For example, if the preset consumption value of the washing liquid is 200ml, the dispensing device determines that the consumption of the washing liquid required for executing the standard washing program is 210ml, and dispenses 210ml of the washing liquid into the washing tub, at this time, the washing machine can determine that the dispensing device is out of order, and remind a user to overhaul in a voice reminding manner or a display manner of the display unit.
The advantage of setting like this is that when the washing liquid that puts in the device and put in is excessive, in time reminds the user to overhaul the device, has reduced the waste of washing liquid, has saved the unnecessary expense of family.
For a better understanding of the embodiments of the present invention, fig. 4a is a top view of a washing cassette and a dispensing device to which the embodiments of the present invention are applied, wherein 410 is the dispensing device and 420 is the washing cassette. Fig. 4b is a schematic installation diagram of a device for detecting the residual amount of a washing liquid according to an embodiment of the present invention, wherein 430 is an ultrasonic device, and 440 is a washing box.
The principle of the embodiment of the invention and an execution process can be as follows:
since the propagation speed of the sound wave is affected by the propagation medium, the propagation speed of the ultrasonic wave is affected to some extent when the humidity or the composition in the air is different, resulting in a decrease in measurement accuracy. Therefore, a measuring method is proposed to measure the residual quantity of the washing liquid in the washing box, and the speed v is more consistent with the ultrasonic wave transmission speed in the washing box by adjusting the coefficient according to the air component and the humidity parameter m in the washing box. The distance measurement formula of the ultrasonic device is s= mvt/2, v is the propagation speed of ultrasonic waves in dry air, the unit is m/S, and t is the ultrasonic wave propagation round trip time measured by the ultrasonic device. The method mainly comprises the following steps:
1. after the ultrasonic device judges that the user finishes adding the washing liquid once, a humidity sensor is started to measure the humidity in the washing liquid box;
2. calculating a speed influence factor m through a humidity value;
3. measuring the primary washing liquid allowance V1;
4. starting a washing program by a user, and calculating the required washing throwing amount by the throwing device according to the throwing amount;
5. the washing machine carries out primary washing liquid throwing, and the throwing amount is V;
6. performing a second measurement to obtain a remaining amount V2 of the washing liquid;
7. the difference (V1-V) obtained by subtracting the amount of the added liquid from the residual amount measured before is compared with the residual amount V2 of the washing liquid obtained by the second measurement;
8. judging whether the air component affects the ultrasonic speed according to the comparison result, and calculating and changing a speed affecting factor m;
9. calculating the residual quantity of the washing liquid by using the corrected speed influence factor m;
10. and (5) carrying out next washing liquid feeding, and circularly executing 5-9.
Example IV
Fig. 5 is a schematic structural diagram of a device for detecting the residual amount of a washing liquid according to a fourth embodiment of the present invention, in which the method for detecting the residual amount of a washing liquid according to each of the above embodiments can be executed, specifically, referring to fig. 5, a device 500 for detecting the residual amount of a washing liquid includes: a time difference determination module 510, a speed impact factor determination module 520, and a remaining amount of wash liquor determination module 530.
Wherein, the time difference determining module 510 is configured to transmit ultrasonic waves into the washing box through the ultrasonic device, and determine a time difference between the ultrasonic waves transmitted by the ultrasonic device and the reflected signals of the received ultrasonic waves; wherein, the reflected signal of the ultrasonic wave is reflected by the liquid level of the washing liquid in the washing box;
a speed influencing factor determination module 520 for determining a humidity parameter within the wash tank, determining a speed influencing factor for propagation of the ultrasonic waves within the wash tank based on the humidity parameter;
a remaining amount determining module 530 for determining the remaining amount of the washing liquid in the washing box based on the distance from the ultrasonic device to the bottom of the washing box, the time difference and the speed influencing factor.
In the scheme of the embodiment, a time difference value between the ultrasonic wave emitted by the ultrasonic device and the reflected signal of the received ultrasonic wave is determined by a time difference value determining module; determining a humidity parameter in the washing box through a speed influence factor determining module, and determining a speed influence factor of the propagation of ultrasonic waves in the washing box based on the humidity parameter; the residual quantity of the washing liquid in the washing box is determined by the residual quantity determining module of the washing liquid, so that the problem of inaccurate detection result caused by residual washing liquid on the inner wall of the washing box is solved, and the residual quantity of the washing liquid can be accurately detected.
Optionally, the remaining amount determining module 530 of the washing liquid is specifically configured to determine a distance between the ultrasonic device and a liquid level of the washing liquid according to the time difference, the speed influencing factor, and a propagation speed of the ultrasonic wave in the air; taking the difference between the distance from the ultrasonic device to the bottom of the washing box and the distance between the ultrasonic device and the liquid level of the washing liquid as the height of the washing liquid in the washing box; and determining the residual quantity of the washing liquid in the washing box according to the height of the washing liquid in the washing box.
Optionally, in the embodiment of the present invention, the distance between the ultrasonic device and the liquid level of the cleaning solution may be determined based on the following formula:
S=mvt/2
s is the distance between the ultrasonic device and the liquid level of the washing liquid, m is a speed influence factor, and t is a time difference value; v is the propagation velocity of the ultrasonic wave in the air.
Optionally, the apparatus 500 for detecting the remaining amount of the washing liquid further includes: a final remaining amount determining sub-module of the washing liquid for determining a deviation between the remaining amount of the washing liquid and an amount of the washing liquid used for executing the washing program determined by the dispensing device as a first remaining amount of the washing liquid; returning to the operation of transmitting ultrasonic waves into the washing box through the ultrasonic device until the current residual quantity of the washing liquid in the washing box is determined and is used as the second residual quantity of the washing liquid; determining a difference between the first balance of the washing liquid and the second balance of the washing liquid; when the difference is greater than a set threshold, re-determining a humidity parameter within the wash tank, and determining a speed influencing factor of the propagation of the ultrasonic waves within the wash tank based on the re-determined humidity parameter; the final balance of the washing liquid in the washing box is determined based on the distance from the ultrasonic device to the bottom of the washing box, the time difference between the ultrasonic device transmitting ultrasonic waves and receiving reflected signals of the ultrasonic waves, and the redetermined speed influencing factor.
Optionally, the speed influencing factor determination module 520 is further specifically configured to determine a humidity parameter in the washing box via a humidity sensor, wherein the humidity sensor is mounted on top of the washing box.
Optionally, the apparatus 500 for detecting the remaining amount of the washing liquid further includes: and the reminding sub-module is used for reminding a user of adding the washing liquid in a voice broadcasting and/or display mode when the residual quantity of the washing liquid is smaller than a set threshold value.
Optionally, the apparatus 500 for detecting the remaining amount of the washing liquid further includes: and the overhaul prompting module is used for determining the faults of the throwing device and prompting a user to overhaul the throwing device when the using amount of the washing liquid used for executing the washing program is larger than a preset washing liquid consumption value.
The device for detecting the residual quantity of the washing liquid provided by the embodiment of the invention can execute the method for detecting the residual quantity of the washing liquid provided by any embodiment of the invention, and has the corresponding functional modules and beneficial effects of the execution method.

Fig. 6 is a schematic structural view of a washing machine in accordance with a fifth embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 5, the washing machine includes a processor 60, a memory 61, an input device 62, and an output device 63; the number of processors 60 in the washing machine may be one or more, and one processor 60 is exemplified in fig. 6; the processor 60, the memory 61, the input means 62 and the output means 63 in the washing machine may be connected by a bus or other means, in fig. 6 by way of example.
The memory 61 is a computer readable storage medium, and may be used to store a software program, a computer executable program, and a module, such as program instructions/modules corresponding to the method for detecting the remaining amount of the washing liquid in the embodiment of the present invention (for example, the time difference determining module 510, the speed influencing factor determining module 520, and the remaining amount determining module 530 in the device 500 for detecting the remaining amount of the washing liquid). The processor 60 executes various functional applications and data processing of the washing machine by executing software programs, instructions and modules stored in the memory 61, i.e., implements the above-described remaining amount detection method of the washing liquid.
The memory 61 may mainly include a storage program area and a storage data area, wherein the storage program area may store an operating system, at least one application program required for functions; the storage data area may store data created according to the use of the terminal, etc. In addition, the memory 61 may include high-speed random access memory, and may also include non-volatile memory, such as at least one magnetic disk storage device, flash memory device, or other non-volatile solid-state storage device. In some examples, memory 61 may further include memory remotely located with respect to processor 60, which may be connected to the washing machine via a network. The input device 62 may be used to receive input numeric or character information and to generate key signal inputs related to user settings and function control of the washing machine. The output 63 may comprise a display device such as a display screen.

A sixth embodiment of the present invention also provides a storage medium containing computer-executable instructions, which when executed by a computer processor, are for performing a method of detecting a remaining amount of wash liquid, the method comprising:
transmitting ultrasonic waves into the washing box through the ultrasonic device, and determining a time difference between the ultrasonic device transmitting the ultrasonic waves and receiving reflected signals of the ultrasonic waves; wherein, the reflected signal of the ultrasonic wave is reflected by the liquid level of the washing liquid in the washing box;
determining a humidity parameter within the wash tank, determining a speed-influencing factor of propagation of the ultrasonic waves within the wash tank based on the humidity parameter;
the amount of wash liquid remaining in the wash tank is determined based on the distance of the ultrasonic device from the bottom of the wash tank, the time difference and the speed influencing factor.
Of course, the storage medium containing the computer executable instructions provided in the embodiments of the present invention is not limited to the above-described method operations, and may also perform the related operations in the method for detecting the residual amount of the washing liquid provided in any embodiment of the present invention.
From the above description of embodiments, it will be clear to a person skilled in the art that the present invention may be implemented by means of software and necessary general purpose hardware, but of course also by means of hardware, although in many cases the former is a preferred embodiment. Based on such understanding, the technical solution of the present invention may be embodied essentially or in a part contributing to the prior art in the form of a software product, which may be stored in a computer readable storage medium, such as a floppy disk, a Read-Only Memory (ROM), a random access Memory (Random Access Memory, RAM), a FLASH Memory (FLASH), a hard disk or an optical disk of a computer, etc., and include several instructions for causing a computer device (which may be a personal computer, a server, or a network device, etc.) to execute the method according to the embodiments of the present invention.

1. A method for detecting a remaining amount of a washing liquid, comprising:
transmitting ultrasonic waves into the washing box through an ultrasonic device, and determining a time difference value between the ultrasonic device transmitting the ultrasonic waves and receiving reflected signals of the ultrasonic waves; wherein, the reflected signal of the ultrasonic wave is reflected by the liquid level of the washing liquid in the washing box;
determining a humidity parameter within the washing box, and determining a speed influence factor of the propagation of ultrasonic waves within the washing box based on the humidity parameter;
determining a balance of washing liquid in the washing box based on a distance from the ultrasonic device to the bottom of the washing box, the time difference value and the speed influence factor;
determining a deviation between the remaining amount of the washing liquid and the amount of the washing liquid used for executing the washing program determined by the dispensing device as a first remaining amount of the washing liquid;
returning to the operation of transmitting ultrasonic waves into the washing box through the ultrasonic device until the current residual quantity of the washing liquid in the washing box is determined and is used as the second residual quantity of the washing liquid;
determining a difference between the first balance of the wash liquor and the second balance of the wash liquor;
when the difference is greater than a set threshold, re-determining a humidity parameter in the washing box, and determining a speed influence factor of ultrasonic wave propagation in the washing box based on the re-determined humidity parameter;
the final balance of the washing liquid in the washing box is determined based on the distance from the ultrasonic device to the bottom of the washing box, the time difference between the ultrasonic device transmitting ultrasonic waves and receiving ultrasonic wave reflected signals, and the redetermined speed influencing factor.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein said determining a remaining amount of wash liquid in said wash tank based on a distance of said ultrasonic device from said bottom of said wash tank, said time difference, and said speed influencing factor comprises:
determining the distance between the ultrasonic device and the liquid level of the washing liquid according to the time difference value, the speed influence factor and the propagation speed of ultrasonic waves in the air;
taking the difference between the distance from the ultrasonic device to the bottom of the washing box and the distance between the ultrasonic device and the liquid level of the washing liquid as the height of the washing liquid in the washing box;
and determining the residual quantity of the washing liquid in the washing box according to the height of the washing liquid in the washing box.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein said determining the distance of the ultrasonic device from the level of the cleaning solution based on the time difference, the speed influencing factor, and the propagation speed of ultrasonic waves in air comprises:
determining the distance between the ultrasonic device and the liquid level of the washing liquid based on the following formula:
S=mvt/2
wherein S is the distance between the ultrasonic device and the liquid level of the washing liquid, m is the speed influence factor, and t is the time difference; v is the propagation velocity of the ultrasonic wave in the air.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein said determining a humidity parameter within the wash tank comprises:
the humidity parameter in the washing box is determined by a humidity sensor, wherein the humidity sensor is mounted on the top of the washing box.
5. The method according to any one of claims 1-4, further comprising:
and when the residual quantity of the washing liquid is smaller than a set threshold value, reminding a user to add the washing liquid in a voice broadcasting and/or display mode.
6. The method as recited in claim 1, further comprising:
and when the consumption of the washing liquid used for executing the washing program is larger than a preset washing liquid consumption value, determining that the throwing device is in fault, and prompting a user to overhaul the throwing device.
7. A remaining amount detection device for a washing liquid, comprising:
the time difference determining module is used for transmitting ultrasonic waves into the washing box through the ultrasonic device and determining the time difference between the ultrasonic waves transmitted by the ultrasonic device and the reflected signals of the received ultrasonic waves; wherein, the reflected signal of the ultrasonic wave is reflected by the liquid level of the washing liquid in the washing box;
a speed influence factor determining module for determining a humidity parameter within the washing box, determining a speed influence factor of the propagation of the ultrasonic waves within the washing box based on the humidity parameter;
a remaining amount determining module of the washing liquid, which is used for determining the remaining amount of the washing liquid in the washing box based on the distance from the ultrasonic device to the bottom of the washing box, the time difference value and the speed influencing factor;
a final remaining amount determining sub-module of the washing liquid for determining a deviation between the remaining amount of the washing liquid and an amount of the washing liquid used for executing the washing program determined by the dispensing device as a first remaining amount of the washing liquid; returning to the operation of transmitting ultrasonic waves into the washing box through the ultrasonic device until the current residual quantity of the washing liquid in the washing box is determined and is used as the second residual quantity of the washing liquid; determining a difference between the first balance of the wash liquor and the second balance of the wash liquor; when the difference is greater than a set threshold, re-determining a humidity parameter in the washing box, and determining a speed influence factor of ultrasonic wave propagation in the washing box based on the re-determined humidity parameter; the final balance of the washing liquid in the washing box is determined based on the distance from the ultrasonic device to the bottom of the washing box, the time difference between the ultrasonic device transmitting ultrasonic waves and receiving ultrasonic wave reflected signals, and the redetermined speed influencing factor.
8. A washing machine, comprising:
one or more processors;
storage means for storing one or more programs,
when the one or more programs are executed by the one or more processors, the one or more processors implement the method for detecting the residual amount of the washing liquid according to any one of claims 1 to 6.
9. A storage medium containing computer executable instructions which, when executed by a computer processor, are for performing a method of detecting the level of a wash liquor as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 6.
