the intermediate inventory management module is used for generating an intermediate transfer order according to the drug production order, sending the intermediate transfer order to the AGV transport unit and monitoring the inventory of the intermediate;
the production management unit generates an intermediate production order according to the inventory quantity of the intermediate, and the order management unit is used for receiving the intermediate production order and sending the intermediate production order to the raw material inventory management system;
the raw material inventory management module is used for generating a raw material transfer order according to the intermediate production order, sending the raw material transfer order to the AGV transport unit and monitoring the inventory of raw materials;
the AGV transport unit is used for transporting the intermediate and the raw materials to a medicine production workshop and an intermediate production workshop respectively according to the intermediate transfer list and the logistics information in the raw material transfer list;
the production management unit is used for receiving a medicine production demand list of the medicine production workshop and generating a medicine production order according to medicine demand information in the medicine production demand list;
the production management unit comprises a medicine production management module, wherein the medicine production management module can determine the types and the proportioning quantity of the intermediates according to the medicine demand information in the medicine production demand list and convert the types and the proportioning quantity of the intermediates into the medicine production order;
the intermediate inventory management module generates an intermediate transfer list according to the types and the quantity of the intermediates in the drug production order, the intermediate transfer list also comprises intermediate feeding equipment information corresponding to the intermediates required by drug production, and the intermediate feeding equipment information is generated in a correlated way through the drug production management module;
the intermediate inventory management module is provided with a lower limit value of intermediate inventory quantity, and when the intermediate inventory quantity reaches or is lower than the lower limit value, the intermediate inventory management module sends an alarm signal to the drug production management module, and the drug production management module receives the alarm signal and then generates the intermediate production order;

the raw material inventory management module generates a raw material shifting list according to the types and the quantity of raw materials in the intermediate production order, the raw material shifting list also comprises raw material feeding equipment information corresponding to raw materials required by intermediate production, and the raw material feeding equipment information is generated in a correlated way through the intermediate production management module;
the raw material inventory management module is internally provided with a lower limit value of raw material inventory quantity, and when the inventory quantity of raw materials reaches or is lower than the lower limit value, the raw material inventory management module sends out an alarm signal and generates a raw material demand sheet;
