In the embodiment of the disclosure, optionally, a user may trigger a first interface operation authority control instruction to a currently logged-in cloud mobile phone through a first cloud mobile phone client, and the cloud mobile phone may prohibit a third party from operating any service content of a service processing interface in response to the first interface operation authority control instruction. At this time, the third party does not have any operation authority on the service processing interface. The user can also trigger a second interface operation authority control instruction to the currently logged-in cloud mobile phone through the first cloud mobile phone client, and the cloud mobile phone can allow a third party to operate the set service content of the service processing interface in response to the second interface operation authority control instruction. At this time, the third party has an operation right for part or all of the service contents of the service processing interface.
And S260, acquiring the video stream data of the service processing interface of the current login cloud mobile phone.
And S270, sending the video stream data of the service processing interface to cloud mobile phone clients which log in the current cloud mobile phone, so that the cloud mobile phone clients can simultaneously display the same service processing interface according to the video stream data of the service processing interface.

In an optional embodiment of the present disclosure, the business process guidance data comprises voice type business process guidance data and/or video type business process guidance data; if the service processing guidance data is the video-type service processing guidance data, the first cloud mobile phone client is used for displaying the service processing guidance video in a first set area of a display interface of the user terminal after receiving the video-type service processing guidance data, and displaying the service processing interface in a second set area of the display interface of the user terminal.
The first setting area and the second setting area may be different display areas of a display interface of the user terminal. For example, the first setting area may be an upper half or a left half of a display area of the user terminal display interface, and the second setting area may be a lower half or a right half of the display area of the user terminal display interface. Optionally, the first setting area and the second setting area do not include display areas overlapping each other. Alternatively, the first setting region may be a partial overlapping region of the second setting region. For example, the entire user terminal display interface is a first setting area, and the second setting area is one of rectangular areas of the user terminal display interface, and the like.
In the disclosed embodiment, the types of the business process guidance data may include a voice type and a video type. Correspondingly, if the service processing guidance data only includes the service processing guidance data of the video type, or includes the service processing guidance data of the voice type and the video type at the same time, the first cloud mobile phone client may divide a first setting area for displaying the service processing guidance video and a second setting area for displaying the service processing interface on the display interface of the user terminal, display the service processing guidance video in the first setting area, and synchronously display the service processing interface in the second setting area. The voice type service processing guidance data can be played synchronously with the video type service processing guidance data, or the identifier of the voice call can be displayed at a certain position of the whole display interface. At this time, the user can simultaneously watch the service processing guidance video and the service processing interface through the user terminal, so that the trust of the user on the third party is improved. If the business processing guidance data only comprises the voice-type business processing guidance data, the first cloud mobile phone client can display the business processing interface on the whole display interface of the user terminal and display the identifier of the voice call at a certain position of the whole display interface.
According to the technical scheme, the display modes of different types of business processing guide data are set, the processing modes of the business processing guide data are enriched, and the user experience of the business processing flow based on the cloud mobile phone is improved.
In an optional embodiment of the present disclosure, the cloud-based service processing method may further include: acquiring a monitoring recording instruction of a service processing flow; and monitoring and recording the service processing flow of the current login cloud mobile phone according to the service processing flow monitoring and recording instruction.
The business processing flow monitoring and recording instruction can be used for monitoring the business processing flow based on the cloud mobile phone. The manner of monitoring may include, but is not limited to, recording of screen and audio data, sensitive word monitoring, and the like.
In order to further guarantee the legality and the safety of business processing, a user or a third party can send a business processing flow monitoring and recording instruction to the cloud mobile phone through the cloud mobile phone client. After receiving the service processing flow monitoring recording instruction, the cloud mobile phone may start a service processing monitoring flow, for example, monitor and record a service processing flow currently logged in the cloud mobile phone. The monitoring and recording of the service processing flow currently logged in the cloud mobile phone may be recording of a service processing interface and service processing guidance data, or recording of an interface displayed by a cloud mobile phone client and service processing guidance data, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present disclosure.
It should be noted that, if the input of the personal privacy information, such as the input of the user password, is involved in the service processing process, the cloud mobile phone may perform encryption processing on the input process of the personal privacy information of the service processing interface, so as to avoid the problem of leakage of the personal privacy information of the user, thereby further ensuring the security and reliability of the online service processing.
According to the technical scheme, the service processing interface of the cloud mobile phone is displayed on the user side and the third side through the cloud mobile phone, so that the third side can guide the user side to process the service on line, and convenience, safety, high efficiency and user experience of on-line service processing can be improved.
In the technical scheme of the disclosure, the collection, storage, use, processing, transmission, provision, disclosure and other processing of the personal information (such as face information, voice information and the like) of the related user all conform to the regulations of related laws and regulations, and do not violate the good custom of the public order.
In an example, fig. 4 is a structural diagram of a cloud-based service processing system provided in an embodiment of the present disclosure, which may be suitable for guiding a user to efficiently process an online service online in a cloud-based mobile phone manner, and accordingly, as shown in fig. 4, the cloud-based service processing system may include a first cloud mobile phone client 310, a second cloud mobile phone client 320, and a currently-logged-in cloud mobile phone 330; the first cloud handset client 310 maintains a communication connection with the currently logged-on cloud handset 330, and the second cloud handset client 320 maintains a communication connection with the currently logged-on cloud handset 330, wherein:
the first cloud mobile phone client 310 runs on a user terminal and is used for acquiring business processing guidance data sent by the cloud mobile phone 320 so as to guide a user to process business according to the business processing guidance data; the currently logged-in cloud mobile phone 330 is used for acquiring the video stream data of the service processing interface and sending the video stream data of the service processing interface to the cloud mobile phone clients logged in the cloud mobile phone, so that the cloud mobile phone clients simultaneously display the same service processing interface according to the video stream data of the service processing interface; the second cloud mobile phone client 320 runs on a third-party terminal, and is configured to acquire the business processing guidance data and send the business processing guidance data to the currently logged-in cloud mobile phone 330.
Optionally, the first cloud mobile phone client 310 may further send an interface operation authority control instruction to the currently logged-in cloud mobile phone 330, and the currently logged-in cloud mobile phone 330 may control the operation authority of the second cloud mobile phone client 320 on the service processing interface according to the interface operation authority control instruction.
Optionally, the interface operation authority control instruction includes a first interface operation authority control instruction or a second interface operation authority control instruction; the currently logged-in cloud mobile phone 330 may prohibit the second cloud mobile phone client 320 from operating the service processing interface according to the first interface operation authority control instruction; or, the second cloud mobile phone client 320 is controlled to operate the set service content of the service processing interface according to the second interface operation authority control instruction.
Optionally, the service processing guidance data may include voice-type service processing guidance data and/or video-type service processing guidance data; if the service processing guidance data is the video-type service processing guidance data, the first cloud mobile phone client 310 may be configured to display the service processing guidance video in a first set area of a display interface of the user terminal after receiving the video-type service processing guidance data, and display the service processing interface in a second set area of the display interface of the user terminal.
Optionally, the cloud mobile phone-based business processing system may further include a business service platform (not shown in fig. 4), and the current login cloud mobile phone 330 may be in communication connection with the business service platform; the first cloud handset client 310 may also send a transaction request to the currently logged-on cloud handset 330. The currently logged-in cloud mobile phone 330 may determine a matched service processing platform according to the service processing request; and forwarding the service processing request to the service processing platform, so that the service processing platform starts the second cloud mobile phone client 320 according to the service processing request, and logs in the currently logged-in cloud mobile phone through the second cloud mobile phone client 320.
Optionally, the current login cloud mobile phone 330 may further obtain a service processing flow monitoring recording instruction; and monitoring and recording the service processing flow currently logged in the cloud mobile phone 330 according to the service processing flow monitoring and recording instruction.
According to the method and the device, the service processing interface video stream data acquired by the currently logged-in cloud mobile phone are sent to the first cloud mobile phone client and the second cloud mobile phone client which log in the currently logged-in cloud mobile phone, so that the first cloud mobile phone client and the second cloud mobile phone client can simultaneously display the same service processing interface according to the received service processing interface video stream data. At this time, the second cloud mobile phone client can generate service processing guide data for guiding a user to process the service according to the service processing interface, the service processing guide data is sent to the first cloud mobile phone client through the currently logged-in cloud mobile phone, the first cloud mobile phone client can guide the user to process the service according to the received service processing guide data, the problems that the existing online service processing is low in convenience and efficiency and the like are solved, convenience, safety and efficiency of online service processing can be improved, and user experience of the online service processing is further improved.
It should be noted that any permutation and combination between the technical features in the above embodiments also belong to the scope of the present disclosure.
In an example, fig. 5 is a structural diagram of a service processing apparatus based on a cloud mobile phone according to an embodiment of the present disclosure, where the embodiment of the present disclosure is applicable to a case where a user is instructed on-line to efficiently process an on-line service in a manner of a cloud mobile phone, and the apparatus is implemented by software and/or hardware and is specifically configured in an electronic device. The electronic device may be a device capable of operating a cloud mobile phone, may be a terminal device, and may also be a server device, which is not limited in this disclosure.
Fig. 5 shows a cloud-based service processing apparatus 400, which includes: a video stream data acquisition module 410, a video stream data transmission module 420, a service processing guidance data acquisition module 430 and a service processing guidance transmission acquisition module 440. Wherein the content of the first and second substances,
the video stream data acquisition module 410 is configured to acquire video stream data of a service processing interface of a currently logged cloud mobile phone;
the video stream data sending module 420 is configured to send the video stream data of the service processing interface to the cloud mobile phone client that logs in the currently logged cloud mobile phone, so that each cloud mobile phone client displays the same service processing interface according to the video stream data of the service processing interface at the same time; the cloud mobile phone client comprises a first cloud mobile phone client and a second cloud mobile phone client; the first cloud mobile phone client runs on the user terminal, and the second cloud mobile phone client runs on the third party terminal;
the service processing guidance data acquisition module 430 is configured to acquire service processing guidance data sent by the second cloud mobile phone client;
the service processing guidance sending and acquiring module 440 is configured to send the service processing guidance data to the first cloud mobile phone client, so that the first cloud mobile phone client guides a user to process a service according to the service processing guidance data.
Optionally, the service processing apparatus based on the cloud mobile phone further includes: the interface operation authority control instruction acquisition module is used for acquiring an interface operation authority control instruction sent by a first cloud mobile phone client; and the operation authority control module is used for controlling the operation authority of the second cloud mobile phone client to the service processing interface according to the interface operation authority control instruction.
Optionally, the interface operation authority control instruction includes a first interface operation authority control instruction or a second interface operation authority control instruction; the operation authority control module is specifically configured to: forbidding a second cloud mobile phone client to operate the service processing interface according to the first interface operation authority control instruction; or controlling the second cloud mobile phone client to operate the set service content of the service processing interface according to the second interface operation authority control instruction.
Optionally, the service processing guidance data includes voice-type service processing guidance data and/or video-type service processing guidance data; if the service processing guidance data is the video-type service processing guidance data, the first cloud mobile phone client is used for displaying the service processing guidance video in a first set area of a display interface of the user terminal after receiving the video-type service processing guidance data, and displaying the service processing interface in a second set area of the display interface of the user terminal.
Optionally, the service processing apparatus based on the cloud mobile phone further includes: the service processing request acquisition module is used for acquiring a service processing request sent by a first cloud mobile phone client; the service processing platform matching module is used for determining a matched service processing platform according to the service processing request; and the service processing request forwarding module is used for forwarding the service processing request to the service processing platform, so that the service processing platform starts the second cloud mobile phone client according to the service processing request and logs in the current login cloud mobile phone through the second cloud mobile phone client.
Optionally, the service processing apparatus based on the cloud mobile phone further includes: the monitoring recording instruction acquisition module is used for acquiring a monitoring recording instruction of a service processing flow; and the monitoring recording module is used for monitoring and recording the service processing flow of the current login cloud mobile phone according to the service processing flow monitoring recording instruction.
The cloud mobile phone-based service processing device can execute the cloud mobile phone-based service processing method provided by any embodiment of the disclosure, and has the corresponding functional modules and beneficial effects of the execution method. For details of the technology that are not described in detail in this embodiment, reference may be made to a cloud-based mobile phone service processing method provided in any embodiment of the present disclosure.
Since the above-described service processing apparatus based on the cloud mobile phone is an apparatus capable of executing the service processing method based on the cloud mobile phone in the embodiment of the present disclosure, based on the service processing method based on the cloud mobile phone in the embodiment of the present disclosure, a person skilled in the art can understand a specific implementation manner and various variations of the service processing apparatus based on the cloud mobile phone in the embodiment, so that how the service processing apparatus based on the cloud mobile phone implements the service processing method based on the cloud mobile phone in the embodiment of the present disclosure is not described in detail here. As long as a person skilled in the art implements the device used in the cloud mobile phone based service processing method in the embodiment of the present disclosure, the device is within the scope of the present disclosure.

FIG. 6 illustrates a schematic block diagram of an example electronic device 500 that can be used to implement embodiments of the present disclosure. Electronic devices are intended to represent various forms of digital computers, such as laptops, desktops, workstations, personal digital assistants, servers, blade servers, mainframes, and other appropriate computers. The electronic device may also represent various forms of mobile devices, such as personal digital processing, cellular phones, smart phones, wearable devices, and other similar computing devices. The components shown herein, their connections and relationships, and their functions, are meant to be examples only, and are not meant to limit implementations of the disclosure described and/or claimed herein.
As shown in fig. 6, the apparatus 500 includes a computing unit 501 that can perform various appropriate actions and processes according to a computer program stored in a Read Only Memory (ROM)502 or a computer program loaded from a storage unit 508 into a Random Access Memory (RAM) 503. In the RAM 503, various programs and data required for the operation of the device 500 can also be stored. The calculation unit 501, the ROM 502, and the RAM 503 are connected to each other by a bus 504. An input/output (I/O) interface 505 is also connected to bus 504.
A number of components in the device 500 are connected to the I/O interface 505, including: an input unit 506 such as a keyboard, a mouse, or the like; an output unit 507 such as various types of displays, speakers, and the like; a storage unit 508, such as a magnetic disk, optical disk, or the like; and a communication unit 509 such as a network card, modem, wireless communication transceiver, etc. The communication unit 509 allows the device 500 to exchange information/data with other devices through a computer network such as the internet and/or various telecommunication networks.
The computing unit 501 may be a variety of general-purpose and/or special-purpose processing components having processing and computing capabilities. Some examples of the computing unit 501 include, but are not limited to, a Central Processing Unit (CPU), a Graphics Processing Unit (GPU), various dedicated Artificial Intelligence (AI) computing chips, various computing units running machine learning model algorithms, a Digital Signal Processor (DSP), and any suitable processor, controller, microcontroller, and so forth. The computing unit 501 performs the various methods and processes described above, such as a cloud-phone-based business processing method. For example, in some embodiments, the cloud-based business process method may be implemented as a computer software program tangibly embodied in a machine-readable medium, such as storage unit 508. In some embodiments, part or all of the computer program may be loaded and/or installed onto the device 500 via the ROM 502 and/or the communication unit 509. When loaded into RAM 503 and executed by computing unit 501, the computer programs may perform one or more steps of the cloud handset-based business process method described above. Alternatively, in other embodiments, the computing unit 501 may be configured to perform the cloud handset-based business process method by any other suitable means (e.g., by way of firmware).
Various implementations of the systems and techniques described here above may be implemented in digital electronic circuitry, integrated circuitry, Field Programmable Gate Arrays (FPGAs), Application Specific Integrated Circuits (ASICs), Application Specific Standard Products (ASSPs), system on a chip (SOCs), load programmable logic devices (CPLDs), computer hardware, firmware, software, and/or combinations thereof. These various embodiments may include: implemented in one or more computer programs that are executable and/or interpretable on a programmable system including at least one programmable processor, which may be special or general purpose, receiving data and instructions from, and transmitting data and instructions to, a storage system, at least one input device, and at least one output device.
Program code for implementing the methods of the present disclosure may be written in any combination of one or more programming languages. These program codes may be provided to a processor or controller of a general purpose computer, special purpose computer, or other programmable data processing apparatus, such that the program codes, when executed by the processor or controller, cause the functions/operations specified in the flowchart and/or block diagram to be performed. The program code may execute entirely on the machine, partly on the machine, as a stand-alone software package partly on the machine and partly on a remote machine or entirely on the remote machine or server.

To provide for interaction with a user, the systems and techniques described here can be implemented on a computer having: a display device (e.g., a CRT (cathode ray tube) or LCD (liquid crystal display) monitor) for displaying information to a user; and a keyboard and a pointing device (e.g., a mouse or a trackball) by which a user can provide input to the computer. Other kinds of devices may also be used to provide for interaction with a user; for example, feedback provided to the user can be any form of sensory feedback (e.g., visual feedback, auditory feedback, or tactile feedback); and input from the user may be received in any form, including acoustic, speech, or tactile input.

The computer system may include clients and servers. A client and server are generally remote from each other and typically interact through a communication network. The relationship of client and server arises by virtue of computer programs running on the respective computers and having a client-server relationship to each other. The server can be a cloud server, also called a cloud computing server or a cloud host, and is a host product in a cloud computing service system, so that the defects of high management difficulty and weak service expansibility in the traditional physical host and VPS service are overcome. The server may also be a server of a distributed system, or a server that incorporates a blockchain.
According to the method and the device, the service processing interface video stream data acquired by the currently logged-in cloud mobile phone are sent to the first cloud mobile phone client and the second cloud mobile phone client which log in the currently logged-in cloud mobile phone, so that the first cloud mobile phone client and the second cloud mobile phone client can simultaneously display the same service processing interface according to the received service processing interface video stream data. At this time, the second cloud mobile phone client can generate service processing guide data for guiding a user to process the service according to the service processing interface, the service processing guide data is sent to the first cloud mobile phone client through the currently logged-in cloud mobile phone, the first cloud mobile phone client can guide the user to process the service according to the received service processing guide data, the problems that the existing online service processing is low in convenience and efficiency and the like are solved, convenience, safety and efficiency of online service processing can be improved, and user experience of the online service processing is further improved.
It should be understood that various forms of the flows shown above may be used, with steps reordered, added, or deleted. For example, the steps described in the present disclosure may be executed in parallel, sequentially, or in different orders, as long as the desired results of the technical solutions disclosed in the present disclosure can be achieved, and the present disclosure is not limited herein.

Claims (16)

1. A service processing method based on a cloud mobile phone comprises the following steps:
acquiring video stream data of a service processing interface of a currently logged cloud mobile phone;
sending the video stream data of the service processing interface to cloud mobile phone clients which log in the current cloud mobile phone so that the cloud mobile phone clients can simultaneously display the same service processing interface according to the video stream data of the service processing interface; the cloud mobile phone client comprises a first cloud mobile phone client and a second cloud mobile phone client; the first cloud mobile phone client runs on a user terminal, and the second cloud mobile phone client runs on a third-party terminal;
acquiring business processing guidance data sent by the second cloud mobile phone client;
and sending the business processing guidance data to the first cloud mobile phone client so that the first cloud mobile phone client guides a user to process business according to the business processing guidance data.
2. The cloud-based mobile phone business processing method of claim 1, further comprising:
acquiring an interface operation authority control instruction sent by the first cloud mobile phone client;
and controlling the operation authority of the second cloud mobile phone client to the service processing interface according to the interface operation authority control instruction.
3. The cloud-mobile-phone-based service processing method according to claim 2, wherein the interface operation authority control instruction includes a first interface operation authority control instruction or a second interface operation authority control instruction;
the step of controlling the operation authority of the second cloud mobile phone client to the service processing interface according to the interface operation authority control instruction comprises the following steps:
forbidding the second cloud mobile phone client to operate the service processing interface according to the first interface operation authority control instruction; or
And controlling the second cloud mobile phone client to operate the set service content of the service processing interface according to the second interface operation authority control instruction.
4. The cloud-based mobile phone business processing method of any of claims 1-3, wherein the business process guidance data comprises voice-type business process guidance data and/or video-type business process guidance data;
if the service processing guidance data is the video-type service processing guidance data, the first cloud mobile phone client is used for displaying a service processing guidance video in a first set area of a display interface of the user terminal after receiving the video-type service processing guidance data, and displaying the service processing interface in a second set area of the display interface of the user terminal.
5. The cloud-based mobile phone service processing method according to any one of claims 1 to 4, further comprising:
acquiring a service processing request sent by the first cloud mobile phone client;
determining a matched service processing platform according to the service processing request;
and forwarding the service processing request to the service processing platform, so that the service processing platform starts a second cloud mobile phone client according to the service processing request, and logs in the current login cloud mobile phone through the second cloud mobile phone client.
6. The cloud-based mobile phone service processing method according to any one of claims 1 to 5, further comprising:
acquiring a monitoring recording instruction of a service processing flow;
and monitoring and recording the service processing flow of the current login cloud mobile phone according to the service processing flow monitoring and recording instruction.
7. A business processing system based on a cloud mobile phone comprises: the system comprises a first cloud mobile phone client, a second cloud mobile phone client and a current login cloud mobile phone; the first cloud mobile phone client is in communication connection with the current login cloud mobile phone, and the second cloud mobile phone client is in communication connection with the current login cloud mobile phone, wherein:
the first cloud mobile phone client runs on a user terminal and is used for acquiring business processing guidance data sent by the currently logged cloud mobile phone so as to guide a user to process business according to the business processing guidance data;
the current login cloud mobile phone is used for acquiring service processing interface video stream data and sending the service processing interface video stream data to cloud mobile phone clients which log in the current login cloud mobile phone, so that the cloud mobile phone clients simultaneously display the same service processing interface according to the service processing interface video stream data;
the second cloud mobile phone client runs on a third-party terminal and is used for acquiring the business processing guidance data and sending the business processing guidance data to the current login cloud mobile phone.
8. A service processing device based on a cloud mobile phone comprises:
the video stream data acquisition module is used for acquiring the video stream data of the service processing interface of the currently logged cloud mobile phone;
the video stream data sending module is used for sending the video stream data of the service processing interface to cloud mobile phone clients which log in the currently logged cloud mobile phone so as to enable the cloud mobile phone clients to simultaneously display the same service processing interface according to the video stream data of the service processing interface; the cloud mobile phone client comprises a first cloud mobile phone client and a second cloud mobile phone client; the first cloud mobile phone client runs on a user terminal, and the second cloud mobile phone client runs on a third-party terminal;
the service processing guidance data acquisition module is used for acquiring service processing guidance data sent by the second cloud mobile phone client;
and the service processing guidance sending and acquiring module is used for sending the service processing guidance data to the first cloud mobile phone client so that the first cloud mobile phone client guides a user to process services according to the service processing guidance data.
9. The cloud-based mobile phone service processing apparatus of claim 8, further comprising:
the interface operation authority control instruction acquisition module is used for acquiring an interface operation authority control instruction sent by the first cloud mobile phone client;
and the operation authority control module is used for controlling the operation authority of the second cloud mobile phone client to the service processing interface according to the interface operation authority control instruction.

forbidding the second cloud mobile phone client to operate the service processing interface according to the first interface operation authority control instruction; or
And controlling the second cloud mobile phone client to operate the set service content of the service processing interface according to the second interface operation authority control instruction.
11. The cloud handset-based business processing apparatus of any of claims 8-10, wherein the business process guidance data comprises voice-type business process guidance data and/or video-type business process guidance data;
if the service processing guidance data is the video-type service processing guidance data, the first cloud mobile phone client is used for displaying a service processing guidance video in a first set area of a display interface of the user terminal after receiving the video-type service processing guidance data, and displaying the service processing interface in a second set area of the display interface of the user terminal.
12. The cloud-based mobile phone service processing apparatus according to any one of claims 8 to 11, further comprising:
the service processing request acquisition module is used for acquiring a service processing request sent by the first cloud mobile phone client;
the service processing platform matching module is used for determining a matched service processing platform according to the service processing request;
and the service processing request forwarding module is used for forwarding the service processing request to the service processing platform so that the service processing platform starts a second cloud mobile phone client according to the service processing request and logs in the currently logged cloud mobile phone through the second cloud mobile phone client.
13. The cloud-based mobile phone service processing apparatus according to any one of claims 8 to 12, further comprising:
the monitoring recording instruction acquisition module is used for acquiring a monitoring recording instruction of a service processing flow;
and the monitoring recording module is used for monitoring and recording the service processing flow of the current login cloud mobile phone according to the service processing flow monitoring recording instruction.

at least one processor; and
