Abstract
The invention provides a rotary cargo carrying platform structure for a hoister and an operation method, comprising the following steps: the stacking machine comprises a stacker upright post, a self-locking device, a shuttle plate and a cargo carrying platform; the stacker upright is arranged on one side of a rotary cargo carrying table device for a lifter; the self-locking device is arranged on the upper part of the shuttle plate; the shuttle plate is arranged at the bottom of the cargo carrying platform; the self-locking device is arranged on the right side of the stacker upright post. The invention can enable the goods loading platform to be self-locked on the stacker upright post, does not move up and down along with the weight change of goods on the goods loading platform, and ensures that the shuttle plate rail on the goods loading platform and the goods shelf rail are relatively fixed.

Technical Field

Background
At present, a steel wire rope or a chain is mostly adopted by a stacker to lift a cargo carrying platform, the tension of the steel wire rope or the chain changes to generate elastic deformation, the cargo carrying platform moves up and down, and the positioning of cargo carrying generates deviation.

The self-locking device 2 comprises: a motor 201; the motor 201 is arranged at one side of the self-locking device 2; the motor 201 is disposed at an upper portion of the self-locking device 2. The self-locking device 2 further comprises: a coupler 202; the coupling 202 is connected to the motor 201. The self-locking device 2 further comprises: a seated bearing 203; the seated bearing 203 is connected to the coupling 202. The self-locking device 2 further comprises: a linear slide 204; the linear slide 204 is connected with the seated bearing 203. The self-locking device 2 further comprises: a screw rod 205; the screw rod 205 is a T-shaped screw rod; the screw 205 is connected with the linear slide 204. The self-locking device 2 further comprises: a guide seat 206; the guide base 206 is connected to the screw 205. The motor 201 drives the screw 205 to rotate through the coupler 202. Preferably, the self-locking device 2 further comprises: a card slot 207; the slot 207 is connected to the guide base 206. The card slot 207 is combined with the card seat 208, and the following states can be realized: -a locked state; -a detached state. The motor 201 drives the screw 205 to rotate through the coupler 202.

In one embodiment, a self-locking mechanism is additionally arranged on the goods carrying platform of the stacker, when the goods carrying platform stops to a certain shelf height and stores goods, a clamping seat of the self-locking mechanism is automatically combined with a clamping groove to lock the goods carrying platform on a stand column of the stacker, and the goods carrying platform is not displaced due to elastic deformation of a steel wire rope or a chain.
The self-locking device comprises a motor, a coupler, a linear slide rail, a T-shaped screw rod, a guide seat, a clamping seat and a clamping groove, wherein the motor drives the T-shaped screw rod to rotate through the coupler, and left-handed and right-handed screw teeth of the screw rod drive the guide seat to move towards 2 sides, so that the clamping seat is combined with the clamping groove to achieve a self-locking state.
The invention can enable the goods carrying platform to be self-locked on the stacker upright post, and does not move up and down along with the weight change of goods on the goods carrying platform, thereby ensuring that the shuttle plate rail on the goods carrying platform and the goods shelf rail are relatively fixed; the shuttle plate shuttle device can ensure that the shuttle plate shuttles back and forth between the stacker and the goods shelf, and improve the running stability of the shuttle plate; the invention has reasonable structure and convenient use and can overcome the defects of the prior art.
