call processing method provided in an embodiment of the present application, and is applied to an electronic device, as shown in fig. 1, the method includes the following steps:
step 101, establishing a first call with a first call object when receiving a first operation of a user.
The first operation may be an operation performed by the user on the electronic device to establish a call with the first call target, for example, an operation on an answer key or an operation on a dial key.
The first call may be a voice or video call based on an operator, or may be a network video call or a network voice call based on a mobile network.
In this embodiment, the electronic device may establish, based on a call object requested or received by the first operation, a call with the call object when receiving the first operation of the user, so as to enter a call state with the call object, where the call object is the first call object, and the established call is the first call.
Optionally, the step 101 includes:
under the condition that the incoming call of the first call object is received and the first operation of a user on an answering control is received, establishing a first call with the first call object;
or under the condition that a first operation of a user on a dialing control on a first interface is received, establishing a first call with the first call object, wherein the first call object is displayed in the first interface.
That is, the first operation may be an operation performed by the electronic device when receiving a call request initiated by the first call target, where the operation is performed by the user to connect the call request, and may be, for example, an operation on a call answering control on a call request interface.
The first operation may also be an operation in which a user initiates a call request to a certain contact or phone number on the electronic device, for example, the first operation may be an operation on a dial control on a dial interface, or an operation on a video or voice call control on a session interface with the first call target.
Therefore, when a user initiates a call or answers the call, the call processing mode in the call is determined by establishing the operation parameters of the call, the call in the call is processed according to the requirements of the user, and the call effect of the user is guaranteed.
And 102, in the process of the first call, if the incoming call information of a second call object is received, processing the incoming call of the second call object according to the target parameter of the first operation.
The receiving of the incoming call information of the second call object in the call process of the first call may be receiving incoming call information of other call objects when the second call object is in a call state with the first call object after the call with the first call object is established. That is, the second call party may be any call party except the first call party, and the call mode of the second call party may be the same as or different from the call mode of the first call party. For example, the call with the first call object is a network video call, and the call with the second call object is an operator call, or the call with the first call object is an operator call, and the call with the second call object is also an operator call.
In this embodiment, if an incoming call of a second call object is received in the call process of the first call, a processing mode of the incoming call of the second call object may be determined according to the target parameter of the first operation, and the incoming call of the second call object may be processed according to the processing mode. It is understood that the target parameter of the first operation may be obtained when the first operation of the user is received. The target parameter may be determined based on a preset parameter for determining a processing manner of the incoming call in the call, for example, a sliding direction according to an operation when the call is established is preset to determine the processing manner of the incoming call in the call, and then the target parameter is the sliding direction. Specifically, a parameter that facilitates user operation may be used as the target parameter according to the actual situation. In some embodiments, the target parameter may be a sliding direction, a touch pressure, a touch duration, a touch number, and the like.
In the embodiment of the application, the corresponding relation between the target parameters and the processing modes can be preset, that is, different processing modes corresponding to different target parameters can be set, wherein the processing modes of the incoming call in the call can include call connection and incoming call interception, and the incoming call interception can be further divided into full interception, partial interception and the like. For example, the processing modes of turning on the incoming call and intercepting the incoming call corresponding to different sliding directions can be preset.
That is, in the embodiment of the present application, when the first call object is pre-established, the user may determine, through the first operation, a processing manner of a subsequent incoming call in a call in advance, so that the electronic device may intercept or connect the incoming call in the call according to a user requirement. For example, when a user chats with a family, a general friend, or other object, the user can set a target parameter of the first operation to connect an incoming call in a call, so as to avoid missing an important call; the user can also set the target parameter of the first operation to intercept the incoming call in the call when the user communicates with the important content of the leader or the client and the like, so as to avoid influencing the current call.
Optionally, the step 102 includes:
under the condition that the target parameter of the first operation is matched with a first preset parameter, the incoming call of the second communication object is connected;
or, the incoming call of the second communication object is intercepted under the condition that the target parameter of the first operation is matched with a second preset parameter.
In an embodiment, the processing manner corresponding to the first preset parameter may be preset as connection, the processing manner corresponding to the second preset parameter may be interception, and the interception may be intelligent interception, that is, whether interception is performed may be determined through analysis of a current call and/or incoming call object. The first preset parameter and the second preset parameter may be different target parameter values, for example, the target parameter is a sliding direction, the first preset parameter is a first direction, such as upward or leftward, and the second preset parameter is a second direction, such as downward or rightward, so that when the sliding direction is the first direction, the incoming call in the call can be connected, and when the sliding direction is the second direction, the incoming call in the call can be intercepted.
Therefore, the corresponding incoming call processing mode can be quickly determined by matching the target parameters with the preset parameters.
Optionally, the turning on the incoming call of the second communication object includes:
and connecting the incoming call of the second call object and sending a preset message to the first call object.
That is, in a case that it is determined that the incoming call processing mode is call-in, the incoming call of the second call object may be call-in when the incoming call of the second call object is received, and a preset message may be sent to the first call object, where the preset message may be used to prompt the first call object that a current user needs to call-in another incoming call, or prompt the first call object to call back to the first call object later. The preset message may be a specific prompt message preset to be sent to the current call recipient when another call is connected, for example, a prompt such as "call you later", "call incoming currently, please later", and so on. And the preset message can be in the forms of text message, voice message, image-text message and the like.
Therefore, when other calls need to be connected in the call, the current call object can be prompted by sending a preset message to the current call object, and mishaps of the call opposite side caused by direct call interruption are avoided.
Optionally, the intercepting the incoming call of the second communication object includes:
acquiring call information of the first call, wherein the call information comprises at least one item of call duration, information of the first call object and call content;
processing the incoming call of the second call object by adopting a first interception mode under the condition that the call information meets a preset condition;
or, processing the incoming call of the second call object by adopting a second interception mode under the condition that the call information does not meet the preset condition, wherein the second interception mode is different from the first interception mode.
In an embodiment, the intercepting process of the incoming call of the second call object may be an intelligent intercepting of the incoming call in a call, and specifically, the method may determine what way to intercept the current incoming call by analyzing whether the call information of the current first call meets a preset condition.
The call information may include one or more items of call duration, information of the first call object, call content, and the like, and the information of the first call object may be information representing an identity of the first call object, such as a nickname, a remark, a tag, and the like. The information of the first call object, the call duration, and the call content may all be used to determine the importance of the current first call, and specifically, the information of the first call object may be used to determine the importance of the call object, where the importance of the call object such as company, leader, etc. is higher than that of the call object such as friend, family, etc.; the call content can be used for judging the importance degree of the current call, for example, the importance degree of the current call can be analyzed through some keywords, call contexts and the like in the call content; the call duration can also be used for assisting in judging the importance degree of the current call, and generally, the longer the call duration is, the more the current call is indicated to be inclined to home or chatty, and the importance degree of the current call can be reduced accordingly.
The preset condition may be that the importance degree of the first call is lower than a certain threshold, or the importance degree of the first call is lower than the importance degree of the incoming call of the second call object, and the preset condition may also be one or more of that the call duration of the first call exceeds a certain duration, that the importance degree of the first call object is lower than the importance degree of the second call object of the current incoming call, that the importance degree of the call content of the first call is lower than a certain threshold, and the like.
In this way, whether the call information meets a preset condition is determined by analyzing the call information of the first call, and then the interception processing mode of the incoming call of the second call object is determined, specifically, the incoming call of the second call object can be processed by adopting the first interception mode under the condition that the call information meets the preset condition; or, under the condition that the call information does not meet the preset condition, processing the incoming call of the second call object by adopting a second interception mode.
The second intercepting mode is different from the first intercepting mode, and the first intercepting mode can be temporary intercepting, for example, the incoming call reminder of the second call object is hung up firstly, for example, the incoming call reminder is displayed or hidden in a background, but the incoming call reminder is not rejected directly, the incoming call of the second call object is connected after a certain time of waiting for a user is set for a plurality of seconds (the time can lead the user to inform the first call object that other incoming calls need to be answered currently), or the user is reminded to hang up the current call and then the call is connected after the incoming call of the second call object is hung up; the first interception mode may also be to reject the incoming call of the second call object, then remind the user to hang up the current call, and automatically dial back the second call object after the user hangs up. The second intercepting mode may be directly rejecting the incoming call of the second object, or may also be sending a reminding message to the second call object after rejecting the incoming call of the second object, so as to prompt that other calls exist at present, and then returning the call later.
Therefore, by the embodiment, the method and the device for intercepting the incoming calls of other objects can be determined according to the actual situation of the current call, so that the intercepting mode is more in line with the expectation of a user, and the call experience effect of the user is improved.
Optionally, the processing the incoming call of the second communication object by using the first intercepting means includes:
intercepting the incoming call of the second communication object and outputting a first message, wherein the first message is used for prompting a user to receive the incoming call of the second communication object; under the condition that the hanging-up operation of the first call by the user is received, the incoming call of the second call object is connected;
the processing the incoming call of the second communication object by adopting the second interception mode comprises the following steps: and rejecting the incoming call of the second call object.
In an embodiment, the first intercepting means may be a means for temporarily intercepting the incoming call of the second call object, and specifically, the first intercepting means may temporarily intercept the incoming call of the second call object, that is, the incoming call of the second call object may be temporarily suspended without being directly rejected, and output a prompt message to prompt a user to currently receive the incoming call of the second call object, and may also prompt the user to suspend a current call to connect the current incoming call. Therefore, after receiving the prompt message, the user can know that the current incoming call is important, so that the current call can be hung up, the incoming call of the second call object can be connected, and the missing of the important incoming call is avoided.
The second intercepting mode may be a mode of directly intercepting the incoming call of the second call object, that is, the incoming call of the second call object may be directly rejected, so as to avoid that the current call experience is influenced by an unimportant incoming call.
Therefore, by the implementation mode, the user can be prevented from missing important incoming calls or influencing the current call by unimportant incoming calls, and the important call of the user is preferentially ensured.
Optionally, the intercepting the incoming call of the second communication object includes:
determining the communication importance degree of the first communication object according to the identity information of the first communication object and the communication information of the first communication object, and determining the incoming call importance degree of the second communication object according to the identity information of the second communication object;
intercepting the incoming call of the second call object under the condition that the call importance degree is greater than or equal to the incoming call importance degree;
and under the condition that the call importance degree is smaller than the call importance degree, connecting the call of the second call object.
In an embodiment, when the incoming call processing mode is determined to be the intercepting processing mode, the incoming call in the call can be intelligently intercepted, and specifically, whether the current incoming call is intercepted or not can be determined by analyzing the importance of the current call and the incoming call.
Specifically, the call importance level of the first call object and the call importance level of the second call object may be determined respectively, and the call importance level may be compared to determine that the call of the second call object is intercepted when the call importance level is greater than or equal to the call importance level, and the call of the second call object is connected when the call importance level is less than the call importance level.
The communication importance degree can be determined according to the identity information of the first communication object and the communication information of the first communication object, specifically, when the identity information of the first communication object is important communication objects such as leaders and clients, the current communication importance degree can be preliminarily determined to be higher, when the identity information of the first communication object is determined to be conventional communication objects such as friends and family, the current communication importance degree can be preliminarily determined to be general, and when the identity information of the first communication object is determined to be non-important communication objects such as couriers, takeoffs and customer service, the current communication importance degree can be preliminarily determined to be lower. When the call information of the first call object is determined to be a call containing important content, the importance degree of the current call can be preliminarily determined to be higher, when the call information of the first call object is determined to be a call of some chatting families, the importance degree of the current call can be preliminarily determined to be general, and when the call information of the first call object is determined to be a call of some outgoing calls or promotion calls, the importance degree of the current call can be preliminarily determined to be lower.
Specifically, the importance degree of the current call may be determined by combining the identity information of the first call object and the call information of the first call object, for example, the importance degree of the call determined based on the identity information of the first call object and the importance degree of the call determined based on the call information of the first call object may be fused in different proportions to obtain a final importance degree of the call, the importance degree of the current call may also be scored according to the identity information of the first call object and the call information of the first call object, respectively, and the importance degree of the call with the first call object may be determined by combining scores of the two items.
The importance level of the incoming call may be determined according to the identity information of the second communication object, for example, when the identity information of the second communication object is determined to be an important communication object such as a leader, a client, or the like, it may be determined that the importance level of the current communication is high, when the identity information of the second communication object is determined to be a regular communication object such as a friend, a family, or the like, it may be determined that the importance level of the current communication is general, and when the identity information of the second malicious communication object is determined to be a non-important communication object such as a courier, a takeout, a customer service, or the like, it may be determined that the importance level of the current communication is low.
In order to more accurately compare the current call importance level with the incoming call importance level, the call importance level and the incoming call importance level may be quantified, for example, expressed by a percentage or a score, so that the call importance level and the incoming call importance level may be visually compared in terms of a numerical value, and a processing mode of the current incoming call may be accurately determined.
Therefore, by analyzing and comparing the importance degrees of the current call and the incoming call, the incoming call in the call can be intelligently intercepted according to the importance degrees of the call and the incoming call, and the important call of the user is preferentially ensured.
Optionally, the determining, according to the identity information of the first call target and the call information of the first call target, the importance degree of the call with the first call target, and determining, according to the identity information of the second call target, the importance degree of the call of the second call target includes:
determining a basic score of the first call object according to the identity information of the first call object;
determining an additional score of the first call object according to the call content and the call duration of the first call object;
determining the sum of the basic score and the additional score as a call score of the first call object, wherein the call score represents the call importance degree;
and determining a basis score of the second communication object according to the identity information of the second communication object, wherein the basis score of the second communication object is an incoming call score of the second communication object, and the incoming call score of the second communication object represents the importance degree of the incoming call.
In other words, in one embodiment, the current call and the incoming call can be scored based on the related information of the current call object and the incoming call object, and then the importance degree of the call and the incoming call is determined according to the score, so that quantitative comparison of the importance degree is realized.
Specifically, for the current call with the first call target, the base score of the current call may be determined by obtaining the identity information of the first call target, for example, the importance of the current call target may be determined according to the identity information of the call target, and then the base score may be intelligently allocated to the current call target, or different base scores corresponding to different identity information may be set in advance, a higher base score may be set for a call target such as a leader or a client, a medium base score may be set for a call target such as a family or a friend, and a lower base score may be set for a courier or a stranger. The additional score of the current call can be determined by identifying the call content of the first call object and the current call duration, namely, dynamically adding or subtracting the score, for example, if the current call content is determined to be important by voice recognition through the current content, a higher additional score can be allocated to the current call, and the additional score can be reduced based on the current call duration, so that the additional score of the current call can be determined by combining the call content of the first call object and the current call duration. Finally, the sum of the basic score and the additional score can be used as a call score of the first call object, wherein the call score can represent the importance degree of the current call, and the higher the score is, the higher the call importance degree is, and vice versa, the lower the call importance degree is.
For the incoming call of the current second call object, the basic score of the current incoming call can be determined by acquiring the identity information of the second call object, the specific mode can be similar to the mode of determining the basic score of the first call object, that is, the importance of the current call object can be determined according to the identity information of the call object, and then the basic score is intelligently allocated to the current call object, or the basic score corresponding to the identity information of the second call object can be determined based on different preset basic scores corresponding to different preset identity information, wherein the basic score of the second call object is the incoming call score of the second call object, the incoming call score can represent the importance degree of the current incoming call, and the higher the score is, the higher the importance degree of the incoming call is, and the lower the incoming call is otherwise.
Therefore, by comparing the call score of the first call object with the call score of the second call object, the importance degree of the current call and the incoming call can be quickly and accurately determined, and whether the current incoming call is intercepted or not can be further determined.
Optionally, determining a base score of the target call object according to the identity information of the target call object includes:
acquiring a nickname and/or remark information of a target call object;
determining identity information of the target call object according to the nickname and/or remark information of the target call object;
determining a basic score of the target call object according to a preset corresponding relation between the identity and the basic score;
and the target call object is the first call object or the second call object.
That is, the determination of the base score of the call object may be to determine the identity information of the call object by acquiring the nickname and/or remark information of the call object, and then determine the base score corresponding to the identity information of the call object based on the preset corresponding relationship between the identity and the base score. Wherein, for both the first call object and the second call object, the respective base scores can be determined in this way.
The obtaining of the nickname and/or remark information of the target call object may be obtaining nickname and remark (e.g. position, company, label, etc.) information of the target call object stored in the address book, and determining identity information of the target call object, for example, determining that the target call object is leader, colleague, family, friend, classmate, etc., and when the target call object information is not stored in the address book, determining that the identity of the target call object is stranger, or when the target call object information is not stored in the address book, obtaining label information of the target call object in the database, and determining the identity of the target call object, such as courier, takeout person, customer service, intermediary harassing call, etc.
In this embodiment, the correspondence relationship between the identity and the base point may be preset, and for example, the base point may be set to 100 points for the company boss and leader, 80 points for the important client, 70 points for the family, 60 points for the relative and friend, 50 points for the colleague and classmate, 30 points for the courier and the overseer, and 0 point for the stranger and the advertisement promotion, and may be specifically adjusted according to the actual situation. Therefore, the basic score corresponding to the identity information of the target call object can be quickly inquired according to the preset corresponding relation between the identity and the basic score, and the basic score of the target call object is obtained.
By the method and the device, the base scores of the current call object and the incoming call object can be determined quickly and accurately.
Optionally, the determining an additional score of the first call object according to the call content and the call duration of the first call object includes:
during the conversation with the first conversation object, recognizing the conversation content with the first conversation object, and determining the conversation context with the first conversation object according to the recognized conversation content;
determining a scoring value of the first call object according to a call context of the first call object, wherein different call contexts correspond to different scoring values;
determining a subtraction value of the first call object according to the call duration of the first call object, wherein the call duration is positively correlated with the subtraction value;
and subtracting the score reduction value from the score addition value to obtain an additional score of the first call object.
In one embodiment, the determination of the additional point of the first call object may be to dynamically add or subtract a point to the current call based on the current call content and the call duration.
Specifically, in the process of a call with the first call object, call voice with the first call object may be acquired, the call voice is recognized and semantically understood, the context of the current call is determined, and the added value of the current call is determined according to the current call context. Wherein the call context can be understood by semantic recognition and keywords in the call speech can determine different call contexts, e.g., the call context can include uninterruptable, important meeting, important events, short family, chatty, express delivery, advertising promotion, etc.
In this embodiment, the importance of the current call may be determined according to the call context, and then the added value may be intelligently assigned to the current call context, or different call contexts may be preset to correspond to different added values, for example, for a "call context that cannot be interrupted", the added value may be set to 100 points, for a "call context of an important meeting" and an "important matter", the added value may be set to 80 points, for a "call context of a long and short home" and a "short chat", the added value may be set to 30 points, for a "call context of a quick meal" may be set to 10 points, for a "call context of an advertisement promotion", the added value may be set to 0 point, and may be specifically adjusted according to actual situations. Therefore, the added value corresponding to the call context of the first call object can be quickly determined according to the corresponding relation between the call context and the added value, and the added value of the first call object is obtained.
In this embodiment, the depreciation value of the first call object may be determined according to the call duration of the first call object, specifically, considering that the call is more likely to end as the call duration actually increases, the depreciation value may be positively correlated with the call duration, that is, the depreciation value may increase as the call duration increases, for example, the relationship between the call duration and the depreciation value may be set such that the depreciation value is increased by 5 minutes or 10 minutes every time the call duration increases by one minute.
After the added value and the subtracted value of the first call object are determined, the added value and the subtracted value can be subtracted to obtain an additional score of the first call object.
For example, when an "incoming call" is received in "video or voice chat", the scores of "video or voice chat" and "incoming call" may be compared to determine whether to answer "incoming call" or continue "video or voice chat". Aiming at a scene one, the object of video or voice chat is family, the conversation content is the length of the family, and the conversation is chatted for 5 minutes, at the moment, the company leads the 'incoming call', and the score of the 'video or voice chat' can be calculated as follows: basic score 70 (family) + add score 30 (home long and short) -minus score 50 (5 × 10), total 50. The score of "incoming call" is: the base is divided into 100 points (company leader), for a total of 100 points. Thus, since the score of the "incoming call" is greater than the score of the "video or voice chat", the current "video or voice chat" can be interrupted and the "incoming call" can be answered.
Aiming at the scene two, the object of the video or voice chat is a friend, the conversation content is a chat, and the chat is carried out for 6 minutes, at the moment, a stranger 'incoming call' exists, and the score of the video or voice chat can be calculated as follows: basal score 60 (friends) + add score 30 (chatty) -minus score 60 (6 × 10), for a total of 30. The score of "incoming call" is: the basic score is 0 (strangers), and the total score is 0. Thus, the score of the 'incoming call' is smaller than that of the 'video or voice chat', so that the current 'video or voice chat' can be maintained and the 'incoming call' can be intercepted.
Therefore, by combining the conversation content and the conversation duration of the first conversation object and dynamically adding and subtracting the current conversation object, the importance degree of the current conversation can be reasonably determined, and the processing mode of the incoming call in the conversation is ensured to be more in line with the current actual conversation situation.
The following describes, with reference to fig. 2, an implementation of intelligently intercepting incoming calls according to call importance in the embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 2, the method comprises the following steps:
and S21, performing video or voice chat through third-party software, identifying the identity of the opposite party of the call, and setting the basic score of the current video or voice chat.
And S22, in the process of carrying out video or voice chat, identifying keywords in the conversation content to determine the conversation context, carrying out dynamic bonus on the current video or voice chat, and simultaneously carrying out dynamic bonus according to the chat duration.
And S23, when the 'incoming call' is received in the process of 'video or voice chat', identifying the identity of the call object, and setting the basic score of 'incoming call'.
And step S24, judging whether the score of the video or voice chat is larger than the score of the incoming call.
When the score of the "video or voice chat" is greater than the score of the "incoming call", step S25 is performed, otherwise step S26 is performed.
And S25, continuing the video or voice chat and intercepting the incoming call.
And S26, interrupting the video or voice chat and answering the incoming call.
Thus, according to the embodiment of the application, under the condition that the user carries out network video or voice based on third-party software, whether the ongoing video or voice chat is interrupted or not can be dynamically judged according to the scores of the current video or voice chat and the current incoming call. The method is particularly suitable for scenes that the user does not expect to be interrupted by unimportant incoming calls in video or voice communication processes of some important third-party networks.
According to the incoming call processing method in the embodiment of the application, under the condition that a first operation of a user is received, a first call with a first call object is established; and in the communication process of the first communication, if the incoming call information of a second communication object is received, processing the incoming call of the second communication object according to the target parameter of the first operation. Therefore, the processing mode of the subsequently received call in the call is determined based on the operation parameters when the call is established, the call in the call can be processed according to the user requirements, and the influence on the call experience of the user due to the fact that the current call is directly interrupted by the call is avoided.
