Abstract
本发明提供一种保留大、小转子骨质的假体,包括:顺次连接的股骨锥、股骨颈、肩部、防旋转部,所述股骨锥用于与股骨球头锥度配合,所述防旋转部用于与截骨段连接。其优点是:可有效保留大、小转子骨质,增强假体植入的稳定性,且该结构重量小,增强患者术后体验。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉医疗技术领域,具体地说是一种保留大、小转子骨质的假体。
背景技术
对于粉碎性骨折、骨肿瘤及人工关节术后骨溶、骨吸收所造成的骨缺陷,在90年代以前多采取截肢治疗。而现今一般使用股骨上段髋关节假体,但由于其结构特性,使得大、小转子位置的软组织需通过捆绑实现与假体结合,不能长入假体内,且其重量重易对患者产生负担,植入的稳定性也差。
发明内容
本发明提供一种保留大、小转子骨质的假体,目的是至少克服上述一种技术缺陷,使得可有效保留患处原有大、小转子的骨质,并在***过程中不触碰皮质骨,降低手术中扩髓难度,以保留完整的皮质骨功能。
为了实现上述发明目的,本发明提供了如下技术方案:
一种保留大、小转子骨质的假体,包括:顺次连接的股骨锥、股骨颈、肩部、防旋转部,所述股骨锥用于与股骨球头锥度配合,所述防旋转部用于与截骨段连接。
优选地,所述股骨锥由顺次连接的连接段、伸入段、裸露段构成,且所述连接段、所述伸入段均位于股骨球头内并与其锥度连接,所述裸露段裸露于股骨球头外且与所述股骨颈连接;
其中,所述连接段的纵截面构造为正等腰梯形,所述伸入段的纵截面构造为正方形或长方形,所述裸露段的纵截面构造为倒等腰梯形。
优选地,所述肩部由纵切面构造为弧形的弧形部以及与其一体成型的纵切面构造为倒等腰梯形的竖直部构成,且所述竖直部的竖向中心线的延长线与所述颈部的中心线的延长线之间构成的夹角为132°-137°。
优选地,所述防旋转部的横截面构造为长方形结构,且该长方形结构的宽度方向为弧形设计;所述防旋转部的宽度和长度均小于所述竖直部的下端面的直径;
优选地,所述防旋转部与所述肩部之间呈13°-16°前倾角连接。
本发明的一种保留大、小转子骨质的假体,其优点是:
1、本发明假体的结构设计,可有效保留大、小转子骨质,增强假体植入的稳定性,且该结构重量小,增强患者术后体验;
2、本发明假体中,股骨锥与股骨球头制度配合的方式,使得假体能够愈压愈紧,保证假体植入后的稳定性;
3、本发明假体中竖直部的竖向中心线的延长线与颈部的中心线的延长线之间构成的夹角优选为135°的设计,一方面其符合国人的股骨上端髓腔情况,另一方面该角度设计在***过程中保证不会触碰皮质骨,降低手术中扩髓难度,可保留完整的皮质骨功能;
4、本发明假体中,防旋转部以及其与肩部之间前倾角的角度设计,符合人体生理角度,保证假体植入后患者腿部能够自由活动。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图对本发明的优选实施例进行说明,应当理解,此处所描述的优选实施例仅用于说明和解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
为了提高假体植入的稳定性,并使其能长入假体内,根据图1-图5所示,本发明提供一种保留大、小转子骨质的假体,主要结构包括:顺次连接的股骨锥1、股骨颈2、肩部3、防旋转部4,所述股骨锥1用于与股骨球头锥度配合,所述防旋转部4用于与截骨段连接。
本实施例技术方案是这样实现的:先将所述股骨锥1与股骨球头锥度连接,然后将假体***髓腔内后,使得假体下部的防旋转部4与截骨段连接,增强假体植入后的稳定性以及患者腿部活动的自由度。
在具体实现过程中,为了使得本发明假体与股骨球头连接稳定,所述股骨锥1由顺次连接的连接段11、伸入段12、裸露段13构成,且所述连接段11、所述伸入段12均位于股骨球头内并与其锥度连接,所述裸露段13裸露于股骨球头外且与所述股骨颈2连接,其中,所述连接段11的纵截面构造为正等腰梯形,所述伸入段12的纵截面构造为正方形或长方形,所述裸露段13的纵截面构造为倒等腰梯形,避免假体植入后,运动过程中股骨球头与所述股骨锥1松动、或脱离。
在具体实施例中,为了使得假体适合于国人的股骨上端角度使用,同时适用于各种形状髓腔,本发明所述肩部3由纵切面构造为弧形的弧形部31以及与其一体成型的纵切面构造为倒等腰梯形的竖直部32构成,且所述竖直部32的竖向中心线的延长线与所述颈部的中心线的延长线之间构成的夹角α为132°-137°(如图2所示);优选地,为了保证假体植入时不会触碰皮质骨,并降低手术中扩髓难度,保留完整的皮质骨功能,所述竖直部32的竖向中心线的延长线与所述颈部的中心线的延长线之间构成的夹角α为135°。
在具体实现过程中,为保证保证假体植入后,患者腿部能够自由活动,所述防旋转部4与所述肩部3之间呈13°-15°前倾角连接;而在具体操作过程中,所述防旋转部4的横截面构造为长方形结构,且该长方形结构的宽度方向为弧形设计;所述防旋转部4的宽度和长度均小于所述竖直部32的下端面的直径。
更具体地,如图3所示,所述防旋转部4与所述肩部3呈15°前倾角(即为图中的β角)连接,且为了适应左、右腿,所述防旋转部4分别与所述肩部3的左侧、右侧呈15°前倾角连接。
本发明中未详细说明或绘制的结构为常规技术可实现,因此不做赘述。
显然,本领域的技术人员可以对本发明进行各种改动和变型而不脱离本发明的精神和范围。这样,倘若本发明的这些修改和变型属于本发明权利要求及其等同技术的范围之内,则本发明也意图包含这些改动和变型在内。
Claims (5)
1.一种保留大、小转子骨质的假体,其特征在于:包括顺次连接的股骨锥(1)、股骨颈(2)、肩部(3)、防旋转部(4),所述股骨锥(1)用于与股骨球头锥度配合,所述防旋转部(4)用于与截骨段连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种保留大、小转子骨质的假体,其特征在于:所述股骨锥(1)由顺次连接的连接段(11)、伸入段(12)、裸露段(13)构成,且所述连接段(11)、所述伸入段(12)均位于股骨球头内并与其锥度连接,所述裸露段(13)裸露于股骨球头外且与所述股骨颈(2)连接;
其中,所述连接段(11)的纵截面构造为正等腰梯形,所述伸入段(12)的纵截面构造为正方形或长方形,所述裸露段(13)的纵截面构造为倒等腰梯形。
3.根据权利要求1所述一种保留大、小转子骨质的假体,其特征在于:所述肩部(3)由纵切面构造为弧形的弧形部(31)以及与其一体成型的纵切面构造为倒等腰梯形的竖直部(32)构成,且所述竖直部(32)的竖向中心线的延长线与所述颈部的中心线的延长线之间构成的夹角α为132°-137°。
4.根据权利要求3所述一种保留大、小转子骨质的假体,其特征在于:所述防旋转部(4)的横截面构造为长方形结构,且该长方形结构的宽度方向为弧形设计;所述防旋转部(4)的宽度和长度均小于所述竖直部(32)的下端面的直径。
5.根据权利要求1-4任一所述一种保留大、小转子骨质的假体,其特征在于:所述防旋转部(4)与所述肩部(3)之间呈13°-16°前倾角连接。
