The hydraulic cylinder 4, the first hydraulic cylinder 14, the second hydraulic cylinder 60 and the third hydraulic cylinder 97 are respectively connected with an external hydraulic station pipeline through a conduit.
The driving motor 8, the electric telescopic rod 46, the motor 73 and the first motor 80 are respectively and electrically connected with an external power supply through wires.
The electric telescopic rod 46 is an electric push rod of model LX 700.
Working principle: when the four angle steel for manufacturing the lattice column is used, four angle steel for manufacturing the lattice column is firstly taken between the square fixing plate 83 and the first square fixing plate 84, one ends of the four angle steel are respectively fixed on the four angle steel clamps 85 on the square fixing plate 83, then the extension end of the third hydraulic cylinder 97 is controlled to extend, so that the fourth vertical plate 78 moves towards the square fixing plate 83, the first square fixing plate 84 moves synchronously along with the fourth vertical plate 78, the four angle steel clamps 85 on the first square fixing plate 84 are close to the other ends of the four angle steel, after the other ends of the four angle steel are inserted into the four angle steel clamps 85, the third hydraulic cylinder 97 is stopped, and the other ends of the four angle steel are clamped and fixed through the four angle steel clamps 85 on the first square fixing plate 84, so that the four angle steel is fixed between the square fixing plate 83 and the first square fixing plate 84. In the above process, when the angle steel end is clamped by the angle steel clamp 85, the angle steel end is firstly inserted between the L-shaped limiting plate 87 and the L-shaped clamping plate 89, and then the threaded rod 91 is screwed by the handle 92, so that the L-shaped clamping plate 89 moves towards the L-shaped limiting plate 87, and the angle steel end is fastened and fixed in the angle steel clamp 85. Through the setting of motor 73 and first motor 80, after the steel sheet welding on two angle steel in top department is good, can start motor 73 and first motor 80, its output shaft synchronous operation when motor 73 and first motor 80 are started can drive four angle steel upset like this, and then can be light with the face of the other three unwelded steel sheet of lattice column upwards, realize the purpose of light upset lattice column, provide convenience for lattice column welding work. When steel plates are welded on all surfaces of the lattice column, the finished lattice column is taken down from between the square fixing plate 83 and the first square fixing plate 84, the threaded rods 91 are unscrewed through the handles 92 respectively, so that the ends of angle steel of the lattice column are not clamped between the L-shaped clamping plates 89 and the L-shaped limiting plates 87, and then the telescopic ends of the third hydraulic cylinders 97 are controlled to retract, so that the first square fixing plate 84 moves towards the fourth mounting plate 96, the distance between the square fixing plate 83 and the first square fixing plate 84 is increased, the finished lattice column naturally falls down, and the purpose of unloading the lattice column is achieved.
After four angle steel is fixed between the square fixing plate 83 and the first square fixing plate 84, the material (steel plate) for manufacturing the lattice column is put into the rectangular box 68 in order through the opening at the top of the rectangular box 68, and at this time, the bottom surface of the lowest steel plate among the plurality of steel plates put into the rectangular box is attached to the top surface of the table 56. Subsequently, the two driving motors 8 are started, the output shafts of the two driving motors 8 run synchronously, the two driving motors 8 respectively drive the first belt 12 and the second belt 12-1 anticlockwise through the first belt pulley 11 and the second belt pulley 11-1 during running, the square guide cylinder 54 is driven to synchronously move through the first fixing plate 55 during synchronous driving of the first belt 12 and the second belt 12-1, the square rod 23 and the square sleeve 24 are synchronously driven to synchronously move during moving of the square guide cylinder 54, the first T-shaped sliding groove 52 and the T-shaped sliding groove 17 on the guide rail 48 and the movable guide rail 16 play a role in guiding the square sleeve 24 during moving of the square sleeve 24, when the square sleeve 24 is driven between the two first connecting guide rails 50 on the two guide rails 48 along with the first belt 12 and the second belt 12-1, the square sleeve 24 enters between the two first connecting guide rails 50 from one side of the horizontal guide rail 50-1, when the square sleeve 24 just enters the horizontal guide rail 50-1, the telescopic end of the second hydraulic cylinder 60 stretches, and the telescopic end of the second hydraulic cylinder 60 synchronously drives the trapezoid pushing block 67 to stretch, so that the trapezoid pushing block 67 enters the inner bottom of the rectangular box 68 through the first slot 69, and pushes out a steel plate at the lowest end in the rectangular box 68 through the second slot 70, so as to push the steel plate to the position right below the first connecting guide rail 50 (as shown in fig. 9), at the moment, the square sleeve 24 is driven between the two inclined guide rails 50-2 along with the first belt 12 and the second belt 12-1, at the moment, the square sleeve 24 slides downwards obliquely along the inclined guide rail 50-2 under the action of the T-shaped sliding block 25, when the square sleeve 24 enters between the two first horizontal guide rails 50-3, the two U-shaped clamping plates 37 at the bottom of the square sleeve 24 are just positioned at two sides of the steel plate, and along with the continuous movement of the square sleeve 24 between the two first horizontal guide rails 50-3, the first balls 42 at the side ends of the first guide rods 41 are rapidly extruded by the inclined surfaces at the side ends of the push plates 47, when the first balls 42 move to the flat front surface of the push plates 47, the first guide rods 41 are kept in an extruded state (as shown in fig. 1), so that the V-shaped push plates 39 synchronously extrude the two guide rollers 35 to enable the two U-shaped clamping plates 37 to approach each other, thereby achieving the purpose of clamping the steel plate, the steel plate is clamped by the two U-shaped clamping plates 37 and then moves along with the square sleeve 24, in the process, the steel plate can press the trapezoidal push blocks 67 downwards through the inclined surfaces of the trapezoidal push blocks 67, and the trapezoidal push blocks 67 at the front ends can be pressed downwards when the steel plate moves, the trapezoidal push block 67 is effectively prevented from blocking the movement of the steel plate, when the square sleeve 24 moves out from between the two first horizontal guide rails 50-3 and starts to enter between the two movable guide rails 16, the telescopic end of the second hydraulic cylinder 60 is retracted to the original position, and at the moment, the trapezoidal push block 67 also returns to the original position along with the telescopic end of the second hydraulic cylinder 60 (namely, the trapezoidal push block 67 returns to the slot 57 between the rectangular box 68 and the first mounting plate 59), so that when the next square sleeve 24 is transmitted between the two first connecting guide rails 50, the second hydraulic cylinder 60 intermittently repeats the above working procedures, continuous pushing-out work of the steel plate is realized, and due to the arrangement of the two limiting plates 62, the two limiting plates 62 can limit the two ends of the steel plate to deviate when the steel plate is pushed out. When all square sleeves 24 are sequentially transmitted between two movable guide rails 16, along with the continuous transmission of the first belt 12 and the second belt 12-1, the balls 21 at the top of the square rod 23 in each square sleeve 24 can move to one end of the inclined surface of a corresponding one of the trapezoid blocks 18, and along with the continuous transmission, the balls 21 are extruded by the inclined surface of the trapezoid block 18, when the balls 21 move to the horizontal plane at the bottom of the trapezoid block 18 along the inclined surface of the trapezoid block 18, two driving motors 8 are stopped, at the moment, the square rod 23 drives the steel plates to move downwards due to the extrusion of the trapezoid block 18, so that the bottom surfaces of the steel plates can tightly cling to two angle steels at the top of the lattice column, at the moment, welding work can be carried out on the transverse plates, due to the uniform arrangement of the square sleeves 24, the steel plates can be uniformly and orderly distributed on the two angle steels at the top of the lattice column, the steel plates are not required to be uniformly placed and tidied by manpower, the distance between two adjacent steel plates is not required to be measured for accuracy, meanwhile, as the bottom surfaces of the steel plates can be tightly attached to two angle steels at the top of a lattice column, the steel plates cannot be displaced in the welding process, therefore, the steel plates are not required to be manually pressed, the labor force of workers is effectively saved, the welding accuracy of the lattice column in manufacturing is ensured, after the steel plates are welded, the electric telescopic rod 46 is started, the telescopic ends of the electric telescopic rod 46 are controlled to retract, so that the push plate 47 moves towards the direction of the U-shaped plate 45, the push plate 47 does not push the first guide rod 41, the V-shaped push plate 39 moves towards the direction of the U-shaped plate 45 under the action of the second spring 44, the folded angle end of the V-shaped push plate 39 is attached to the inner wall of the box 27, the U-shaped clamping plate 37 moves towards two sides under the action of the two first springs 38 at the moment, the steel plates clamped before being loosened are retracted at the time of controlling the telescopic ends of the two first hydraulic cylinders 14, so that the two movable guide rails 16 are lifted, the U-shaped clamping plates 37 are lifted along with synchronization, the movable guide rails 16 are separated from the contact parts of the side ends of the first connecting guide rails 50 along with the retraction of the telescopic ends of the first hydraulic cylinders 14, when the telescopic ends of the first hydraulic cylinders 14 are retracted to the maximum extent, the other side ends of the movable guide rails 16 are just in fit connection with the side ends of the connecting guide rails 49, at the time, all the connecting guide rails 49 are lifted up to the upper ends of the steel plates, at the time of starting the two driving motors 8, the square sleeves 24 are driven continuously along with the first belts 12 and the second belts 12-1, the balls 21 are separated from the bottom surfaces of the trapezoid blocks 18 along with the continuous driving of the square sleeves 24, at the time, the square rods 23 and the whole box 27 are moved upwards to reset under the action of the springs 30, and along with the continuous driving of the first belts 12 and the second belts 12-1, the T-shaped sliding blocks 25 on the two sides of the square sleeves 24 are slid into the connecting guide rails 49, the square sleeves 24 continue to follow the continuous driving of the first belts 12 and the second belts 12-1, the driving tracks 48 are stopped, and the driving the steel plates 48 are welded on the upper sides of the steel plates, and the steel plates are driven continuously, and all the driving tracks 48 are welded, and the steel plates can be driven continuously.
Therefore, after the welding work of the steel plates on the two angle steels at the top of the lattice column is finished, the four angle steels can be overturned through the motor 73 and the first motor 80, and after the welding surface on the other side of the lattice column is overturned to the top of the lattice column, the welding work of the steel plates is continuously carried out on the top of the lattice column according to the steps, and the whole mounting plate 5 needs to be moved upwards by controlling the hydraulic cylinder 4 before the four angle steels are overturned, so that the overturning work of the four angle steels is prevented by the first belt 12 and the second belt 12-1.
