Referring to fig. 1 to 4, the present invention provides a mobile wiring device for connecting a power interface outside a working area to the working area through a wire, so as to provide a power interface for electric equipment, electronic instruments, etc. in the working area. The movable wiring device comprises a wire spool 1, a socket 2 and wires, wherein the wire spool 1 is rotatably arranged on a base 3, and the base 3 is used for supporting the wire spool 1. The spool 1 has a wire groove 10 for receiving a wire, and the wire is wound in the wire groove 10. When the electric wire winding device is used, the wire winding disc 1 is rotated to release the electric wire, one end of the electric wire is connected with a power interface outside an operation area, and the other end of the electric wire is connected with the socket 2 arranged on the wire winding disc 1. The socket 2 is embedded in the middle of the wire spool 1. The socket 2 comprises a fixed seat 21, a movable seat 22 and a limiting piece 23, wherein the fixed seat 21 is fixedly arranged on the wire spool 1, the fixed seat 21 is provided with a first groove 211 and a second groove, the notch of the first groove 211 and the notch of the second groove face the same side of the fixed seat 21, the first groove 211 is communicated with the second groove, namely, a communicating opening is formed at the intersection of the first groove 211 and the second groove. The first conductive terminal 212 is disposed on the wall of the first groove 211, and the first conductive terminal 212 is electrically connected to the electric wire. The movable seat 22 is disposed in the second groove, and the movable seat 22 can rotate relative to the fixed seat 21. In this embodiment, the second groove is cylindrical, the shape of the movable seat 22 matches with the second groove, the movable seat 22 is mounted in the second groove, and the movable seat 22 is coaxial with the second groove. The movable seat 22 is used for inserting the plug 4, and the corresponding movable seat 22 is provided with a jack 222 for inserting the plug 4. The movable base 22 is provided with a second conductive terminal 24, and the second conductive terminal 24 is used for being connected with a conductive part 41 on the plug 4. The limiting piece 23 has a telescopic function, a first end of the limiting piece 23 is connected with the groove wall of the first groove 211, and a second end of the limiting piece 23 extends into the movable seat 22 and can be spliced with the conductive part 41 of the plug 4. The conductive portion 41 is provided with a limiting hole 42, and the second end of the limiting member 23 can be inserted into the limiting hole 42. The movable wiring device has two states, one is an initial state and the other is a closing state. In the initial state, the limiting piece 23 is located at the first position of the first groove 211, when the plug 4 is inserted into the movable seat 22, the conductive part 41 is connected with the second conductive terminal 24, the limiting piece 23 has elasticity, the first end of the limiting piece 23 abuts against the fixed seat 21, and the second end of the limiting piece 23 is inserted into the limiting hole 42 of the conductive part 41. The limiting piece 23 is telescopic under the elastic action, so that the plug 4 can be inserted into the movable seat 22 or pulled out of the movable seat 22. That is, in the initial state, the conductive portion 41 can be elastically connected to the stopper 23; in the closing state, the plug 4 is inserted into the movable seat 22, the movable seat 22 is rotated, the limiting piece 23 is rotated from the first position of the first groove 211 to the second position, at this time, the first end of the limiting piece 23 abuts against the fixed seat 21, and the second end of the limiting piece 23 is inserted into the limiting hole 42. The stopper 23 is not stretchable so that the conductive portion 41 is rigidly connected to the stopper 23. The plug 4 cannot be pulled out under the fixing action of the limiting piece 23. Meanwhile, as the movable base 22 rotates, the second conductive terminal 24 on the movable base 22 is electrically connected with the first conductive terminal 212 on the fixed base 21. So that the plug 4 is brought into conduction with the power supply interface outside the working area via the first conductive terminal 212 and the second conductive terminal 24.
In the mobile wiring device of this embodiment, the fixed seat 21 and the movable seat 22 are rotatably disposed, the first conductive terminal 212 is disposed on the fixed seat 21, and the second conductive terminal 24 is disposed on the movable seat 22, so that conduction can be achieved only after the movable seat 22 is rotated. Meanwhile, the plug 4 can be inserted and pulled out only in the first position, and the plug 4 cannot be pulled out after the movable seat 22 is rotated to realize electric conduction. That is, in the initial state, the stopper 23 is located at the first position, and the socket 2 is not energized, so that the spark can be prevented from occurring when the plug 4 is plugged in or plugged out. When in a closing state, the limiting piece 23 is positioned at the second position, the socket 2 is conducted through the first conductive terminal 212 and the second conductive terminal 24, the socket 2 is electrified, the limiting piece 23 rigidly fixes the plug 4, the plug 4 cannot be pulled out, the problem that the plug 4 is loose due to the fact that an electric wire is pulled in the process of operation because of equipment position movement can be avoided, and further electric sparks caused by poor contact of the plug 4 in the operation can be avoided. Meanwhile, since the first conductive terminal 212 and the second conductive terminal 24 are located inside the socket 2 when they are connected, even if spark occurs when they are contacted or disconnected, gas in the environment outside the socket 2 is not affected.
Specifically, referring to fig. 5, the stopper 23 includes a fixing rod 231 and a telescopic rod 232, and both the fixing rod 231 and the telescopic rod 232 have a cylindrical rod-like structure. The dead lever 231 is connected with the cell wall of first recess 211, has offered the guiding hole on the dead lever 231, and the guiding hole is the blind hole, and the opening end of guiding hole is towards the electrically conductive portion 41 of plug 4, is provided with spring 233 and spacing post 234 in the guiding hole, spacing post 234 with the coaxial setting of guiding hole, and the one end of spacing post 234 is connected with the bottom of guiding hole. The spring 233 is sleeved on the periphery of the limiting post 234, and the length of the spring 233 in a natural state is greater than that of the limiting post 234. One end of the telescopic rod 232 is inserted into the guide hole, and the other end of the telescopic rod 232 is connected to the conductive part 41. When the limiting piece 23 is positioned at the first position, the telescopic rod 232 is elastically connected with the fixed rod 231 through the spring 233; when the limiting member 23 is located at the second position, the telescopic rod 232 is rigidly connected with the fixing rod 231 through the limiting post 234. It can be understood that when the limiting member 23 is located at the first position, the plug 4 can be inserted into the movable seat 22, and the telescopic rod 232 is pushed by the conductive portion 41 of the plug 4, so that the telescopic rod 232 moves along the length direction of the guide hole, and the conductive portion 41 is elastically connected with the limiting member 23 under the action of the spring 233, so that the plug 4 can be freely inserted into or pulled out. When the limiting member 23 is located at the second position, the conductive portion 41 pushes the telescopic rod 232 to move towards the limiting post 234 and abut against the limiting post 234, the telescopic rod 232 loses elasticity, and two ends of the limiting member 23 abut against the side wall of the first groove 211 and the conductive portion 41 respectively. Since the conductive portion 41 is rigidly connected to the telescopic rod 232, the conductive portion 41 cannot push the telescopic rod 232 to move further, so that the plug 4 cannot be pulled out.
In order to facilitate the insertion and extraction of the plug 4, one end of the telescopic rod 232, which is away from the fixed rod 231, is spherical, and when the plug 4 is inserted into the movable seat 22, one end of the telescopic rod 232, which is away from the fixed rod 231, can be inserted into the limiting hole 42 on the conductive part 41. It can be understood that the end of the telescopic rod 232 is curved, and when the conductive portion 41 moves downward, the end of the conductive portion 41 abuts against the end of the telescopic rod 232 and forms a horizontal thrust component, so that the conductive portion 41 pushes the telescopic rod 232 to move along the length direction of the guide hole.
Specifically, referring to fig. 4, a slideway 213 is provided on a wall of the first groove 211 far from the second groove, a fixing rod 231 is connected with the slideway 213, and the fixing rod 231 can move along the length direction of the slideway 213, and the distance from the slideway 213 to the second groove is sequentially reduced from the first position to the second position. In this embodiment, the cross section of the second groove is circular, and the cross section of the first groove 211 is fan-shaped. When the movable seat 22 is rotated, the limiting piece 23 can be driven to move along the length direction of the first groove 211. The width of the first groove 211 is changed from one side with a larger end to a smaller end, and the structure ensures that the distance from the slideway 213 positioned on the wall of the first groove 211 to the conductive part 41 is unequal, namely, when the limiting piece 23 is at the first position, the slideway 213 can stretch and retract due to the larger distance from the slideway 213 to the conductive part 41; in the second position, the stopper 23 cannot be extended or contracted due to the small distance from the slideway 213 to the conductive part 41.
In order to facilitate the stopper 23 to move along the slide way 213 along with the movable seat 22, a ball 235 is disposed at one end of the fixed rod 231 facing the slide way 213, and the fixed rod 231 is in rolling connection with the slide way 213 through the ball 235. It can be appreciated that the rolling connection between the fixed rod 231 and the slideway 213 is beneficial to reducing friction and enabling the movable seat 22 to rotate more smoothly.
Referring to fig. 4, a third conductive terminal 25 is disposed on a sidewall of the movable base 22 adjacent to the first recess 211, the third conductive terminal 25 is connected to the second conductive terminal 24 located in the movable base 22, and the third conductive terminal 25 can be selectively connected to the first conductive terminal 313 by rotating the movable base 22. In this embodiment, the movable base 22 is provided with a receiving cavity, the receiving cavity is communicated with the jack 222, and the second conductive terminal 24 is installed in the receiving cavity. The second conductive terminal 24 includes two conductive plates that are elastically connected such that the two conductive plates have a preload force toward a center line of the second conductive terminal 24. When the plug 4 is plugged with the movable seat 22, the conductive part 41 can be plugged between the two conductive sheets, and the conductive part 41 is clamped by the conductive sheets, so that the conductive part 41 is electrically connected with the second conductive terminal 24. The limiting hole 42 at the end of the conductive part 41 is positioned below the second conductive terminal 24, and the limiting hole 42 is spliced with the limiting piece 23. The third conductive terminal 25 is located in the first groove 211, and the first conductive terminal 212 is embedded on a sidewall of the first groove 211. When the movable base 22 is rotated, the first conductive terminal 212 and the third conductive terminal 25 are far away from or close to each other, so that the first conductive terminal 212 and the third conductive terminal 25 are separated in an initial state, and the movable base 22 is rotated to connect the first conductive terminal 212 and the third conductive terminal 25 in a closing state.
Specifically, referring to fig. 4 and 6, there are two first grooves 211, and first conductive terminals 212 are disposed on the walls of the two first grooves 211, and the two first conductive terminals 212 are connected to the live wire and the neutral wire of the electric wire, respectively. In this embodiment, the plug 4 is a two-phase plug, and two conductive portions 41 on the plug 4 are connected to two second conductive terminals 24, respectively. Each of the second conductive terminals 24 is provided with a third conductive terminal 25, so that the two second conductive terminals 24 are electrically connected to the two first conductive terminals 212, respectively. Of course, in other embodiments, a first conductive terminal 212 may be provided in connection with the live wire of the wire, the first conductive terminal being electrically connected to one of the second conductive terminals 24.
Referring to fig. 3, a boss 221 is provided on a Zhou Buhuan of the movable base 22, a locking groove is provided on the fixed base 21 to be engaged with the boss 221, and the boss 221 is locked to the locking groove and enables the boss 221 to rotate relative to the locking groove. It can be understood that the movable seat 22 is connected with the fixed seat 21 in a clamping manner, so that the sealing performance of the interior of the socket 2 is improved, and gas outside the socket 2 is prevented from entering the socket 2.
In order to further improve the tightness of the socket 2, a side surface of the movable seat 22, which faces away from the second groove, is a plugging surface, the plugging surface is provided with a jack 222 for plugging the plug 4, and the plugging surface is provided with a sealing layer 5. By arranging the sealing layer 5 on the plugging surface, after the plug 4 is inserted into the movable seat 22, good sealing performance is realized between the plug 4 and the plugging surface, and gas is prevented from entering the socket 2 through the jack 222.
The remarkable effects of this embodiment are: by rotating the fixed seat 21 and the movable seat 22 relative to each other and disposing the stopper 23 between the fixed seat 21 and the movable seat 22, the stopper 23 is elastically or rigidly connected to the plug 4. When in an initial state, the plug 4 can be plugged into and pulled out of the socket 2, and the socket 2 is not electrified; in the closing state, the stopper 23 is rotated from the first position to the second position when the movable seat 22 is rotated, the plug 4 cannot be pulled out of the socket 2, and the socket 2 is energized. The structure can effectively avoid the combustion of surrounding gas caused by electric spark when the plug 4 is plugged in or plugged out. Meanwhile, in the electrifying operation process, the poor contact of the plug 4 caused by the fact that the electric wire on the plug 4 is pulled is avoided. Therefore, the movable wiring device has the characteristic of good safety.
The foregoing is merely exemplary of the present invention, and those skilled in the art should not be considered as limiting the invention, since modifications may be made in the specific embodiments and application scope of the invention in light of the teachings of the present invention.
