The fracture limit in the clamping groove is tightly attached to the top groove edge of the clamping groove, the top vertical groove edge of the internal expanding functional groove is tightly attached to the middle vertical edge, and the bottom vertical groove edge of the internal expanding functional groove is tightly attached to the internal fracture edge of the internal expanding functional groove.
The corner lock pin includes interconnect's diaphragm and riser, the tip of diaphragm and riser all has inboard fixed plate to its inside bending type, the inboard fixed plate on diaphragm and the riser corresponds the cartridge and expands the functional groove in the interior expanding function groove of two adjacent steel frame port departments and forms fastening connection with interior expanding function groove.
Deformation gaps are formed among the inner side fixing plates, the corresponding transverse plates and the corresponding vertical plates, and the inner side fixing plates are in expansion connection with the corresponding inner expansion functional grooves when correspondingly inserted.
The inner side surface of the inner side fixing plate is provided with clamping teeth, the vertical notch edge and the fracture edge at the top of the inner expansion functional groove are formed with clamping points protruding in the inner expansion functional groove, and the clamping teeth at corresponding positions are clamped with the clamping points in a matched mode.

The lateral surface of the outer side fixing plate is provided with a latch, a vertical notch edge and a fracture edge at the top of the internal expanding functional groove are formed with a clamping point protruding in the internal expanding functional groove, and the latch at the corresponding position is in matched clamping connection with the clamping point.
The steel frame is characterized in that a top groove edge of the clamping groove is bent downwards to form a top vertical edge, the top vertical edge is bent upwards to form a top vertical groove edge of the internal expanding functional groove notch, a bottom groove edge of the internal expanding functional groove is bent upwards to form a bottom vertical edge, a middle transverse edge is bent between the bottom vertical edge and the top vertical groove edge, one broken edge of the steel frame is bent in the clamping groove, and the other broken edge of the steel frame is bent in the internal expanding functional groove and forms a bottom vertical groove edge of the internal expanding functional groove notch.
And a fracture edge in the clamping groove consists of a section of vertical edge, a section of transverse clamping edge and a section of end edge which are connected, and the end edge is positioned between the transverse clamping edge and the top groove edge of the clamping groove.
The end edge in the clamping groove is clung to the transverse clamping edge and the top groove edge at the same time, and the top vertical notch edge of the internal expansion functional groove is clung to the top vertical edge.
The corner lock pin comprises a transverse plate and a vertical plate which are connected with each other, the outer side faces of the transverse plate and the vertical plate are provided with clamp teeth, a clamping point which protrudes inwards in the function slot is formed on the vertical edge of the bottom of the function slot, and the clamp teeth and the clamping point which are positioned are matched and clamped.
Be provided with the latch on the medial surface of diaphragm and riser, the vertical notch limit in top and the vertical notch limit shaping in bottom of interior expanding functional groove have the bellied stuck point in the inside expanding functional groove, the latch and the stuck point cooperation joint of relevant position.

A cut edge in the clamping groove is tightly attached to the top groove edge, and the first middle transverse edge is tightly attached to the second middle transverse edge.
The corner lock pin includes interconnect's diaphragm and riser, diaphragm and riser correspond the cartridge and expand the functional groove in two adjacent steel frame port departments, the bottom vertical limit of interior expanding functional groove forms the arch of sinking on diaphragm and the riser lateral surface through external force.

The connecting position is arranged on the top groove edge of the clamping groove.
The fastener comprises a pressing plate, a fastening bolt and a wedge-shaped nut, the wedge-shaped nut is arranged in the base, the pressing plate is pressed on the top groove edge of the clamping groove, the fastening bolt penetrates through the pressing plate and is in threaded connection with the wedge-shaped nut, and when the fastening bolt is screwed, the fastening bolt drives the pressing plate to press the top groove edge of the clamping groove.
The pressing plate is pressed on the top groove edges of the clamping grooves of the two adjacent steel frames simultaneously.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the advantages that: in the structure, the steel frame is an opening section formed by bending the steel plate, when the frame is assembled, a long section bar can be formed in a factory, the steel frame with the corresponding length is sequentially cut along the cutting position, and the clamping groove and the functional groove of the steel frame form a central symmetrical structure which can be used for converting the clamping groove and the functional groove, so that when the frame is assembled, the adjacent steel frames can be spliced and assembled after rotating 180 degrees, only two ends of the long section bar generate excess material loss in the integral cutting process, and a section of triangular excess material needs to be cut between every two opening section bars when the frame is not cut, so that the cutting time is greatly saved, the cutting cost is reduced, and the energy conservation and environmental protection are realized; when the installation, press from both sides photovoltaic panel border in the centre gripping inslot that corresponds the steel frame, reuse fastener and form fastening connection with the connection position of steel frame and base, improved the convenience of installation.

Detailed Description
The invention will be described in further detail below with reference to the drawings and specific examples.
Example 1:
fig. 1 to 4 show a first embodiment of a solar photovoltaic panel fixing frame according to the present invention, which includes a plurality of steel frames 1 and fasteners 2, wherein the steel frames 1 are connected to form the steel frame, the steel frames 1 are formed by bending a steel plate, a clamping groove 11 for clamping a photovoltaic panel 3 is formed between a broken edge of a section bar and a main body of the steel frame 1, a functional groove 12 is formed between another broken edge of the section bar and the main body of the steel frame 1, the clamping groove 11 and the functional groove 12 form a central symmetrical structure, and the steel frame 1 has a connecting position 13 for connecting the fasteners 2. In the structure, the steel frame 1 is an opening section formed by bending a steel plate, when the frame is assembled, a long strip section can be formed in a factory firstly, then the steel frame 1 with the corresponding length is sequentially cut along the cutting position as shown in figure 1, and as the clamping groove 11 and the functional groove 12 of the steel frame 1 form a central symmetrical structure which can be used for converting the two, when the frame is assembled, the adjacent steel frame 1 is turned by 180 degrees, the angle assembly and the frame assembly can be carried out, the integral cutting process only has the excess material loss at two ends of the long strip section, and a section of triangular excess material needs to be cut between every two opening sections when the cutting is not carried out, so that the cutting time is greatly saved, the cutting cost is reduced, and the energy conservation and environmental protection are realized; when the installation, press from both sides photovoltaic panel 3 border in the centre gripping groove 11 that corresponds steel frame 1, reuse fastener 2 forms fastening connection with the connection 13 of steel frame 1 and base, has improved the convenience of installation.
In this embodiment, the top groove edge of the clamping groove 11 is bent towards the lower portion to form a top vertical edge, the bottom groove edge of the functional groove 12 is bent towards the upper portion to form a bottom vertical edge, the top vertical edge and the bottom vertical edge are connected through a horizontal edge, and the horizontal edge simultaneously forms the bottom groove edge of the clamping groove 11 and the top groove edge of the functional groove 12. In the structure, the steel frame 1 is S-shaped and centrosymmetric, and the structure is simple and easy to form.
In this embodiment, one broken edge of the steel frame 1 is bent in the holding groove 11, and the other broken edge is bent in the functional groove 12. In this structure, two break limits are buckled respectively in centre gripping groove 11 and function groove 12 for each notch forms transition bent angle, avoids damaging installer, has improved the security.
In this embodiment, the fracture edge in the clamping groove 11 abuts against the top groove edge of the clamping groove 11 to form a blocking platform, and the fracture edge of the functional groove 12 abuts against the bottom groove edge of the functional groove 12 to form a blocking platform. In this structure, when filling in centre gripping groove 11 and establishing sealed glue, the fender platform in the centre gripping groove 11 can block sealed glue, prevents that it from droing.
In this embodiment, the connection site 13 is disposed in the functional slot 12. The arrangement is such that the fastener 2 is mounted to the base in the functional groove 12, and the structure is simple and reliable.
In this embodiment, the fastening member 2 includes a pressing plate 21, a fastening bolt 22 and a nut 23, the nut 23 is disposed in the base, the pressing plate 21 is pressed in the functional groove 12, the fastening bolt 22 is disposed on the pressing plate 21 in a penetrating manner and is in threaded connection with the nut 23, and when the fastening bolt 22 is screwed, the fastening bolt 22 drives the pressing plate 21 to press the functional groove 12. The fastening bolt 22 is connected to the nut 23, and the steel frame 1 is fixed to the base by tightening the fastening bolt 22 via the pressing plate 21.
In this embodiment, the pressing plate 21 is provided with a fastening edge 211, and the fastening edge 211 is fastened to the retaining platform in the functional groove 12. The steel frame 1 is prevented from falling off from between the pressing plate 21 and the base.
In this embodiment, the pressing plate 21 is simultaneously pressed in the functional grooves 12 of two adjacent steel frames 1. The clamp plate 21 fixes two adjacent steel frames 1 on the base at the same time, and prevents the two steel frames 1 from falling off between the clamp plate 21 and the base.
Example 2:
fig. 5 shows a second embodiment of the solar photovoltaic panel fixing frame of the present invention, which is substantially the same as embodiment 1 except that: in this embodiment, one end of the pressing plate 21 is pressed in the functional groove 12 of the steel frame 1, and the other end is pressed on the base. A single steel frame 1 can be fixed on the base through the pressing plate 21, and the structure is simple and reliable.
Example 3:
fig. 6 to 7 show a third embodiment of a solar photovoltaic panel fixing frame of the present invention, which is substantially the same as embodiment 1 except that: in this embodiment, the connection position 13 is disposed on the top of the steel frame 1. The arrangement is that the fastener 2 is mounted on the base at the top of the steel frame 1, and the structure is simple and reliable.
In this embodiment, fastener 2 includes clamp plate 21, fastening bolt 22 and nut 23, and nut 23 arranges the base in, and clamp plate 21 is pressed and is established at the top of steel frame 1, and fastening bolt 22 wears to establish on clamp plate 21 and with nut 23 threaded connection, and when fastening bolt 22 was screwed, fastening bolt 22 drove clamp plate 21 and compresses tightly the top of steel frame 1. The fastening bolt 22 is connected to the nut 23, and the steel frame 1 is fixed to the base by tightening the fastening bolt 22 via the pressing plate 21.
In this embodiment, the pressing plate 21 is simultaneously pressed on the tops of two adjacent steel frames 1. The pressing plate 21 fixes two adjacent steel frames 1 on the base at the same time, and the structure is simple and reliable.
Example 4:
fig. 1 to 5 show a fourth embodiment of a solar photovoltaic panel fixing frame of the present invention, which is substantially the same as embodiment 1 except that: in this embodiment, one end of the pressing plate 21 is pressed on the top of the steel frame 1, and the other end is pressed on the base. So set up, can fix an solitary steel frame 1 on the base, simple structure is reliable.
Example 5:
fig. 8 to 9 show a fifth embodiment of the solar photovoltaic panel fixing frame according to the present invention, which comprises a plurality of steel frames 1 and fasteners 2, wherein the steel frames 1 are connected to form a steel frame, the steel frame 1 is formed by bending a steel plate, a T-shaped clamping groove 14 is formed between one broken edge of the section bar and a main body of a steel frame 1, a T-shaped functional groove 15 is formed between the other broken edge of the section bar and the main body of the steel frame 1, the T-shaped clamping groove 14 and the T-shaped functional groove 15 form a central symmetrical structure which can be used for converting the T-shaped clamping groove and the main body of the steel frame 1, a connecting position 13 used for connecting a fastener 2 is arranged on the steel frame 1, a photovoltaic panel 3 is clamped in a small groove of the T-shaped clamping groove 14, and a large groove of the T-shaped clamping groove 14 at the port of two adjacent steel frames 1 and/or a large groove of the T-shaped functional groove 15 at the port are connected through a corner inserting core 4.
