The monitoring and management system for home-based care of the aged based on the internet of things of claim 1, wherein the environment monitoring subsystem is used for collecting living environment information of the life of the old at home through a sensor of the internet of things, establishing connection with an intelligent home through the technology of the internet of things according to the living environment information, and controlling the intelligent home-based care of the old at home to automatically adjust the living environment of the life of the old at home; the environment monitoring subsystem comprises an environment acquisition module, an intelligent analysis module, a self-regulation module and an alarm feedback module; the environment acquisition module comprises but is not limited to a temperature sensor, a humidity sensor, a toxic gas sensor and an illumination sensor and is used for acquiring living environment information of the life of the family old in real time; the intelligent analysis module is used for carrying out intelligent analysis according to living environment information of the life of the old at home to obtain a proper regulation threshold value and environment danger information; the self-regulation module is connected with the intelligent home and is used for self-regulation of the intelligent home according to a proper regulation threshold value; the alarm feedback module is used for giving an alarm to the old, children and community personnel according to the environmental danger information.
