Description

Elevator reminding system
Technical Field
The invention relates to elevator equipment, in particular to an elevator reminding system, and mainly relates to a system capable of giving appropriate reminding to visually impaired passengers at appropriate time so that the visually impaired passengers can get off a elevator in time.
Background
The vision-impaired passengers are limited by the visual ability of the passengers, and cannot timely know the information of the floor where the elevator car is located in the moving state and the information of the elevator car to be stopped before reaching the target floor of the passengers, so that the uneasiness of the vision-impaired passengers during taking the elevator is increased, and the vision-impaired passengers can also be caused to mistakenly leave the elevator car when the elevator is stopped at the floor different from the target floor of the vision-impaired passengers. Obviously, this may cause great inconvenience to the passengers who are visually impaired, increasing the difficulty of taking the stairs for the visually impaired passengers.
In order to solve the problem, the Mitsubishi motor in the invention patent (application number: 201780084616.3, authorization number: CN110234586B, granted announcement date: 2020.11.13) proposes that the problem that the visually handicapped passengers cannot know the information to be stopped of the elevator car is solved by broadcasting the information of the floor to be stopped of the elevator car by voice before the elevator car reaches the destination floor of the visually handicapped passenger, and further provides a mode that the floors to be stopped can be broadcasted one by one or a mode that the number of the floors to be stopped is broadcasted according to the relation between the number of the floors to be stopped and a threshold value.
Although above-mentioned scheme has solved the problem that the vision disorder passenger can't know the stop information of elevator car, has alleviated the uneasy psychology that the vision disorder passenger took advantage of the ladder during, has reduced the inconvenience when the vision disorder passenger took advantage of the ladder, has reduced the difficulty of taking advantage of the ladder of vision disorder passenger, still has a great deal of not enough: 1) after the vision-impaired passenger gets into the elevator car and finishes the voice broadcast, if the stop information is changed for many times, the vision-impaired passenger needs to repeatedly broadcast, and the vision-impaired passenger needs to pay attention to the broadcast content all the time, which is particularly obvious when the number of intermediate floors between the departure floor and the destination floor of the vision-impaired passenger and/or the number of passengers entering/leaving the elevator car of the intermediate floors are large; 2) when the number of floors to be stopped in the middle between the departure floor and the destination floor of the visually impaired passenger is large, the visually impaired passenger needs to count the remaining stopping times of the elevator car before reaching the destination floor for a long time, which can increase the psychological burden of the visually impaired passenger; 3) visually impaired passengers are relatively slow in their movement, often requiring longer time to leave from the elevator car than ordinary passengers, and are only provided with stop information for the elevator car, and sometimes they cannot estimate how long it takes for the elevator car to reach its destination floor, and cannot prepare to leave at the right moment, with the result that visually impaired passengers either wait prematurely near the doorway of the elevator car, causing congestion near the doorway, especially when there is yet a floor to be stopped before the destination floor of the visually impaired passenger, or miss the destination floor because they cannot leave the elevator car in time when the elevator car stops at its destination floor.
Therefore, it is a technical problem to be solved how to reasonably provide the information needed by the visually impaired passengers to get off the elevator, so as to further relieve or even eliminate the mental uneasiness and inconvenience of the visually impaired passengers when taking the elevator.

Detailed Description
Through analysis, the prior art scheme mentioned in the background art has many defects, and the reason for the defects lies in that the reminding of the visually handicapped passenger is only based on the information of the floor to be parked, and the information of the non-parked floor in the middle floor between the current position of the elevator car and the destination floor of the visually handicapped passenger, the running time of the elevator car, the time consumed for the visually handicapped passenger to move to the elevator door from the position of the visually handicapped passenger, and the like are not fully considered, and the distribution information of the floor to be parked between the current position of the elevator car and the destination floor of the visually handicapped passenger is not fully utilized, so that the information actually utilized by the scheme is very deficient.
On the other hand, it is not difficult to see that the sources of troubling the vision-impaired passengers to take the elevator are as follows: 1) the action is slow, and much time is needed for finishing the preparation of getting off the elevator, which mainly means that the vision-impaired passengers take a long time to move from the current position of the vision-impaired passengers in the elevator car to the entrance and exit when the elevator car is crowded; 2) the uneasiness of passengers is aggravated because the passengers with visual impairment do not know the remaining time of the elevator car reaching the destination floor and because the passengers slowly move about to worry about that the passengers can not get off the elevator when reaching the destination floor; 3) during the early waiting period of the visually impaired passengers at the car doorway, the passengers are likely to mistakenly take the elevator prematurely if they encounter traffic congestion and/or the environment is noisy with regard to the reminder.
In view of the above, although there are various sources of inconvenience in taking a ride for visually impaired passengers, if reasonable reminding information can be provided to the visually impaired passengers at appropriate timing, all of the above sources can be alleviated or even eliminated. Therefore, the basic idea and method for solving the trouble of passengers with vision disorder taking the elevator are provided by the invention, namely, the problem is converted into how to determine the proper reminding time and how to determine the content of reasonable reminding information.
Other advantages and effects of the present invention will become readily apparent to those skilled in the art from the following detailed description, wherein it is shown in the accompanying drawings, wherein the specific embodiments are by way of illustration. In the following description, specific details are set forth in order to provide a thorough understanding of the present invention, but the present invention may be practiced or applied in different embodiments, and the details may be based on different viewpoints and applications, and may be widely spread and replaced by those skilled in the art without departing from the spirit of the present invention.
Example one
The elevator reminding system of this embodiment includes:
a destination floor acquisition unit for acquiring a destination floor of a passenger;
the judging unit is used for judging whether a vision-impaired passenger takes the elevator or not, and if so, outputting the destination floor of the vision-impaired passenger;
an estimating unit for determining and outputting the car moving time required by the elevator car from the current time until reaching the destination floor of the visually impaired passenger;
the decision unit decides reminding time for reminding the visually impaired passengers to prepare for getting off according to the departure time required by the visually impaired passengers to leave the elevator car and the car movement time output by the estimation unit;
the generating unit is used for generating reminding content for reminding the visually handicapped passengers of going off the elevator;
the control unit is used for controlling a reminding device to carry out off-call reminding on visually handicapped passengers according to the reminding time output by the decision unit and the reminding content generated by the generation unit;
and the reminding device is used for sending reminding information to the visually impaired passengers.
Wherein the judging unit judges whether the destination floor is the destination floor of the visually impaired passenger according to whether the registered destination floor information is from a destination floor registering device dedicated to the visually impaired passenger, or judges whether the registered destination floor is the destination floor of the visually impaired passenger by recognizing the passenger identification information and further determining whether the passenger is the visually impaired passenger according to the passenger identification information, or judges whether the registered destination floor is the destination floor of the visually impaired passenger by judging whether the passenger is the visually impaired passenger by using an image recognition method. Therefore, the determination unit determines that the visually impaired passenger takes the elevator in at least one of the following manners:
in the method 1, the registered destination floor information is from a destination floor registration device special for the visually impaired passenger;
mode 2, identifying the passenger identity information as visually impaired passengers;
mode 3, the image recognizes the passenger as a visually impaired passenger.
The departure time required for visually impaired passengers to leave the elevator car can be determined in any of the following ways:
in the method 1, a preset time parameter value may be obtained through theoretical analysis and calculation, or through experimental tests, or may be set through experience.
Mode 2 estimates the movement speed of the visually impaired passenger in the elevator hall and/or the movement of the visually impaired passenger when the visually impaired passenger gets into the elevator car. Wherein, the required departure time of the visually impaired passengers is estimated according to the movement situation, and the faster the movement speed, the shorter the required departure time.
The movement situation of the visually impaired passenger can be obtained by the following means:
1) video images shot by a camera on a landing or in a car are obtained through image processing;
2) the method is characterized in that detectable objects (such as IC cards, mobile terminals capable of communicating with an elevator and the like) carried by passengers are utilized, and the detectable objects are obtained by detecting position change information of the detectable objects or signal intensity change during communication and the like;
3) the time difference of the vision-impaired passenger is detected by at least two biological feature recognition devices (such as face recognition) with fixed intervals in the moving passage of the vision-impaired passenger, and the time difference is obtained according to the time difference and the distance between the biological feature recognition devices.
After the movement situation (mainly the movement speed of the visually impaired passengers) is obtained, the approximate movement distance of the visually impaired passengers when the visually impaired passengers need to leave the car from the car can be determined according to the specification and the size of the car, and the approximate departure time can be obtained according to the movement distance and the movement speed.
Mode 3, statistical analysis of historical departure time data based on visually impaired passengers.
Of course, in the mode 2, in order to obtain more accurate departure time, the position information of the visually impaired passenger in the elevator car can be further detected, the accurate movement distance required by the visually impaired passenger when the visually impaired passenger leaves the elevator car is estimated and determined according to the position information, and then the more accurate departure time is obtained by using the accurate movement distance and the movement speed. For the position detection of the visually-impaired passenger in the elevator car, a camera in the car can be used for collecting a video image in the car, and then the video image is obtained through video image processing, and the video image can also be obtained through processing communication information between a device which is carried by the passenger and can communicate with communication equipment in the car (such as a smart phone and the like which can communicate with Bluetooth equipment in the car) and the communication equipment in the car (such as two Bluetooth devices which can communicate with mobile phone Bluetooth in the car, the distance between the device and the passenger can be obtained through the device, and the position of the passenger in the car can be obtained through the distance and the installation position of the Bluetooth device in the car, and the indoor positioning technology can be referred).
With regard to the mode 3, if the specific situation of the visually impaired passenger is not considered, the historical departure time data of all the visually impaired passengers is directly utilized to carry out statistical analysis, and the obtained departure time may be deviated in some cases. For example, if there are a plurality of visually impaired passengers taking the elevator and the difference between the departure times of different visually impaired passengers is large, the statistical analysis is simply performed by using all the historical departure time data of the visually impaired passengers, and the obtained departure times inevitably have large deviation.
In order to avoid the occurrence of large deviation of the off-ramp time, the historical off-ramp time data can be pre-analyzed before the statistical analysis is performed. For example, the number of visually impaired passengers in the passengers who take the elevator is determined by means of image recognition, biometric recognition, identity recognition or the like, when only one visually impaired passenger is available among all possible passengers, all visually impaired passenger data can be applied to carry out statistical analysis, otherwise, whether obvious differences exist among historical elevator leaving data of different visually impaired passengers or not is further analyzed, if the obvious differences exist, the different visually impaired passengers are required to be distinguished, the respective elevator leaving time data are respectively analyzed in a statistical manner aiming at the different visually impaired passengers, and in the subsequent application, the elevator leaving time data corresponding to the visually impaired passengers are selected, otherwise, the passengers with different visual impairments are not distinguished. For example, when there are at least two visually impaired passengers among all possible passengers, if the historical departure time data of the visually impaired passengers are analyzed according to different time periods, different departure floors and/or different destination floors and the analysis result shows that there is regularity (for example, the historical departure time data of the visually impaired passengers appearing in a specific time period is substantially the same and is obviously different from the data of other time periods), the visually impaired passengers should be distinguished according to the regularity, the departure time data of the visually impaired passengers in different time periods, different departure floors and/or different destination floors should be statistically analyzed respectively to obtain the respective departure time data, and during subsequent application, the corresponding departure time data is selected, otherwise, the identity information of the visually impaired passengers is identified, and the visually impaired passengers are distinguished according to the identity information.
The factors that influence the car movement time for a movement of the elevator car from one floor to another are mainly the nominal speed, the movement distance of the elevator and the number of intermediate stopping floors during the movement, so that the estimating unit estimates the elevator car movement time mainly from the number of stops and the movement distance during the movement of the elevator car from the current position to the destination floor of the visually impaired passenger, taking into account that for a given elevator the nominal speed is known and constant. The number of stops of the elevator car in the process of moving from the current position to the destination floor of the visually impaired passenger can be easily obtained according to the relative position relationship between information such as relevant operation data (such as destination floor registration in the car, landing call signal, remote call signal, elevator dispatching result of a group control system, etc.) from the elevator control system and the destination floor of the visually impaired passenger. For the moving distance, the moving distance of the elevator car in the process of moving from the current position to the destination floor of the visually impaired passenger can be easily obtained according to the current position or the current floor of the elevator car, the destination floor of the visually impaired passenger and related data obtained by floor learning and the like. Of course, the estimation unit can further consider the influence of information such as the number of passengers in the landing and/or the car, the number of passengers going to each destination floor respectively, passenger properties (such as wheelchair passengers and old and young children) and the like on the time required by the elevator car to stop at the landing for the passengers to get in and out of the car, and further accurately process the car moving time by utilizing the information.
After the departure time required by the visually impaired passenger for leaving the elevator car and the car moving time in the process that the elevator car moves from the current position to the destination floor of the visually impaired passenger are obtained, the determining unit can determine the reminding time for reminding the visually impaired passenger to prepare for getting off according to the information. Specifically, the decision unit compares the departure time required for the visually impaired passenger to leave the elevator car with the car movement time output by the estimation unit, during which the elevator car moves from the current position to the destination floor of the visually impaired passenger, and decides the reminding time according to the comparison result:
(1) when the departure time is longer than or equal to the car moving time, the determining unit takes the current time as the reminding time.
Here, a departure time greater than or equal to the car movement time indicates that even if the visually impaired passenger is now ready to depart the elevator, the time required for it may already be equal to or longer than the time required for the elevator car to reach its destination floor. This situation usually occurs in a scenario where the visually impaired passenger moves very slowly, requiring a long time from the current position to leaving the car, and where the visually impaired passenger's departure floor is very close to the destination floor, and where the elevator car moves from its departure floor to the destination floor for a short time. In this case, the control device may not extend the car moving time so that the car moving time is not shorter than the departure time of the visually impaired passenger, and may provide the visually impaired passenger with only a prompt to remind the visually impaired passenger of the readiness to depart from the elevator car, or may take the current time as the departure time so that the subsequent control unit can prompt the visually impaired passenger at the current time immediately, or may generate and transmit a signal to the elevator control system so that the elevator control system controls the elevator so that the elevator can appropriately extend the stop time after reaching the destination floor of the visually impaired passenger so that the visually impaired passenger can depart from the elevator car.
(2) When the departure time is shorter than the car moving time, the determining unit takes a certain time after the current time as a reminding time.
Here, the fact that the departure time is shorter than the car movement time means that the time required for the elevator car to reach its destination floor is longer than the time required for the visually impaired passenger to leave the elevator car from its current position, i.e. the visually impaired passenger only needs to start preparing to leave the elevator car at some appropriate time after the current time.
Specifically, the determining unit may calculate a difference between the car moving time and the departure time, and then use a new time obtained by adding the difference between the car moving time and the departure time to the current time or a new time obtained by adding a product of the difference between the car moving time and the departure time and a weight coefficient (where the weight coefficient is a positive real number smaller than 1) to the current time as the reminding time, that is, add the difference between the car moving time and the departure time (or a product of the difference and the weight coefficient) to the current time to obtain the appropriate time, that is, the reminding time. Alternatively, the arrival time of the elevator car may be obtained by adding the time required for the elevator car to reach the destination floor to the current time, and the time required for the visually impaired passenger to leave the elevator car from the current position may be subtracted from the arrival time to use the time as the reminding time. In engineering practice, an advance can be added on the basis of the obtained reminding time to serve as a safety margin.
The generation unit is used for generating reminding content of a reminder for reminding a visually impaired passenger. The reminder content may have a variety of meanings, for example, the reminder content may simply comprise "please get off the passenger on destination floor XX! The meaning of "is that, under this condition, the control unit controls the reminding device according to the reminding time output by the decision unit, so that the reminding device reminds visually impaired passengers to get off the elevator at the reminding time.
It is to be supplemented that, since a certain time is required from the time when the reminding device starts to provide the reminding content to the visually impaired passenger to the time when the reminding is completed, in order to ensure that the time consumed for implementing the reminding does not lead the visually impaired passenger to arrive or leave the elevator car, the determining unit may further increase a time advance on the basis of the reminding time, where the time advance should be not less than the time consumed for implementing the reminding, that is, the determining unit determines the reminding time for reminding the visually impaired passenger to prepare for getting off the elevator according to the time consumed for outputting the reminding information to the visually impaired passenger by the reminding device, thereby ensuring that the visually impaired passenger can get off the elevator in time.
This embodiment reminds visual disorder passenger at the moment of reminding, not only can guarantee like this that visual disorder passenger in time leaves elevator car, can avoid near elevator car access & exit to take place unnecessary crowded moreover.
Example two
This embodiment is similar to the first embodiment, except that the estimating unit in this embodiment estimates the car movement time required for the elevator car from the current time until the destination floor of the visually impaired passenger is reached in a different manner.
Specifically, in this embodiment, the estimating unit further estimates a newly added stop that may occur when the elevator car moves from the current position to the destination floor of the visually impaired passenger, calculates a newly added moving time caused by the newly added stop according to the estimation result, and finally obtains a final car moving time according to the car moving time and the newly added moving time, that is, the newly added moving time obtained by calculation is added to the car moving time output by the estimating unit in the first embodiment, and the obtained time duration is used as the final car moving time).
The estimating unit can estimate the newly added stop times and then calculate the newly added moving time of the elevator car, which is a simple method, and the steps of specifically estimating the newly added stop are as follows:
step 1, counting a probability density function of newly added stops of an elevator car in the process of moving from a current position to a destination floor of a visually impaired passenger according to historical operation data of the elevator, wherein the probability density function reflects the probability that the elevator car needs to perform the intermediate stops for different times due to destination floor registration, landing calls, remote calls and the like in the newly added elevator car in the process of moving the elevator car from the current position to the destination floor of the visually impaired passenger; the historical operation data of the elevator comprises relevant data required for counting the stop floor information of the elevator, such as target floor registration data in the elevator car, landing call data and the like;
step 2, selecting the newly added docking times with the occurrence probability larger than a set threshold according to the probability density function;
and 3, calculating the newly increased moving time caused by newly increased parking according to the newly increased parking times.
Of course, the step of the estimating unit estimating said new docking may also be as follows:
step 1, counting a probability density function of newly increased moving time caused by newly increased stop in the process of moving an elevator car from a current position to a destination floor of a visually impaired passenger according to historical operation data of the elevator; at the moment, the historical operation data of the elevator comprises relevant data such as the operation time of the elevator required by counting the newly-increased moving time;
and 2, selecting the newly increased moving time meeting the preset newly increased stop occurrence conditions according to the probability density function.
In both of the above-described methods of estimating the newly added movement time, the historical operation data of the elevator may be all the operation data of the elevator corresponding to the movement section in which the elevator car moves from the current position to the destination floor of the visually impaired passenger, or the operation data of the elevator corresponding to the movement section in which the elevator car moves from the current position to the destination floor of the visually impaired passenger and in the period from the current time to the time in which the elevator car moves from the current position to the destination floor of the visually impaired passenger.
The embodiment directly determines the time when the visual barrier passenger needs to get off the elevator, the visual barrier passenger does not need to estimate the remaining time before the elevator car reaches the target floor according to the information to be stopped, the psychological burden of the visual barrier passenger is reduced, and the reminding time is more accurate and reasonable by estimating the newly-added stop information which possibly appears when the current position of the elevator car moves to the target floor of the visual barrier passenger.
EXAMPLE III
The present embodiment is similar to the first embodiment or the second embodiment, except that the generating unit of the present embodiment generates the reminding content for reminding the visually impaired passenger to get off according to the departure time required by the visually impaired passenger to leave the elevator car and the car movement time output by the estimating unit, as shown in fig. 1.
When the departure time is longer than or equal to the car moving time, the content of the reminder generated by the generation unit is the same as that in the first embodiment, and the control of the control unit is also the same as that in the first embodiment.
When the departure time is less than the car moving time, the reminder generated by the generation unit comprises' please feel relieved to passengers with the destination floor XX, and we can inform you about getting off in time before the elevator car is about to reach your destination floor! In this case, the control unit controls the reminding unit according to the reminding time output by the determination unit and the reminding content generated by the generation unit, so that the reminding unit can broadcast the 'please feel relieved to passengers with the XX floor as the destination floor' at the initial time when the visually-impaired passengers take the elevator car, and inform the passengers of preparing to take the elevator car in time before the elevator car reaches the destination floor! "prompt contents, and when the current time reaches the prompt time, the report includes" please get off the elevator for the passenger with the destination floor XX! "meaning reminder content.
The embodiment only reminds the visually impaired passengers needing to get off the stairs at the reminding time and after the reminding time, so that the reminding times caused by the change of the information to be parked can be effectively reduced.

Of course, the generating unit can also generate the reminder content according to the distribution information of the intermediate stop floors during the movement of the elevator car from the current position to the destination floor of the visually impaired passenger.
For example, when the departure time is less than the car moving time and the car contains a floor to be stopped during the period from the reminding time to the destination floor of the visually impaired passenger, the generating unit determines whether an intermediate stop floor exists between the reminding time and the destination floor of the visually impaired passenger according to the reminding time, the distribution information of the intermediate stop floor and the car moving time required by the elevator car to move from the current position to the destination floor of the visually impaired passenger, if not, the reminding content can be generated according to the method in the foregoing embodiment, otherwise, in order to better remind the visually impaired passenger, the content of the reminding information contains the meaning of "asking the passenger with the destination floor xx to get off at the next x-th stop floor".
The embodiment can correspondingly remind the vision-impaired passengers according to the running conditions of the elevator, and particularly reasonably remind the vision-impaired passengers who are far away from the target floors and have a period of time when the vision-impaired passengers get off the elevator, so that the time that the vision-impaired passengers need to pay attention to the vision-impaired passengers can be effectively shortened, and mental uneasiness and inconvenience when the vision-impaired passengers take the elevator are further relieved or even eliminated.
The present invention has been described in detail with reference to the specific embodiments, which are merely preferred embodiments of the present invention, and the present invention is not limited to the above embodiments. Equivalent alterations and modifications made by those skilled in the art without departing from the principle of the invention should be considered to be within the technical scope of the invention.
