Abstract

The disclosure provides an information management method of an electronic shelf and the electronic shelf using the same. The method comprises the following steps: displaying one or more item information on a screen of the electronic shelf in response to the item ranking list displaying instruction or the searching instruction; displaying an item detail page for the item in response to the detail view instruction for any of the item information, the item detail page including at least purchase entry information for the item; and responding to the operation of the user on the purchase entry information, and generating and recording the documentary data and the financial accounting information. The information management method of the electronic shelf can improve the information display efficiency and interaction efficiency of the electronic shelf and realize the function diversification management of the electronic shelf.

Background
With the development of electronic commerce, an electronic shelf capable of displaying an item purchase entrance to a crowd on-line and introducing off-line consumption to an on-line platform has appeared. The electronic shelf can display the article information and the article purchasing two-dimensional code of the e-commerce platform through a large screen, so that a user can scan the two-dimensional code to perform online shopping in an online scene.

Disclosure of Invention
The present disclosure is directed to an information management method for an electronic shelf and an electronic shelf using the same, which are used to overcome, at least to some extent, the problems that an electronic shelf cannot form efficient information interaction, cannot meet personalized requirements of sellers and various kinds of articles, and has low settlement efficiency due to limitations and defects of related technologies.
According to a first aspect of the embodiments of the present disclosure, there is provided an information management method of an electronic shelf, including: displaying one or more item information on a screen of the electronic shelf in response to the item ranking list displaying instruction or the searching instruction; displaying an item detail page for the item in response to the detail view instruction for any of the item information, the item detail page including at least purchase entry information for the item; and responding to the operation of the user on the purchase entry information, and generating and recording the documentary data and the financial accounting information.
In an example embodiment of the present disclosure, the presenting, in response to the item leaderboard presentation instruction or the search instruction, one or more item information on the screen of the electronic shelf includes: updating the sales value of the article at regular time; responding to the item ranking list display instruction corresponding to the sales ranking list, and displaying the item information of the items with the sales ranking as the first previous preset value according to the sales numerical sequence.

In the embodiment shown in fig. 5A, the item information is arranged according to the sales volume, the items appearing in the screen are all the item information of the items with the first preset value before the sales volume is arranged, the item information comprises item thumbnails, item prices and item descriptions, and the item information with the sales volume ranked before also displays the sales volume ranking.
In the embodiment shown in fig. 5B, the item information is arranged according to the discount rate, and the items appearing in the screen are all the item information of the items of the second preset value before the discount rate ranking, and the item information includes item thumbnails, item prices, item descriptions and discount rates.
In the embodiment shown in fig. 5C, the recommended items are arranged in the screen from near to far according to the recommended time, and the item information includes item thumbnails, item prices, and item descriptions. Wherein the recommended time is the time when the item is listed as the recommended item.
In the embodiment shown in fig. 5D, items whose item information matches the search keyword of the user are shown, and the item information includes item thumbnails, item prices, and item descriptions.
In the embodiment shown in fig. 5A to 5D, the item information includes at least an item thumbnail, an item price, and an item description. It is understood that in other embodiments of the present disclosure, the item information may also include more, and the present disclosure is not particularly limited thereto.
At step S104, an item detail page of the item is displayed in response to the detail view instruction for any item information, the item detail page including at least purchase entry information of the item.
In this step, first, an article identifier corresponding to the detail view instruction is specified, and article detail information such as sales information, evaluation information, and attribute information corresponding to the article identifier is acquired. And then, determining a purchase entry jump link according to the equipment identifier of the electronic shelf, and splicing one or more purchase entry jump two-dimensional codes according to the purchase entry jump link. And finally, generating an article detail page by using a preset display mode according to the sales information, the evaluation information, the attribute information and the purchase entrance skip two-dimensional code and displaying the article detail page.
One item can correspond to a plurality of purchase entry jump links, and the corresponding relation between the item and the purchase entry jump links can be set by a seller. When the article originates from the E-commerce website master station, the purchase entry skip two-dimensional code can also only point to the E-commerce website master station.
Fig. 6 is a sub-flowchart of step S104 in one embodiment of the present disclosure.
Referring to fig. 6, the process of displaying an item detail sheet may include:
step S1041, determining an article identifier corresponding to the detail checking instruction;
step S1042, acquiring article detail information corresponding to the article identifier, wherein the article detail information comprises at least one of sales information, evaluation information and attribute information;
step S1043, determining a purchase entrance skip link according to the device identifier of the electronic shelf, and splicing the purchase entrance skip two-dimensional code according to the purchase entrance skip link;
and S1044, generating and displaying an item detail page in a preset display mode according to the item detail information and the purchase entry skip two-dimensional code.
The item detail information may include, for example, item reviews, review tags, item attention, number of praise, number of recent sales, and other data. The source of the item detail information can be the website master station of the E-commerce or the database of the seller.
FIG. 7 is a schematic illustration of an item detail page in one embodiment of the present disclosure.
Referring to fig. 7, evaluation information may be displayed in a word cloud manner, and details of various items are displayed on a page through a data chart, so as to improve the interaction efficiency of a user with an electronic shelf.
In step S106, in response to the user' S operation of purchasing the entry information, the documentary data and the financial billing information are generated and recorded.
In some embodiments, the purchase entry skip two-dimensional code comprises an order following link, and after the user enters the shopping platform by scanning the two-dimensional code, whether the user completes the transaction and whether the financial billing can be performed can be determined through the order following link.
Fig. 8 is a sub-flowchart of step S106 in an embodiment of the present disclosure.
Referring to fig. 8, step S106 may include:
step S1061, responding to the documentary link and using the message to monitor whether a settlement message exists;
step S1062, generating documentary data in response to a settlement message from the trading platform;
and step S1063, determining and recording financial accounting data according to the documentary data.
In this step, can link the control and confirm automatically with the single data, financial branch account data and record with the single. The documentary data can be generated according to the related information of the documentary link. Compared with the prior art that the transaction amount and the financial branch account number of one electronic shelf participation are calculated by acquiring data of a plurality of platforms, the information management efficiency of the electronic shelf can be improved by automatically following orders and automatically calculating the financial branch accounts.
To sum up, this disclosed embodiment is through showing article information, show article detail page, providing automatic following and financial branch account according to user's instruction, can increase information diversity, realizes article with the order integration, sells full channel financial branch account, effectively improves the interactivity of electron goods shelves, improves user operation experience.
Corresponding to the method embodiment, the present disclosure also provides an information management apparatus of an electronic shelf, which may be used to execute the method embodiment.
Fig. 9 schematically illustrates a block diagram of an information management apparatus of an electronic shelf in an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure.
Referring to fig. 9, the information management apparatus 900 of the electronic shelf may include:
an information display module 902 configured to display one or more item information on a screen of an electronic shelf in response to an item leaderboard display instruction or a search instruction;
a detail display module 904 configured to display an item detail page for the item in response to the detail view instruction for any item information, the item detail page including at least purchase entry information for the item;
a financial recording module 906 configured to generate and record the documentary data and the financial billing information in response to a user's operation on the purchase entry information;
in an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure, the information presentation module 902 is configured to: updating the sales value of the article at regular time; and responding to the item ranking list display instruction corresponding to the sales ranking list, and displaying the item information of the items with the sales ranking as the first previous preset value according to the sales numerical value sequence.
In an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure, the information presentation module 902 is configured to: updating the current price information and the original price information of the articles at regular time; updating the discount rate corresponding to each article according to the article current price information and the article original price information; and responding to the item ranking list display instruction corresponding to the discount ranking list, and displaying the item information of the item with the discount rate being the second previous preset value according to the discount rate sequence.
In an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure, the information presentation module 902 is configured to: updating the recommended articles and the recommended time of the recommended articles at regular time; and responding to an article ranking list display instruction corresponding to the recommended commodity ranking list, and displaying the article information of a third preset value recommended article with the latest recommendation time according to the recommendation time of the recommended article.
In an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure, the information presentation module 902 is configured to: responding to a search instruction to obtain a search keyword, wherein the search keyword comprises an article name or an article identifier; acquiring equipment identification of the electronic shelf and determining a search database according to the equipment identification, wherein the search database comprises an e-commerce website master station and/or an electronic shelf operator database; and acquiring and displaying the article information from the search database according to the search keyword.
In an exemplary embodiment of the disclosure, the detail presentation module 904 is configured to: determining an article identifier corresponding to the detail viewing instruction; acquiring article detail information corresponding to the article identifier, wherein the article detail information comprises at least one of sales information, evaluation information and attribute information; determining a purchase entry skip link according to the equipment identifier of the electronic shelf, and splicing a purchase entry skip two-dimensional code according to the purchase entry skip link; and generating an article detail page and displaying the article detail page in a preset display mode according to the article detail information and the purchase entry skip two-dimensional code.
In an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure, the financial records module 906 is configured to: responding to the documentary link and monitoring whether a settlement message exists by using the message; generating documentary data in response to a settlement message from the trading platform; and determining and recording financial accounting information according to the documentary data.
In an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure, the item information includes an item thumbnail, an item price, and an item description.
Since the functions of the apparatus 900 have been described in detail in the corresponding method embodiments, the disclosure is not repeated herein.
It should be noted that although in the above detailed description several modules or units of the device for action execution are mentioned, such a division is not mandatory. Indeed, the features and functionality of two or more modules or units described above may be embodied in one module or unit, according to embodiments of the present disclosure. Conversely, the features and functions of one module or unit described above may be further divided into embodiments by a plurality of modules or units.
As will be appreciated by one skilled in the art, aspects of the present invention may be embodied as a system, method or program product. Thus, various aspects of the invention may be embodied in the form of: an entirely hardware embodiment, an entirely software embodiment (including firmware, microcode, etc.) or an embodiment combining hardware and software aspects that may all generally be referred to herein as a "circuit," module "or" system.
In an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure, there is also provided an electronic shelf capable of implementing the above method.
An electronic shelf 1000 according to this embodiment of the invention is described below with reference to fig. 10. The electronic shelf 1000 shown in fig. 10 is only an example, and should not bring any limitation to the function and the scope of use of the embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 10, the components of electronic shelf 1000 may include, but are not limited to: a display screen 1001; a communication interface 1002; a memory 1003; a processor 1004.
The memory 1003 has stored therein program code that may be executed by the processor 1004 to perform the steps described herein in accordance with various exemplary embodiments of the present invention. For example, the processor 1004 may perform the steps as shown in fig. 1.
The memory 1003 may include readable media in the form of volatile memory units, such as a random access memory unit (RAM) and/or cache memory, and may further include a read only memory unit (ROM).
Memory 1003 may also include a program/utility having a set (at least one) of program modules including, but not limited to: an operating system, one or more application programs, other program modules, and program data, each of which, or some combination thereof, may comprise an implementation of a network environment.
Electronic shelf 1000 may also communicate with one or more external devices (e.g., keyboard, pointing device, bluetooth device, etc.), and electronic shelf 1000 may also communicate with one or more networks (e.g., Local Area Network (LAN), Wide Area Network (WAN), and/or public network, such as the internet) via communication interface 1002. It should be understood that although not shown in the figures, other hardware and/or software modules may be used in conjunction with electronic shelf 1000, including but not limited to: microcode, device drivers, redundant processing units, external disk drive arrays, RAID systems, tape drives, and data backup storage systems, among others.
Through the above description of the embodiments, those skilled in the art will readily understand that the exemplary embodiments described herein may be implemented by software, or by software in combination with necessary hardware. Therefore, the technical solution according to the embodiments of the present disclosure may be embodied in the form of a software product, which may be stored in a non-volatile storage medium (which may be a CD-ROM, a usb disk, a removable hard disk, etc.) or on a network, and includes several instructions to enable a computing device (which may be a personal computer, a server, a terminal device, or a network device, etc.) to execute the method according to the embodiments of the present disclosure.
In an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure, there is also provided a computer-readable storage medium having stored thereon a program product capable of implementing the above-described method of the present specification. In some possible embodiments, aspects of the invention may also be implemented in the form of a program product comprising program code means for causing a terminal device to carry out the steps according to various exemplary embodiments of the invention described in the above-mentioned "exemplary methods" section of the present description, when the program product is run on the terminal device.
The program product for implementing the above method according to an embodiment of the present invention may employ a portable compact disc read only memory (CD-ROM) and include program codes, and may be run on a terminal device, such as a personal computer. However, the program product of the present invention is not limited in this regard and, in the present document, a readable storage medium may be any tangible medium that can contain, or store a program for use by or in connection with an instruction execution system, apparatus, or device.
The program product may employ any combination of one or more readable media. The readable medium may be a readable signal medium or a readable storage medium. A readable storage medium may be, for example, but not limited to, an electronic, magnetic, optical, electromagnetic, infrared, or semiconductor system, apparatus, or device, or any combination of the foregoing. More specific examples (a non-exhaustive list) of the readable storage medium include: an electrical connection having one or more wires, a portable disk, a hard disk, a Random Access Memory (RAM), a read-only memory (ROM), an erasable programmable read-only memory (EPROM or flash memory), an optical fiber, a portable compact disc read-only memory (CD-ROM), an optical storage device, a magnetic storage device, or any suitable combination of the foregoing.
A computer readable signal medium may include a propagated data signal with readable program code embodied therein, for example, in baseband or as part of a carrier wave. Such a propagated data signal may take many forms, including, but not limited to, electro-magnetic, optical, or any suitable combination thereof. A readable signal medium may also be any readable medium that is not a readable storage medium and that can communicate, propagate, or transport a program for use by or in connection with an instruction execution system, apparatus, or device.
Program code embodied on a readable medium may be transmitted using any appropriate medium, including but not limited to wireless, wireline, optical fiber cable, RF, etc., or any suitable combination of the foregoing.
Program code for carrying out operations for aspects of the present invention may be written in any combination of one or more programming languages, including an object oriented programming language such as Java, C + + or the like and conventional procedural programming languages, such as the "C" programming language or similar programming languages. The program code may execute entirely on the user's computing device, partly on the user's device, as a stand-alone software package, partly on the user's computing device and partly on a remote computing device, or entirely on the remote computing device or server. In the case of a remote computing device, the remote computing device may be connected to the user computing device through any kind of network, including a Local Area Network (LAN) or a Wide Area Network (WAN), or may be connected to an external computing device (e.g., through the internet using an internet service provider).
Furthermore, the above-described figures are merely schematic illustrations of processes involved in methods according to exemplary embodiments of the invention, and are not intended to be limiting. It will be readily understood that the processes shown in the above figures are not intended to indicate or limit the chronological order of the processes. In addition, it is also readily understood that these processes may be performed synchronously or asynchronously, e.g., in multiple modules.

Claims (11)

1. An information management method for an electronic shelf, comprising:
displaying one or more item information on a screen of the electronic shelf in response to the item ranking list displaying instruction or the searching instruction;
displaying an item detail page for the item in response to the detail view instruction for any of the item information, the item detail page including at least purchase entry information for the item;
and responding to the operation of the user on the purchase entry information, and generating and recording the documentary data and the financial accounting information.
2. The information management method of claim 1, wherein the presenting one or more item information on a screen of an electronic shelf in response to an item leaderboard presentation instruction or a search instruction comprises:
updating the sales value of the article at regular time;
responding to the item ranking list display instruction corresponding to the sales ranking list, and displaying the item information of the items with the sales ranking as the first previous preset value according to the sales numerical sequence.
3. The information management method of claim 1, wherein the presenting one or more item information on a screen of an electronic shelf in response to an item leaderboard presentation instruction or a search instruction comprises:
updating the current price information and the original price information of the articles at regular time;
updating the discount rate corresponding to each article according to the article current price information and the article original price information;
and responding to the item ranking list display instruction corresponding to the discount ranking list, and displaying the item information of the item with the discount rate being the second previous preset value according to the discount rate sequence.
4. The information management method of claim 1, wherein the presenting one or more item information on a screen of an electronic shelf in response to an item leaderboard presentation instruction or a search instruction comprises:
updating recommended articles and recommended time of the recommended articles at regular time;
responding to the item ranking list display instruction corresponding to the recommended commodity ranking list, and displaying the item information of a third preset value of the recommended items with the latest recommendation time according to the recommendation time of the recommended items.
5. The information management method of claim 1, wherein the presenting one or more item information on a screen of an electronic shelf in response to an item leaderboard presentation instruction or a search instruction comprises:
responding to a search instruction to obtain a search keyword, wherein the search keyword comprises an article name or an article identifier;
acquiring the equipment identification of the electronic shelf and determining a search database according to the equipment identification, wherein the search database comprises an e-commerce website master station and/or an electronic shelf operator database;
and acquiring the article information from the search database according to the search keyword and displaying the article information.
6. The information management method according to claim 1, wherein said displaying an item detail page of the item in response to a detail view instruction for any of the item information includes:
determining an article identifier corresponding to the detail viewing instruction;
acquiring article detail information corresponding to the article identifier, wherein the article detail information comprises at least one of sales information, evaluation information and attribute information;
determining a purchase entry skip link according to the equipment identifier of the electronic shelf, and splicing a purchase entry skip two-dimensional code according to the purchase entry skip link;
and generating and displaying the item detail page in a preset display mode according to the item detail information and the purchase entry skip two-dimensional code.
7. The information management method of claim 6, wherein the generating and recording of the documentary data and the financial billing information in response to the user's operation on the purchase entry information comprises:
responding to the documentary link and monitoring whether a settlement message exists by using the message;
generating the documentary data in response to a settlement message from a trading platform;
and determining and recording the financial accounting information according to the documentary data.
8. The information management method according to claim 1, wherein the item information includes an item thumbnail, an item price, and an item description.
9. An information management device for an electronic shelf, comprising:
the information display module is set to respond to the item ranking list display instruction or the search instruction to display one or more item information on the screen of the electronic shelf;
a detail display module, which is set to respond to the detail viewing instruction of any item information to display an item detail page of the item, wherein the item detail page at least comprises purchase entry information of the item;
and the financial recording module is used for responding to the operation of the user on the purchase entry information and generating and recording the documentary data and the financial accounting information.
10. An electronic shelf, comprising:
a display screen;
a communication interface;
a memory; and
a processor coupled to the display screen, the communication interface, and the memory, the processor configured to perform the information management method of any of claims 1-8 based on instructions stored in the memory, the display screen, and the communication interface.
11. A computer-readable storage medium on which a program is stored, the program, when executed by a processor, implementing the information management method according to any one of claims 1 to 8.
