In order to make the technical solution of the present disclosure clearer, each step of the warehouse inventory method is explained next.
In step S110, the item type and the item information corresponding to the item type sent by the data acquisition device are received, and the item information is merged according to the item type to generate an inventory.
In an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure, before receiving an item type and item information sent by a data acquisition device, a data acquisition instruction is sent to the data acquisition device to cause the data acquisition device to acquire the item information corresponding to the item type, where the data acquisition instruction includes the item type.
In an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure, the data acquisition device performs pre-inventory and generates a pre-inventory list, and specifically, the data acquisition device may acquire an item type and item information corresponding to an item code by automatically scanning the item code, where the item code includes a bar code of an item and may also include a digital code of the item. The data acquisition equipment records the acquired article types and article information in the pre-disc list, generates the pre-disc list from the pre-disc list, the number of the pre-disc list, the state of the pre-disc, the time of the pre-disc and other information, and sends the pre-disc list to the computer terminal.
In an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure, the item type includes a category to which the item belongs, and the item type may contain a plurality of sub-categories of the item. For example, in the warehouse, the type of the product includes fruit, and the fruit specifically includes multiple sub-products such as apple, grape, banana, and the like. The item information includes an item number, an item weight, an item volume, an item cost price, a location of the warehouse where the item is located, an existing state of the item, and the like, and the present disclosure is not particularly limited thereto.
It should be noted that the computer terminal may issue the article types to be checked to the data acquisition device at one time, so that the data acquisition device obtains article information corresponding to the plurality of article types according to the plurality of article types, and uniformly sends the article information corresponding to the plurality of article types to the computer terminal. The article types may also be issued to the data acquisition device one by one, for example, one article type is issued at a time, and after receiving article information corresponding to the article type sent by the data acquisition device, the next article type is sent to the data acquisition device. The type of the related item may also be issued at one time, for example, the type of the item corresponding to the item located in the same warehouse partition may be issued, which is not specifically limited in this disclosure.
For example, fig. 3 is a schematic flow chart illustrating a process of acquiring article information at a data acquisition device, as shown in fig. 3, in step S310, the data acquisition device receives a data acquisition instruction and performs article counting according to the data acquisition instruction; in step S320, entering into an inventory of the first article type, scanning the article code, and acquiring the article type and the article information corresponding to the article code; in step S330, determining whether the item type is a first item type; in step S340, if the item type is the first item type, adding the item information corresponding to the item type to the pre-inventory list corresponding to the first item type; in step S350, if the article type is not the first article type, displaying a non-first article type prompt, and adding the article information to the pre-pallet list corresponding to the article type; in step S360, it is determined whether to continue the checking of the first article type, if so, the above steps S320 to S350 are repeatedly performed, and if not, step S370 is performed; in step S370, if the first item type is not checked, the first item type and the corresponding pre-inventory list table are generated and sent to the computer.
In an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure, in order to prevent an article of the same article type from appearing in a plurality of warehouses, resulting in generation of a plurality of pieces of article information of the same article type at the time of pre-inventory, the article information is merged according to the article type to generate an inventory sheet, specifically, the article information is classified according to the article subclass, and the article information corresponding to the same article subclass is merged to form a sub-inventory sheet corresponding to each article subclass; and acquiring the inventory list according to the sub-inventory list corresponding to each article subclass.
In step S120, the inventory list is compared with the inventory list to determine an abnormal list.
In an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure, an inventory is obtained, the inventory includes an inventory generated after the last warehouse inventory, and the exception list includes an inventory and an inventory.
In the exemplary embodiment of the disclosure, the item information belonging to the same item type in the inventory list and the inventory list are compared line by line, and if the item information corresponding to the same item type is the same, the item information belongs to normal data; if the article information in the inventory list corresponding to the same article type is different from the article information in the inventory list, the article information corresponding to the article type is abnormal data, the article type, the article information in the inventory list corresponding to the article type and the article information in the inventory list form an abnormal data pair, and one or more abnormal data pairs form an abnormal list.
In step S130, the exception sheet is approved, and a first target operation is executed according to the approval result.
In an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure, it is determined whether an abnormal data pair satisfies a first preset condition; if yes, updating the inventory list according to the inventory list; if not, judging whether the abnormal data pair meets a second preset condition or not, and executing a second target operation according to the judgment result, specifically, when the abnormal data pair meets the second preset condition, executing a re-disc operation on the corresponding target article type according to the abnormal data, and executing a third target operation according to the re-disc result; and when the abnormal data pair does not meet the second preset condition, reserving the inventory list.
Fig. 4 is a schematic flowchart of the approval process, and as shown in fig. 4, in step S410, it is determined whether the abnormal data pair satisfies the first preset condition. The first preset condition may be that the difference between the numbers of the articles in the abnormal data pair satisfies a first preset number loss of the article type, where the first preset number loss may be set according to an actual situation, and may be set differently according to the article types, which is not specifically limited by the present disclosure.
For example, the loss of the first preset number of the a type meeting the first preset condition is set to be 3, and if the number of the a type of the article in the inventory list is 100 and the number of the a type of the article in the inventory list is 99, it is determined that the exception list corresponding to the a type meets the first preset condition. The first preset condition may also be that the difference between the cost prices of the articles in the abnormal data pair satisfies a first preset cost loss of the article type, where the first preset cost loss may be set according to an actual situation, and may be set differently according to the article types, which is not specifically limited by the present disclosure. For example, if the first preset cost loss of the type B is set to 5 yuan, and the cost price difference between the type B in the abnormal bill and the type B in the inventory bill is 2.6 yuan, it is determined that the abnormal bill corresponding to the type B satisfies the first preset condition. Of course, the first preset condition may also be that the difference between the weights of the articles in the abnormal data pair satisfies the preset article weight, which is not specifically limited by the present disclosure.
In step S420, if the abnormal data pair satisfies a first preset condition, updating the inventory list according to the inventory list; in step S430, if the abnormal data pair does not satisfy the first preset condition, determining whether the abnormal data pair satisfies a second preset condition; the second preset condition may be that the difference between the numbers of the articles in the abnormal data pair satisfies a second preset number loss of the article type, and the second preset loss may be set according to an actual situation, which is not specifically limited by the present disclosure. Of course, the second preset condition may also be that the difference between the weight or the volume of the article in the abnormal data pair satisfies the preset loss of the article type, which is not specifically limited in this disclosure, in step S440, when the abnormal data pair satisfies the second preset condition, the duplication operation is performed on the corresponding target article type according to the abnormal data, and the third target operation is performed according to the duplication result; in step S450, when the abnormal data pair does not satisfy the second preset condition, the inventory list is retained, and the warehouse inventory is cancelled.
In an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure, performing a copy operation on a corresponding target item type according to exception data includes: and sending the type of the target object to data acquisition equipment so that the data acquisition equipment performs duplication to acquire target object information corresponding to the type of the target object.
In an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure, the performing of the third target operation according to the result of the copy includes: receiving target article information sent by data acquisition equipment, and generating a double-order list according to the target article information and the type of a target article; acquiring target inventory information corresponding to the type of the target object, and comparing the target object information with the target inventory information to determine a target abnormal bill; and carrying out approval processing on the target exception list, and executing a first target operation according to an approval result.
Fig. 5 shows a schematic flow chart of the abnormal order duplication, which specifically includes the following steps S510 to S540, and the detailed description is as follows:
in step S510, the type of the target item is sent to the data acquisition device, so that the data acquisition device acquires target item information corresponding to the type of the target item.
In an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure, the number of the target item types may be one or multiple, the duplication details are generated according to the target item types, and the duplication details are sent to the data acquisition device, so that the data acquisition device acquires corresponding target item information according to the target item types in the duplication details.
In an exemplary embodiment of the disclosure, at a data acquisition device end, the data acquisition device receives the duplication detail sent by a computer end, enters a duplication page, first selects a first target article type in the duplication detail to duplicate, scans an article code, and obtains target article information corresponding to the article code; then, judging whether the target object types in the duplication list are all duplicated, if so, generating a duplication list by all the target object types, the target object codes and the target object information, and sending the duplication list, the duplication list number, the duplication state and the duplication time to a computer terminal; if not, the target article types which are not duplicated are duplicated until the duplication operations of all the target article types are completed.
In step S520, the target item information sent by the data acquisition device is received, and a reply form is generated according to the target item information and the type of the target item.
In an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure, one or more target item types and target item information corresponding to the target item types sent by a data acquisition device are received, and the target item information is merged according to the target item types to generate a double receipt.
In step S530, target inventory information corresponding to the type of the target item is obtained, and the target item information is compared with the target inventory information to determine a target exception list.
In an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure, the target inventory information is compared with data belonging to the same target item type in the target item information, and if the target inventory information corresponding to the same target item type is the same as the target item information, the data belongs to normal data; if the target inventory information and the target article information corresponding to the same target article type are different, the target article information and the target inventory information corresponding to the target article type are abnormal data, the target article type, the target inventory information and the target article information corresponding to the target article type are combined into a target abnormal data pair, and one or more target abnormal data pairs are combined into a target abnormal list.
In step S540, the target exception sheet is approved, and a first target operation is executed according to the approval result.
In an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure, the above-mentioned approval processing procedure is performed for the target exception sheet, and the first target operation is performed according to the approval result. Wherein the target exception sheet includes one or more target exception data pairs. Specifically, if the target abnormal bill meets a first preset condition, updating the inventory bill according to the target article information; if the target exception list does not meet the first preset condition and does not meet the second preset condition, reserving the inventory list; and if the target exception list does not meet the first preset condition but meets the second preset condition, repeating the checking operation and the approval processing operation according to the type of the target object.
Fig. 6 is a schematic flow chart illustrating warehouse inventory, and as shown in fig. 6, in step S610, item information corresponding to an item type is acquired according to the item type by a data acquisition device; in step S620, an inventory is generated according to the item type and item information corresponding to the item type; in step S630, the inventory list is compared with the inventory list to generate an abnormal list; in step S640, it is determined whether the exception sheet satisfies a first preset condition; in step S650, if the exception entry satisfies the first preset condition, the inventory entry is updated according to the inventory entry; in step S660, the warehouse inventory is ended; in step S670, if the exception sheet does not satisfy the first preset condition, determining whether the exception sheet satisfies a second preset condition; in step S680, if the exception list does not satisfy the second preset condition, the inventory list is retained, and the warehouse inventory is ended; in step S690, if the exception sheet satisfies the second preset condition, the target item type corresponding to the exception sheet is taken as a new item type, and steps S610 to S680 are repeatedly executed until the warehouse inventory task is finished.
