本发明属于阀门领域,尤其是涉及一种智能温控保护的水龙头连接阀。
背景技术
水龙头是水阀的通俗称谓,用来控制水流的大小开关,有节水的功效,现在常用的水龙头大都为冷热水混合水龙头,这种水龙头可以通过转动调节水温,既可以出冷水,也可以出热水,这种水龙头不仅方便了控制水温,还可以在调节水温过程中节约用水,由于在使用时热水的温度是未知的,常常通过手试水的温度,从而导致被烫伤,在使用时不太安全。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对现有技术中存在的上述问题,提出了一种可以在水温过高时自锁的水龙头连接阀。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种智能温控保护的水龙头连接阀,包括外壳,所述外壳上设有外螺纹的出水口与内螺纹的进水口,所述外壳内靠近所述出水口侧设有用于自锁的出水腔,所述外壳内中间部位固定设有隔水板,所述外壳内靠近所述进水口侧固定设有分水罩,所述分水罩将所述外壳靠近所述进水口侧的空间分成热水腔与直流腔,所述热水腔内设有温控机构,所述出水腔内设有堵水机构,所述温控机构通过传动控制所述堵水机构的开关,所述进水口处设有用来调节是否打开自锁模式的分流机构。
优选的,所述温控机构包括固定在所述热水腔内的气缸,所述气缸内设有垂直出水口与进水口连线方向贯穿的气体扩散腔,所述外壳内关于所述气缸贯穿方向对称设有两个传动腔,所述气缸内的开口处都密封滑动设有一个齿条顶块,每个所述齿条顶块都通过第一复位弹簧连接在所述气缸的内壁上,所述气体扩散腔内充满受热膨胀率较大的环保气体,可以顶动两个所述齿条顶块。

单向活塞复位后,热水腔内的水通过单向阀排进进水口内,防止热水腔内存水使气体扩散腔内的气体感温异常。
通过调节转换开关既可以满足正常热水的使用,还可以防止水温过高将人烫伤。

工作原理:将进水口26接在进水管上,出水口32接在出水管上,正常情况下转动转换开关24,通过导水槽28与对应热水腔11的出水孔29连通热水腔11与进水口26,如果打开水龙头时的水温过高,气体扩散腔14内的气体受热膨胀,顶动两个齿条顶块12滑动,每个齿条顶块12都通过主动齿轮36、增程齿轮38与从动齿轮40带动齿条16滑动,使两个齿条16通过对应的18带动活塞20向出水口32运动,直到活塞20将出水口32完全堵死,齿条顶块12上的齿条通过主动齿轮36、增程齿轮38与从动齿轮40的传动,将齿条顶块12的小形成转换成齿条16的大行程,确保活塞20将出水口32堵死,不让热水出去。
如果打开水龙头时的水温合适,气体扩散腔14内的气体膨胀过小,不能带动外壳10将出水口32堵死,热水腔11内的水会顶动对应的单向活塞33,使单向活塞33向活塞20滑动,对应的第二复位弹簧34被压缩,使气缸22内的水通过单向活塞33上的从动齿轮40进入到出水腔31内,再通过出水口32使水出去。
如果要接纯热水使转动转换开关24,热水腔11对应的第二复位弹簧34恢复带动对应的单向活塞33复位,热水腔11内的水通过单向阀25排进进水口26内,防止热水腔11内存水使气体扩散腔14内的气体感温异常,通过导水槽28与对应直流腔30的出水孔29连通直流腔30与进水口26,通过水压顶动对应的单向活塞33,对应的第二复位弹簧34被压缩,使水通过单向活塞33上的从动齿轮40进入到出水腔31内,再通过出水口32使水出去。
