As shown in fig. 6-7, the undervoltage release judging mechanism 3 includes a tripping half shaft 31, when the undervoltage release is not powered (see fig. 7), the second engaging portion 42 is in limit engagement with the tripping half shaft 31 of the undervoltage release judging mechanism 3, and when the undervoltage release is powered (see the portion of the tripping half shaft 31 in fig. 6), the second engaging portion 42 is out of limit engagement with the tripping half shaft 31 of the undervoltage release judging mechanism 3.
After the first matching part 41 and the second matching part 42 are both released from the limit matching, the comprehensive judgment part 4 slides in the housing to a position where the comprehensive judgment part can be matched with the closing half shaft 23 under the action of the driving elastic part 61, and the third matching part 43 of the comprehensive judgment part 4 can be matched with the closing half shaft 23 (see the positions of the closing half shaft 23 and the third matching part 43 in fig. 6 and 9), so that the third matching part 43 can be matched with the closing half shaft 23 for closing, and in the sliding process of the comprehensive judgment part 4, the fourth matching part 44 moves the operation indicator 5 to enable the operation indicator 5 to display that the operation mechanism can be closed. It should be noted that the spacing fit of the energy storage indicator 1, the opening and closing indicator 2 and the first fitting portion 41 do not interfere with each other, the spacing fit of the energy storage indicator 1 and the first fitting portion 41 is released and does not affect the spacing fit of the opening and closing indicator 2 and the first fitting portion 41, and the comprehensive judgment member 4 can slide only when the energy storage indicator 1 and the opening and closing indicator 2 are both released from the spacing fit of the first fitting portion 41 and the under-voltage release judgment mechanism 3 and the second fitting portion 42 are also released from the spacing fit.
The layout structure of the embodiment is that the energy storage indicator 1, the switching-on/off indicator 2, the operation indicator 5 and the switching-on half shaft 23 are arranged on one side of the shell, the switching-on half shaft 23 is positioned above the energy storage indicator 1, the switching-on/off indicator 2 and the operation indicator 5, and the space below the switching-on half shaft 23 is used for limiting and matching the comprehensive judgment part 4 with the energy storage indicator 1, the switching-on/off indicator 2 and the operation indicator 5; the opening half shaft 31 is arranged on the other side of the shell and is opposite to the closing half shaft 23, and under the driving action of the driving elastic part 61, the comprehensive judgment part 4 can slide in the shell between the opening half shaft 31 and the closing half shaft 23, so that the gap between each indicator is fully utilized, and the space utilization rate in the shell is improved.
As shown in fig. 1-2, an optimal layout structure is provided, the operating mechanism disposed in the circuit breaker housing includes two opposite side plates 6, the energy storage indicator 1, the switching indicator 2, the operation indicator 5, the switching half shaft 23 and the switching half shaft 31 are disposed between the two side plates 6, the switching indicator 2, the operation indicator 5 and the energy storage indicator 1 are sequentially and parallelly rotatably mounted below the switching half shaft 23, and a window (not shown) is disposed at a position opposite to the circuit breaker housing so as to observe states of the energy storage indicator 1, the switching indicator 2 and the operation indicator 5; a cam 12 matched with the energy storage indicating member 1 is rotatably arranged at one side close to the energy storage indicating member 1; a rotating shaft 71 of an operating mechanism is arranged below the opening half shaft 31, the rotating shaft 71 penetrates through the two side plates 6, and an indicator cantilever 22 matched with the opening and closing indicator 2 is rotatably arranged on the rotating shaft 71. The side plate 6 is provided with a sliding groove 63, the comprehensive judgment part 4 is provided with a supporting part 421 matched with the sliding groove 63, and the supporting part 421 can be used for pushing a micro switch on the outer side wall of the side plate 6 and outputting an electric signal in a switching-on/off state through the micro switch; after the energy storage indicator 1, the opening and closing indicator 2, the undervoltage release judging mechanism 3 and the comprehensive indicator 4 are all released from limit matching, one end of the comprehensive indicator 4 can slide to the upper part of the closing half shaft 23 by the matching of the driving elastic part 61, and the other end of the comprehensive indicator 4 slides between the rotating shaft 71 and the opening half shaft 31. The driving elastic member 61 in this embodiment is preferably a spring, one end of which is fixed to the side plate 6 and the other end of which is connected to the driving portion 45 of the comprehensive judgment member 4, and when one end of the comprehensive judgment member 4 slides above the closing half shaft 23, the spring serving as the driving elastic member 61 releases energy; then, the breaker is closed, and the comprehensive judgment part 4 slides to an original position indicating that the breaker cannot be closed, and stores energy as a spring for driving the elastic part 61. It should be noted that the comprehensive judgment part 4 is pushed by the energy storage indicating part 1, the switching-on/off indicating part 2 and the undervoltage release judging mechanism 3 together to return to the position where the switch can not be switched on; the indicating member cantilever 22 and the switching-on/off cantilever can be the same part, and certainly, an indicating member cantilever 22 can be additionally arranged without the switching-on/off cantilever.
Energy storage indicator 1 is including the first rocking arm 11 that is equipped with energy storage indicator sign portion, divide closing indicator 2 including the second rocking arm 21 that is equipped with divide closing indicator sign portion, operation indicator 5 is including the fourth rocking arm 51 that is equipped with operation indicator sign portion, second rocking arm 21, fourth rocking arm 51 and first rocking arm 11 rotate side by side between two curb plates 6 in proper order, preferentially, second rocking arm 21, fourth rocking arm 51 and 11 coaxial arrangements of first rocking arm, and still be equipped with the connecting axle 72 that is used for spacing second rocking arm 21, fourth rocking arm 51 and 11 turned angle of first rocking arm between two curb plates 6.
Based on the layout structure in this embodiment, specific structures of the energy storage indicator 1, the opening/closing indicator 2, the undervoltage release determination mechanism 3, and the operation indicator 5 are provided.
As shown in fig. 3-4, the energy storage indicator 1 includes a first rocker arm 11 rotatably mounted between the inner side plates 6 of the housing, a cam 12 rotatably mounted on one side of the first rocker arm 11, the cam 12 being in linkage with the energy storage mechanism, a first protruding arm 111 protruding outward being provided on one side of the first rocker arm 11, a locking groove 121 being provided on a circumferential edge of the cam 12, the first protruding arm 111 being fittingly locked into the locking groove 121 of the cam 12 when sliding along the circumferential edge of the cam 12; a second convex arm 112 is arranged on the other side of the first rocker arm 11, the second convex arm 112 is used for being matched with the first matching part 41 of the comprehensive judgment part 4, preferably, the first rocker arm 11 is fan-shaped, one end of the first rocker arm 11 is an arc surface and is used as an energy storage indication mark part for displaying the state of an energy storage part, for example, "energy storage" is noted on the upper part of the arc surface, and "energy release" is noted on the lower part of the arc surface; the other end of the first rocker arm 11 is used for rotating connection, a groove is formed in the middle of the first rocker arm 11, a connecting shaft 72 penetrates through the groove, in the swinging process of the first rocker arm 11, the connecting shaft 72 is used for limiting the rotating position of the first rocker arm 11, and the connecting shaft 72 is matched with the groove to be used for switching marks on the energy storage indicating mark part. The first protruding arm 111 is formed by extending the arc edge of the first rocker arm 11 towards the cam 12, the second protruding arm 112 is located at a side far away from the cam 12, preferably, the second protruding arm 112 is convexly disposed at an end of the first rocker arm 11 for connection, and the second protruding arm 112 can be abutted against the first matching portion 41 of the comprehensive judgment part 4 to limit the sliding of the comprehensive judgment part 4 towards the direction of the closing half shaft 23.
The action processes of the comprehensive judgment part 4, the energy storage indicating part 1 and the cam 12 are as follows: cam 12 and energy storage mechanism linkage, cam 12 are installed on the V type axle of being connected with the handle, and through the handle drive of relapseing to swing many times and install the epaxial cam subassembly of V type and make energy storage mechanism energy storage, cam subassembly can include cam 12, and cam 12 can be the cam that directly is used for driving energy storage mechanism energy storage, perhaps cam 12 sets up alone on the V type axle specially be used for cooperating with energy storage indicator 1. When the energy storage is not completed and the energy storage indicator 1 indicates that the energy storage is not completed, the first convex arm 111 is matched with the edge of the cam 12 to enable the first rocker arm 11 not to rotate and enable the second convex arm 112 to be abutted against the first matching part 41 to keep limit matching (see fig. 3); when the energy storage is completed and the energy storage indicator 1 indicates that the energy storage is completed, the first convex arm 111 is clamped into the clamping groove 121 of the cam 12, the rocker arm rotates along with the cam 12, in the figure, the first rocker arm 11 rotates counterclockwise, and the second convex arm 112 is separated from the first matching part 41 along with the rotation of the first rocker arm 11 so as to release the limit matching (see fig. 4); when the switch is closed, the energy storage mechanism releases energy, the cam 12 resets along with the V-shaped shaft, the first convex arm 111 is matched with the edge of the cam 12, the cam 12 enables the first rocker arm 11 to rotate, the first rocker arm of the energy storage indicating piece 1 indicates that energy storage is not finished, the second convex arm 112 is abutted against the first matching part 41 to drive the comprehensive judgment piece 4 to slide towards the switching-off half shaft 31, the limiting matching is kept, and meanwhile, the comprehensive judgment piece 4 enables the operation indicating piece to display that the switch cannot be closed.
As shown in fig. 5-6, the switching indicator 2 includes a second rocker arm 21 rotatably mounted between two side plates 6 in the housing, a first acting portion 211 cooperating with the comprehensive judgment member 4 and a second acting portion 212 cooperating with the indicator suspension arm 22 are provided at one end of the second rocker arm 21, preferably, the second rocker arm 21 is rotatably mounted coaxially with the first rocker arm 11, one side of the second rocker arm 21 is used as a switching indicator portion and has a curved surface for indicating the switching condition, an upper portion of the curved surface is marked off, a lower portion of the curved surface is marked on, a middle portion of the second rocker arm 21 is provided with a groove, the groove of the second rocker arm 21 corresponds to the groove of the first rocker arm 11 in position and is used for passing through the same connecting shaft 72 to switch the curved surface identification, and the connecting shaft 72 is used for limiting the rotation position of the second rocker arm 21. A projection structure is provided as the second acting portion 212 on the side of the second swing arm 21 close to the indicator arm 22, and a projection structure is provided as the first acting portion 211 on the side of the second swing arm 21 close to the comprehensive judgment member 4. In the present embodiment, the first rocker arm 11 and the second rocker arm 21 are coaxially connected and are separately engaged with the first engaging portion 41 in a limiting manner, and preferably, the first acting portion 211 is a rod-shaped protrusion extending toward the first rocker arm 11, so that the first acting portion 211 can extend above the first protruding arm 111, and the first acting portion 211 and the first protruding arm 111 are respectively engaged with different positions of the first engaging portion 41 of the comprehensive judgment part 4. An indicator cantilever 22 is rotatably arranged at one side of the second rocker arm 21, the indicator cantilever 22 is preferably arranged on a rotating shaft 71 between the two side plates 6, the rotating shaft 71 drives the main contact of the circuit breaker to be switched on and off through a switching-on and switching-off cantilever arranged on the rotating shaft, the indicator arm 22 is provided with a third acting part 221, preferably, the third acting part 221 is a protruding structure arranged on one side of the indicator arm 22 close to the second rocker arm 21, the second acting part 212 and the third acting part 221 abut against each other to form a snap structure to limit the rotation of the second rocker arm 21, at this time, the first acting part 211 abuts against the first matching part 41 to limit the sliding of the comprehensive judgment part 4 towards the direction of the closing half shaft 23, after the snap-fit structure of the second acting portion 212 and the third acting portion 221 is disassembled, the second rocker arm 21 may rotate counterclockwise as shown in the drawing and thus the limit engagement of the first acting portion 211 and the first engaging portion 41 is released.
The action process of the comprehensive judgment part 4, the opening and closing indicator 2 and the indicator cantilever 22 is that when the circuit breaker is closed, the energy storage mechanism releases energy to drive the rotating shaft 71 to rotate through the link mechanism, the rotating shaft 71 drives the main contact to be closed through the opening and closing cantilever thereon, and simultaneously drives the indicator cantilever 22 to rotate, the third acting part 221 of the indicator cantilever 22 drives the opening and closing indicator 2 to rotate through the second acting part 212 to indicate the closing, when the opening and closing indicator 2 indicates that the main contact is closed, the second acting part 212 abuts against the third acting part 221 to make the second rocker 21 not rotate and make the first acting part 211 abut against the first matching part 41, and the comprehensive judgment part 4 is driven to slide towards the opening half shaft 31 and keep the limit matching (see fig. 5); when the circuit breaker is opened, the rotating shaft 71 drives the indicating part cantilever 22 to rotate reversely, the third acting part 221 is separated from the second acting part 212 to indicate opening, the opening indicating part 2 rotates reversely through the reset spring thereof, namely, after the indicating part cantilever 22 releases the limit of the opening and closing indicating part 2, the opening and closing indicating part 2 rotates reversely through the reset spring, and when the opening and closing indicating part 2 rotates reversely to indicate that the main contact is disconnected, the second rocker arm 21 rotates to separate the first acting part 211 from the first matching part 41 of the comprehensive judgment part 4 to release the limit matching (see fig. 6).
As shown in fig. 6-7, the undervoltage trip device determining mechanism 3 includes a switching-off half shaft 31 rotatably installed between two side plates 6 in the housing, a trip finger 311 and a convex limiting boss 312 are disposed on the switching-off half shaft 31, the limiting boss 312 is located at a side close to the comprehensive judgment part 4, after the switching-off half shaft 31 rotates counterclockwise, the limiting boss 312 contacts with the second matching part 42 to limit the sliding of the comprehensive judgment part 4, and after the switching-off half shaft 31 rotates clockwise, the limiting boss 312 and the second matching part 42 are released from limiting matching. Preferably, the number of the limiting bosses 312 is two, an open slot 313 (see fig. 2) is formed on one side of the opening half shaft 31 close to the comprehensive indicating member 4 by the two limiting bosses 312, the open slot 313 is used for limiting the comprehensive indicating member 4, the upper side edge corresponding to the comprehensive indicating member 4 extends into the open slot 313 for limiting, the comprehensive indicating member 4 is positioned between the rotating shaft 71 and the opening half shaft 31 under the limiting effect of the open slot 313, and can provide a guiding effect for the comprehensive indicating member 4 in the moving process of the comprehensive indicating member 4, and the end parts of the two limiting bosses 312 are respectively matched with the second matching parts 42 of the arc-shaped protrusions on the two sides of the comprehensive indicating member 4 to limit the sliding of the comprehensive indicating member 4.
The action process of the undervoltage release, the comprehensive judgment piece 4 and the undervoltage release judgment mechanism 3 is that when the undervoltage release is out of power, the tripping finger 311 of the opening half shaft 31 is pressed down by the undervoltage release, and the opening half shaft 31 rotates to enable the limiting boss 312 to abut against the second matching part 42 to keep limiting matching (see fig. 7); when the undervoltage release is electrified, the undervoltage release is electrified to attract the opening half shaft 31 without pressing down, the release finger 311 of the opening half shaft 31 resets and rotates to separate the limit boss 312 from the second matching part 42 of the comprehensive judgment part 4 so as to release the limit matching (see the opening half shaft 31, the release finger 311 and the limit boss 312 in fig. 6). It should be noted that the under-voltage release and the tripping half shaft 31 are the existing tripping cooperating mechanism, and in the closing state of the circuit breaker, when an under-voltage fault occurs, the under-voltage release acts to press the tripping finger 311 of the tripping half shaft 31, so that the tripping half shaft 31 rotates to release the limit and further trigger the circuit breaker to trip and trip, and in addition, the tripping half shaft 31 is usually also cooperating with a tripping button, other fault releases, and the like, which belongs to the prior art in the field and is not described herein again. The improvement of the invention for the under-voltage release judging mechanism 3 is that a comprehensive judging piece 4 is arranged, the existing opening half shaft 31 is improved, and a limit boss 312 is added for matching with the comprehensive judging piece 4 and judging whether the under-voltage release has the voltage meeting the requirement.
As shown in fig. 8 to 9, the operation indicator 5 includes a fourth rocker arm 51 provided with an operation indicator mark, the fourth rocker arm 51 being preferably located between the first rocker arm 11 and the second rocker arm 21; the middle part of the fourth rocker arm 51 is rotatably supported between the two side plates 6 in the shell, one end of the fourth rocker arm 51 serves as an operation indication identification part, the operation indication identification part is preferably fan-shaped, the upper part of the cambered surface of the operation indication identification part is marked with 'OK', the lower part of the cambered surface is marked with 'OK', a notch 52 is arranged on the lower side of the operation indication identification part, the notch 52 is used for being matched with a connecting shaft 72 to switch the state of the operation indication identification part, the connecting shaft 72 is the same connecting shaft 72 matched with the first rocker arm 11 and the second rocker arm 21, and the connecting shaft 72 is used for limiting the rotating position of the fourth rocker arm 51. The other end of the fourth rocker arm 51 is provided with a second driving element 62 which is matched with the side plate 6 as a connecting end, the connecting end of the fourth rocker arm 51 is in limit matching with the fourth matching portion 44 of the comprehensive judgment part 4, the preferred connecting end is bent into a right angle, and a hook structure is formed at the tail end of the vertical portion of the connecting end and is used for being connected with the second driving element 62, the vertical portion of the connecting end is used for being matched with the fourth matching portion 44 of the comprehensive judgment part 4, in the sliding process of the comprehensive judgment part 4, the second driving element 62 drives the fourth rocker arm 51 to rotate, the fourth matching portion 44 is used as a rotating fulcrum of the fourth rocker arm 51, the preferred second driving element 62 is a spring, and two ends of the second driving element 62 are respectively connected with the operation indicating part 5 and the side plate 6.
After the first engaging portion 41 and the second engaging portion 42 are disengaged from the limit engagement, the comprehensive judgment member 4 moves between the two side plates 6 under the action of the driving elastic member 61 so that the third engaging portion 43 can engage with the closing half shaft 23, and during the sliding of the comprehensive judgment member 4, the fourth engaging portion 44 of the comprehensive judgment member 4 slides in a direction away from the connecting end of the fourth rocker arm 51, and the operation indicator 5 rotates and displays the operation indicator part under the combined action of the fourth engaging portion 44 and the second driving member 62 (see fig. 9), in addition to which the fourth rocker arm 51 is kept in the non-closing state as shown in fig. 8.
With reference to fig. 10, an optimal structure of the comprehensive judgment part 4 is provided, where the comprehensive judgment part 4 includes a rod body, one end of the rod body has a straight edge, the straight edge is used as a first matching portion 41 of the comprehensive judgment part 4, the energy storage indicator 1 and the opening/closing indicator 2 are separately and limitedly matched with the first matching portion 41, and the energy storage indicator 1 and the opening/closing indicator 2 in this embodiment are respectively matched with different positions of the straight edge, so that the matching positions can be further optimized on the straight edge. The other end of the rod body is in an obtuse circle shape and serves as a tail portion of the comprehensive judgment piece 4, the tail portion of the comprehensive judgment piece 4 slides between the opening half shaft 31 and the rotating shaft 71, preferably, a contact portion 46 protrudes downwards from the tail portion of the comprehensive judgment piece 4, the contact portion 46 is used for keeping sliding contact with the rotating shaft 71, under the matching of the contact portion and the rotating shaft, the contact surface of the contact portion 46 is preferably an inclined surface, a groove serving as a driving portion 45 is formed in the rod body between the first matching portion 41 and the tail portion, preferably, an inlet is formed in the groove of the driving portion 45, as shown in fig. 3, 4 and 10, the driving portion 45 is bent to facilitate connection of one end of the driving elastic piece 61 and the driving portion 45, and the other end of the driving elastic piece 61 is fixed in the shell and preferably fixed on the side plate 6.
Be equipped with the arc arch as second cooperation portion 42 on the body of rod one side that is close to the afterbody, second cooperation portion 42 is used for judging 3 spacing cooperations of mechanism with under-voltage release, and is preferred, the body of rod of synthesizing judgement piece 4 is close to the afterbody both sides and all is equipped with the arc arch as second cooperation portion 42, and the body of rod side before the arc arch of both sides is arranged in stretching the open slot 313 on under-voltage release judgement mechanism 3's separating brake semi-axis 31. Preferably, as shown in fig. 1 and 10, the second engaging portion 42 extends toward the side plate 6, a rod-shaped structure is protruded from a side surface of the second engaging portion 42 to serve as a supporting member 421, the supporting member 421 is slidably engaged with the sliding groove 63 of the side plate 6, and when the energy storage indicator 1, the switching indicator 2, and the undervoltage release determining mechanism 3 are all in a switchable state, the comprehensive determining member 4 is driven by the driving elastic member 61 to slide the supporting member 421 along the sliding groove 63 of the side plate 6. Furthermore, the supporting member 421 passes through the sliding slot 63 and extends out of the side plate 6, and can be matched with the micro switch to send out a closable electrical signal and an non-closable electrical signal.
A protruding structure serving as a third matching portion 43 is arranged above the first matching portion 41 in an outward protruding manner, the third matching portion 43 is used for matching with the closing half shaft 23, specifically, matching with a boss structure on one side of the closing half shaft 23, an extending portion 431 matching with a closing button is arranged on the third matching portion 43, the extending portion 431 is used for enabling the third matching portion 43 to match with the closing half shaft 23, the closing button is pressed to act on the extending portion 431, and then the closing half shaft 23 is rotated through the third matching portion 43 to trigger a closing action, so that the energy storage mechanism releases energy. A protruding structure serving as a fourth matching portion 44 is convexly arranged on one side of the middle of the rod body, the fourth matching portion 44 and the third matching portion 43 are located on the same side of the rod body, the fourth matching portion 44 is used for matching with the operation indicating member 5, specifically, the connecting end of the operation indicating member 5 is matched with the fourth matching portion 44 to be used for driving the operation indicating member 5 in the sliding process of the comprehensive judgment member 4, and serves as a rotation fulcrum of the operation indicating member 5 when the second driving member 62 drives the operation indicating member 5 to rotate. Further, one end of the sliding groove 63 close to the closing half shaft 23 is larger than the other end of the sliding groove 63, so that the supporting piece 421 can rotate at the end of the sliding groove 63 close to the closing half shaft 23 and cannot rotate at the end far away from the closing half shaft 23.
