Abstract

The water tank of the invention is internally provided with water for humidification, the wet film automatically absorbs the water in the water tank due to capillary phenomenon, and external air penetrates into the wet film through the air inlet channel and leaves from the upper part of the wet film after humidification is finished. The invention has simple structure, low energy consumption and low noise, and the wet film absorbs water automatically due to capillary phenomenon, and the water in the wet film is distributed uniformly, therefore, the invention has good humidifying effect.

Detailed Description
As shown in fig. 1-3, the humidifying device includes a box body with an upper opening and a lower opening, a fixing frame 201 is embedded in the opening at the lower part of the box body, a water tray 202 is arranged at the upper part of the fixing frame 201, an air inlet channel is formed by the bottom of the water tray 202 and the inner space of the box body between the two sides of the water tray 202, a water tank 203 is arranged in the water tray 202, a cylindrical wet film 204 is arranged in the water tank 203, and the upper part of the wet film 204 is embedded in the opening at the upper part of the box body. The water tank 203 is filled with water for humidification, the wet film 204 automatically absorbs the water in the water tank 203 due to capillary phenomenon, and the external air passes through the wet film 204 through the air inlet passage and leaves from the upper part of the wet film 204 after humidification is completed. This configuration may be provided within the fresh air machine or air conditioner, where the air flow is driven by the power of the fresh air machine or air conditioner, or by providing a pressurizing or negative pressure device to drive the air flow through the wet film 204. The structure is simple, the energy consumption is low, the noise is low, the wet film 204 absorbs water automatically due to the capillary phenomenon, and the water in the wet film is distributed uniformly, so the humidifying effect of the structure is good. Air filtering devices such as filter elements, filter screens and the like can be arranged in the air inlet channel, so that the air quality is ensured.
The two sides of the water tray 202 are respectively provided with a heater 205, and the heater 205 seals the air inlet channel. The heater 205 may heat air entering the intake air passage.
The heater 205 is in a net shape or a fin shape, and a temperature sensor 213 is arranged on the upper part of the heater 205. The heater 205 having a mesh or fin shape can make the contact area with the air larger and more uniform, so that the heating effect of the air is good, and the temperature sensor 213 can measure the temperature of the heated air or the heating temperature of the heater 205, so as to adjust the temperature.
The upper part of the wet film 204 is provided with a cover plate 214, the cover plate 214 is provided with at least two clamping grooves 215 along the circumference, the upper part of the wet film 204 is provided with at least two clamping blocks 216 along the circumference, and the clamping grooves 215 are matched and connected with the corresponding clamping blocks 216. The cover plate 214 can shield the wet film 204 from dust.
A boss 208 is arranged in the water tray 202, the boss 208 is positioned on the periphery of the water tank 203 and is higher than the water tank 203, and the shape of the water tank 203 is matched with the shape of the wet film 204. This configuration facilitates the installation of wet film 204.
A conical base 209 is arranged in the water tank 203, and the wet film 204 is arranged on the base 209. The water outlet and the overflow port can be converged into a channel at the bottom of the water tray, so that overflow and drainage can be discharged from one water pipe, the number of pipelines is reduced, and the installation space is saved. This kind of structure can improve the quality of water in the water tray 202, avoids using the stagnant water to lead to the polluted air.
A spray pipe 207 is arranged in the water tray 202, one end of the spray pipe 207 is communicated with the water inlet 206, and the other end of the spray pipe 207 is positioned at the side part of the wet film 204. The first inclined plane 217 and the second inclined plane 218 can guide the wind to the air inlet channel, i.e. balance the wind quantity on both sides, and simultaneously avoid the wind from generating turbulent flow.
The fixing frame 201 or the water tray 202 is provided with a connecting hole 212, the water inlet 206, the water outlet and the overflow port 209 are respectively communicated with the connecting hole 212, the box body is provided with a connecting block, the connecting block is provided with a water inlet channel and a water outlet channel, the connecting hole 212 is in inserting fit with the connecting block, after the connecting hole 212 is inserted with the connecting block, the water inlet 206 can be communicated with the water inlet channel, the water outlet channel is communicated with the water outlet and the overflow port 209, the water inlet channel can be communicated with a water source or the water inlet channel, and the water outlet channel is communicated with a drainage pipeline or a water tank. This structure can facilitate the attachment and detachment of the holder 201 or the water tray 202 to and from the tank.
