In the above embodiment, when the amount of garbage in the accommodating pipe 3 is large or the density of the sea area is low, the buoyancy bag 52 will be submerged into the water line, and if the liquid level sensor 123 is always in the sea water, the liquid level sensor 123 will activate the electromagnetic valve 122 and the air pump 53 through the power supply and wireless controller 2, so that the air pump 53 inflates the buoyancy bag 52 and the additional air bag 121 to increase the buoyancy of the service platform.
By adopting the liquid level sensor 123 to monitor the floating condition of the sea area where the service platform is located, the additional air bag 121 can increase the buoyancy of the service platform to cope with the defect that the service platform is too much submerged due to the low sea water density of the sea area.
