step 34: if the diesel generator is successfully started, sending an off-grid mode command to the diesel generator on-site coordination controller, sending a grid-connected mode command to the energy storage on-site coordination controller, entering a step 36, and if not, ending the automatic black start control action;
step 35: sending an off-grid mode command and a black start command to the diesel generator coordination controller, if the diesel generator is started successfully and the bus voltage frequency is recovered, entering a step 36, otherwise, ending the automatic black start control action;
step 36: and recovering the loads one by one according to the capacity of the diesel generator and priority, and ending the automatic black start control action.

the micro-grid coordination controller is communicated with the energy storage local coordination controller through GOOSE, receives energy storage state information and sends a control instruction;
the micro-grid coordination controller is communicated with the diesel generator local coordination controller through GOOSE, receives the state information of the diesel generator and sends a control command;
the energy storage on-site coordination controller is communicated with the PCS of the plurality of energy storage converters through GOOSE, receives and gathers the state information of each PCS, decomposes and sends a control instruction to each PCS;
the diesel generator on-site coordination controller is communicated with the diesel generator controllers through Modbus, receives and gathers the state information of each diesel generator, decomposes and sends control instructions to each diesel generator.
