the improved air suction device is characterized in that a rotating column (10) is rotatably mounted on the second support column (3), one end of the rotating column (10) is fixedly connected with the circle center of a circular plate (6), a back-flushing head (12) is arranged in a cleaning box (11), a collecting box (30) is fixedly mounted at the bottom of the support (1), the collecting box (30) and the cleaning box (11) are fixedly communicated with a same sewage pipe (29), an air extractor (28) is fixedly mounted at one end of the air inlet barrel (5), an air outlet of the air extractor (28) is fixedly communicated with one side of a spraying box (39), and an air exhaust port is formed in the other side of the spraying box (39).

The intelligent dust removal device of the grain dryer according to claim 1, wherein the closing mechanism comprises a first closing plate (13) and a second closing plate (14), the first closing plate (13) and the second closing plate (14) are respectively installed on two sides of the cleaning box (11) in a sliding mode, a push rod (18) is installed on the left side of the cleaning box (11) in a sliding mode, a cleaning brush (15) is fixedly installed at one end of the push rod (18), and one end of the cleaning brush (15) is in contact with the filter screen (8).

s3, starting a first motor (16) through a switch of the first motor (16), driving a screw rod (17) to rotate by the first motor (16), enabling a second pushing plate (21) in threaded connection with the screw rod (17) to move rightwards, driving a bearing (19) and a rack (22) to move by the second pushing plate (21), driving a first pushing plate (20) and a pushing rod (18) to move rightwards by the bearing (19), driving a cleaning brush (15) to be in contact with a filter screen (8) by the pushing rod (18), and driving a first closing plate (13) to move rightwards by the first pushing plate (20);
s4, the rack (22) moves to drive the gear (23) to rotate, the gear (23) drives the vertical rod (24) to rotate, the vertical rod (24) drives the first bevel gear (25) to rotate, the first bevel gear (25) drives the second bevel gear (27) to rotate, the second bevel gear (27) drives the cross rod (26) to rotate, so that the second closing plate (14) in threaded connection with the cross rod (26) moves leftwards, and the opening at the top of the cleaning box (11) is closed by matching with the first closing plate (13);

s6, after cleaning, electrifying the heating pipe, drying the filter screen (8), finally reversely rotating the first motor (16), keeping the first closing plate (13) and the second closing plate (14) away from each other, closing the drain outlet (38) downwards by the valve plate (34), preventing peculiar smell in the collecting box (30) from dispersing, and simultaneously moving the cleaning brush (15) leftwards.
