Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of machining, in particular to a process for machining oil groove parts by utilizing a macro program.
Background
With the increasing requirements on the functions of mechanical structures, high requirements are also put on the structures and relative movement relationships of some parts, so that relative movement of a plurality of shaft or shaft sleeve parts is required, and oil grooves for storing and distributing lubricating oil are required on the relative movement surfaces of the relative movement parts, so that a uniform oil film is formed on the movement surfaces to reduce friction. The distribution and shape of the oil grooves directly affect the formation of an oil film and finally affect the running quality of parts. Currently, common oil grooves include an open oil groove having annular grooves (undercut grooves) at both ends or one end; a closed oil groove, which has no oil groove with annular grooves (clearance grooves) at both ends; closing an oil groove through the hole, wherein one of two cross points of the oil groove is provided with an oil inlet hole to be sleeved; the oil grooves are additionally arranged in inner holes of a plurality of shaft sleeve parts on engineering machinery and are often 8-shaped or double 8-shaped closed oil grooves, the existing machining single oil groove can be removed by an oil groove chisel after being scribed by a bench worker, but the machining mode has the disadvantages of high labor intensity, low efficiency and low precision; the batch processing needs to use a special machine tool for turning, the processing mode has high efficiency, but needs special manual machine turning operation, and has high processing cost; when the commonly used economic numerically controlled lathe is used for processing the parts, the spiral groove part of the shaft sleeve is easy to be turned on, the parts are easy to deform, the use performance of the parts is affected, and particularly, the parts are easy to leak oil or have point friction with the shaft, so that the product percent of pass is low, and the conventional economic numerically controlled lathe is not suitable for processing 8-shaped or double 8-shaped closed oil grooves.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a process for machining oil groove parts by utilizing a macro program, and the process is used for solving the problem that an economical numerical control lathe in the prior art is not suitable for machining 8-shaped or double 8-shaped closed oil grooves.
In order to achieve the above purpose, the invention provides the following technical scheme:
a process for machining oil sump components using a macro program, comprising the steps of:
s1: fixing a shaft sleeve part to be processed on an economical numerical control lathe;
s2: confirming structural parameters of an oil groove to be processed, wherein the structural parameters comprise a section shape, a processing diameter of the oil groove, a processing depth of the oil groove and a processing length of the oil groove;
s3: selecting the type of the turning tool and the shape of the tool bit according to the section shape of the oil groove in the S2;
s4: programming with macro variables according to the machining diameter of the oil groove, the machining depth of the oil groove and the machining length of the oil groove in S2;
s5: and starting the economical numerical control lathe until the turning tool finishes the cutting according to the program obtained by the macro variable programming in the S4, namely finishing the machining of the oil groove of the shaft sleeve part.
Further, in S4, the feeding mode obtained by the macro variable programming is a ramping feeding mode, and the retracting mode obtained by the macro variable programming is a ramping retracting mode.
Further, in S4, the macro variable programming is performed in a feeding manner by using a spiral cutting, and the macro variable programming is performed in a retracting manner by using a spiral cutting.
The technical scheme provided by the invention has the following beneficial effects:
1. the machining of the 8-shaped or double 8-shaped closed oil groove is completed by using the economic numerical control lathe, and the machining of all the procedures of parts can be completed on one numerical control lathe in sequence, so that the times of clamping and positioning are reduced, the machining precision is ensured, and the machining efficiency is improved; meanwhile, the machining flexibility of the parts is high, the adaptability is strong, and the economic cost for machining the oil groove parts is reduced;
2. the machining program adopts macro-variable programming, the program structure is simple, the program feed route is reasonable, the mode of cutting in and cutting out the spiral line is adopted, the phenomenon of knife binding is prevented, the damage to the cutter is small, the service life of the cutter is prolonged, and the machining effect is better; meanwhile, reasonable layered cutting is realized, and the processing concept of small cutting depth and fast feeding is met.
