A medical cleaning and disinfecting all-in-one machine according to claim 3 characterized in that said rotating cleaning rack (10) comprises a second transmission shaft (1001); one end of the second transmission shaft lever (1001) is rotationally connected with the top cover (6) through a ball bearing; a second gear ring (1002) matched with the second meshing teeth (905) is arranged on the peripheral side surface of the second transmission shaft lever (1001); and a second cleaning brush (1003) is arranged at the other end of the second transmission shaft lever (1001).
5. A medical cleaning and disinfecting all-in-one machine as claimed in claim 4, characterized in that the lower surface of the top cover (6) is provided with a limiting ring groove (601) matched with a limiting end ring (902).
