In a possible implementation, the attribute information may further include one or more of a regulation data asset type, a source system identification, a data attribute, a time attribute, and a generation manner.
In this embodiment, referring to fig. 2, the regulation and control data asset types include 19 subclasses of regulation and control data asset types under four major classes of models, operations, literary property and knowledge in the power grid regulation and control cloud platform system.
In one possible implementation mode, in order to facilitate the power grid regulation data asset processing, the regulation data asset type is represented by two-section coding instead of complex character representation, wherein the first section represents a regulation data asset class, and the second section represents a regulation data asset subclass. Specifically, in this embodiment, referring to fig. 3, the code for regulating and controlling the asset type is composed of four-digit decimal codes, where the first two digits are the first segment to represent asset major code, and the last two digits are the second segment to represent asset minor code.
S2: inquiring a preset database according to power grid regulation and control data asset acquisition requirements, when the power grid regulation and control data assets to be acquired do not exist in the database, acquiring attribute information and a source mechanism of the power grid regulation and control data assets to be acquired according to the power grid regulation and control data asset acquisition requirements, and inquiring whether a target power grid regulation and control data asset model exists in a preset power grid regulation and control data asset management model or not according to the attribute information; when a target power grid regulation and control data asset model exists in a preset power grid regulation and control data asset management model, acquiring the target power grid regulation and control data asset model; when the target power grid regulation and control data asset model does not exist in the preset power grid regulation and control data asset management model, establishing the target power grid regulation and control data asset model in the preset power grid regulation and control data asset management model according to the attribute information; the target power grid regulation and control data asset model is a power grid regulation and control data asset model with the same attribute information as the power grid regulation and control data asset to be acquired.
Specifically, the power grid regulation and control data asset processing method is based on a preset power grid regulation and control data asset management model which is formed based on a plurality of power grid regulation and control data asset models and power grid regulation and control data asset sets, wherein the specific implementation form of the power grid regulation and control data asset models and the power grid regulation and control data asset sets can be table files, and each column in the table represents the power grid regulation and control data asset models or the power grid regulation and control data asset sets. When a preset power grid regulation and control data asset management model is constructed, a certain power grid regulation and control data asset model and a power grid regulation and control data asset set can be constructed in advance according to historical experience and existing knowledge information, and an incidence relation between the power grid regulation and control data asset model and the power grid regulation and control data asset set is established.

The association relationship between the power grid regulation and control data asset model and the power grid regulation and control data asset set is realized based on the regulation and control object name, for example, a power plant A is a thermal power plant, and the thermal power plant asset set is associated; and if the power plant B is a hydraulic power plant, associating the hydraulic power plant asset set, and then associating the power plant asset set with a thermal power plant asset set through the power plant A aiming at a power grid regulation and control data asset model, such as a power data asset model of the power plant A. By introducing the asset set, the relevance among the regulation and control data assets of each power grid is further enhanced, and the magnitude of data processing is effectively reduced. For example, in the power grid regulation data asset model of the power plant, all power grid regulation data asset models of the thermal power plant may be divided into a thermal power plant asset set, and all power grid regulation data asset models of the hydraulic power plant may be divided into a hydraulic power plant asset set. Based on the method, for a newly operated power plant, a corresponding asset set is associated according to the actual regulation and control object type (thermal power or water power) of the power plant, so that the maintenance, query and the like of data assets are facilitated.
In a possible implementation manner, when the establishing a target power grid regulation and control data asset model in a preset power grid regulation and control data asset management model according to the attribute information includes: inquiring whether a target power grid regulation and control data asset set exists in a preset power grid regulation and control data asset management model or not according to the regulation and control object name of the power grid regulation and control data asset to be acquired; when a target power grid regulation and control data asset set exists in a preset power grid regulation and control data asset management model, acquiring the target power grid regulation and control data asset set; when a target power grid regulation and control data asset set does not exist in a preset power grid regulation and control data asset management model, acquiring a regulation and control object type of a power grid regulation and control data asset to be acquired, establishing the target power grid regulation and control data asset set in the preset power grid regulation and control data asset management model according to the regulation and control object type of the power grid regulation and control data asset to be acquired, and adding a regulation and control object name of the power grid regulation and control data asset to be acquired to the target power grid regulation and control data asset set; the target power grid regulation and control data asset set is a power grid regulation and control data asset set comprising the regulation and control object names of the power grid regulation and control data assets to be acquired; according to the regulation and control object name and the regulation and control data asset name of the power grid regulation and control data asset to be obtained, an initial target power grid regulation and control data asset model is established in a preset power grid regulation and control data asset management model, and the initial target power grid regulation and control data asset model is associated with a target power grid regulation and control data asset set to obtain a target power grid regulation and control data asset model.
According to the name of a regulation and control object of the power grid regulation and control data asset to be obtained and the name of the regulation and control data asset, an initial target power grid regulation and control data asset model is established in a preset power grid regulation and control data asset management model, namely definition information including the name of the regulation and control object of the power grid regulation and control data asset to be obtained and the name of the regulation and control data asset is added into the power grid regulation and control data asset management model. Meanwhile, other attribute information of the power grid regulation and control data asset to be obtained, such as the regulation and control data asset type, the source system identification, the data attribute, the time attribute and the generation mode, can also be obtained in the establishing process, and the obtained information is used as the definition content of the initial target power grid regulation and control data asset model, so that the granularity of the target power grid regulation and control data asset model is improved.
In a possible implementation manner, the power grid regulation and control data asset set is represented by a three-section type code, wherein the first section is a uniform object code in a power regulation and control object general structural design and is used for representing a regulation and control object name, the second section is a preset identifier of the power grid regulation and control data asset set, and the third section is an asset set self-increment code used for representing a regulation and control object type.
Specifically, referring to fig. 4, in this embodiment, the power grid regulation and control data asset set adopts a 7-bit digital coding and identification form, where the first four bits of codes are the first segment and are unified object codes in the universal structural design of the power regulation and control object, and 0101 is a power grid object, for example; the three-digit letters of the DAC are a second section and are English abbreviations of a Data Asset Collection (Data Asset Collection); the last three-digit code is the third segment, which represents the self-increment code of the power grid regulation and control data asset set and is used for defining the regulation and control object type of the power grid regulation and control data asset.
In a possible implementation manner, the power grid regulation and control data asset model is represented by a three-section type code, wherein the first section is a uniform object code in a power regulation and control object general structural design and is used for representing a regulation and control object name, the second section is a preset identifier of the power grid regulation and control data asset model, and the third section is an asset model self-increment code used for representing a regulation and control object type.
Specifically, referring to fig. 5, in this embodiment, the power grid regulation and control data asset set adopts an 8-bit digital coding and identification form, where the first four bits of codes are the first segment and are uniform object codes in the universal structural design of the power regulation and control object; the DA two-digit letter is the second segment, and is the English abbreviation of Data Asset (Data Asset); the last four codes are the third section, represent the self-adding codes of the power grid regulation and control data asset set, and are used for defining the attribute information of the power grid regulation and control data asset, including but not limited to the regulation and control object name, the regulation and control data asset type, the source system identification, the data attribute, the time attribute and the generation mode.
S3: and generating planning information according to the target power grid regulation and control data asset model, issuing the planning information to a source mechanism, receiving the power grid regulation and control data assets to be acquired and sent by the source mechanism, and outputting the power grid regulation and control data assets.
The source mechanisms can be one or multiple, such as other dispatching mechanisms of national dispatching, network dispatching or provincial dispatching and the like, and multiple source mechanisms can be selected for the multi-source power grid regulation and control data assets.
In a possible embodiment, the generating planning information according to the target power grid regulation data asset model includes: according to the target power grid regulation and control data asset model, a power grid regulation and control data asset set associated with the target power grid regulation and control data asset model in a preset power grid regulation and control data asset management model is obtained, according to the power grid regulation and control data asset set associated with the target power grid regulation and control data asset model, the regulation and control object type of the power grid regulation and control data asset to be obtained is obtained, according to the target power grid regulation and control data asset model, the regulation and control object name and the regulation and control data asset name of the power grid regulation and control data asset to be obtained are obtained, and the regulation and control object name, the regulation and control object type and the regulation and control data asset name of the power grid regulation and control data asset to be obtained are combined to obtain planning information.
The planning information is used for triggering the source mechanism to send the power grid regulation and control data assets to be acquired, specifically, the source mechanism receives the planning information and then analyzes the planning information to obtain the regulation and control object name, the regulation and control object type and the regulation and control data asset name of the power grid regulation and control data assets to be acquired, and determines the power grid regulation and control data assets to be acquired and sent to the source mechanism according to the regulation and control object name, the regulation and control object type and the regulation and control data asset name of the power grid regulation and control data assets to be acquired.
In a possible implementation manner, when generating the planning information according to the target power grid regulation and control data asset model, the method further includes: acquiring a sampling period and an uploading frequency of a power grid regulation and control data asset to be acquired, and adding the sampling period and the uploading frequency to planning information; and the sampling period and the uploading frequency in the planning information are used for triggering the source mechanism to sample the power grid regulation and control data assets to be acquired according to the sampling period and upload the power grid regulation and control data assets to be acquired according to the uploading frequency. To sum up, when there is no power grid regulation and control data asset to be acquired in the database, the power grid regulation and control data asset processing method of the invention queries whether there is a target power grid regulation and control data asset model in the preset power grid regulation and control data asset management model, acquires the target power grid regulation and control data asset model when there is the target power grid regulation and control data asset model, establishes the target power grid regulation and control data asset model according to the attribute information of the power grid regulation and control data asset to be acquired when there is no target power grid regulation and control data asset model, then generates planning information based on the target power grid regulation and control data asset model and sends the planning information to the source mechanism, receives and outputs the power grid regulation and control data asset to be acquired sent by the source mechanism, and realizes overall management of the power grid regulation and control data asset in the database through each power grid regulation and control data asset model set in the preset power grid regulation and control data asset management model, the power grid regulation and control data assets to be acquired can be automatically and quickly acquired based on the planning information, the access efficiency of the power grid regulation and control data assets is greatly improved, and the problems that the power grid regulation and control data assets are disordered in management and difficult to acquire are effectively solved. Meanwhile, on the basis of overall management of the power grid regulation and control data assets, the data management level and the mining analysis efficiency are improved, a basic model and technical support can be further provided for big data deep analysis such as data consanguinity analysis and asset value evaluation, and the requirements of data asset classification query and flexible display of the power grid regulation and control data assets can be effectively supported.

Referring to fig. 6, in a further embodiment of the present invention, a power grid regulation and control data asset processing system is provided, which can be used for implementing the above power grid regulation and control data asset processing method.

inquiring a preset database according to power grid regulation and control data asset acquisition requirements, when the power grid regulation and control data assets to be acquired do not exist in the database, acquiring attribute information and a source mechanism of the power grid regulation and control data assets to be acquired according to the power grid regulation and control data asset acquisition requirements, and inquiring whether a target power grid regulation and control data asset model exists in a preset power grid regulation and control data asset management model or not according to the attribute information; when a target power grid regulation and control data asset model exists in a preset power grid regulation and control data asset management model, acquiring the target power grid regulation and control data asset model; when the target power grid regulation and control data asset model does not exist in the preset power grid regulation and control data asset management model, establishing the target power grid regulation and control data asset model in the preset power grid regulation and control data asset management model according to the attribute information; the target power grid regulation and control data asset model is a power grid regulation and control data asset model with the same attribute information as the power grid regulation and control data asset to be acquired;
generating planning information according to the target power grid regulation and control data asset model, issuing the planning information to a source mechanism, receiving and outputting power grid regulation and control data assets to be acquired, which are sent by the source mechanism;
the attribute information comprises a regulation object name and a regulation data asset name;
the generating of planning information according to the target power grid regulation and control data asset model includes:

inquiring whether a target power grid regulation and control data asset set exists in a preset power grid regulation and control data asset management model or not according to the regulation and control object name of the power grid regulation and control data asset to be acquired; when a target power grid regulation and control data asset set exists in a preset power grid regulation and control data asset management model, acquiring the target power grid regulation and control data asset set; when a target power grid regulation and control data asset set does not exist in a preset power grid regulation and control data asset management model, acquiring a regulation and control object type of a power grid regulation and control data asset to be acquired, establishing the target power grid regulation and control data asset set in the preset power grid regulation and control data asset management model according to the regulation and control object type of the power grid regulation and control data asset to be acquired, and adding a regulation and control object name of the power grid regulation and control data asset to be acquired to the target power grid regulation and control data asset set; the target power grid regulation and control data asset set is a power grid regulation and control data asset set comprising the regulation and control object names of the power grid regulation and control data assets to be acquired;
according to the regulation and control object name and the regulation and control data asset name of the power grid regulation and control data asset to be obtained, an initial target power grid regulation and control data asset model is established in a preset power grid regulation and control data asset management model, and the initial target power grid regulation and control data asset model is associated with a target power grid regulation and control data asset set to obtain a target power grid regulation and control data asset model.

The power grid regulation and control data asset processing method according to claim 2, wherein the power grid regulation and control data asset set is represented by a three-section type code, wherein the first section is a uniform object code in a power regulation and control object general structural design and is used for representing a regulation and control object name, the second section is a preset identifier of the power grid regulation and control data asset set, and the third section is an asset set self-increment code used for representing a regulation and control object type.
4. The power grid regulatory data asset processing method of claim 1, wherein the attribute information further comprises one or more of regulatory data asset type, source system identification, data attributes, time attributes, and generation mode.

The method as claimed in claim 4, wherein when the target power grid regulation data asset model is established in the preset power grid regulation data asset management model according to the attribute information, the regulation data asset type is represented by two-stage coding, wherein the first stage represents a regulation data asset class and the second stage represents a regulation data asset subclass.

The method for processing power grid regulatory data assets of claim 1, wherein when generating planning information according to the target power grid regulatory data asset model, further comprising: acquiring a sampling period and an uploading frequency of a power grid regulation and control data asset to be acquired, and adding the sampling period and the uploading frequency to planning information; and the sampling period and the uploading frequency in the planning information are used for triggering the source mechanism to sample the power grid regulation and control data assets to be acquired according to the sampling period and upload the power grid regulation and control data assets to be acquired according to the uploading frequency.

The method as claimed in claim 1, wherein after receiving the power grid regulation data asset to be obtained from the source mechanism, the method further comprises: and storing the power grid regulation and control data assets to be acquired, which are uploaded by the source mechanism, into a preset database.
