at this moment, the upper layer, the middle lower layer and the middle upper layer are respectively of a second color, the lower layer is of a first color, the weaving of the two units from the first shuttle to the sixteenth shuttle is finished, and the next cycle is started when the weaving is continued;

A4. when the fabric is converted into an upper layer, the middle lower layer is in a first color, the middle upper layer and the lower layer are in a second color, the fabric is also converted and woven according to two units from the first shuttle to the sixteenth shuttle;

a twelfth shuttle: weaving the middle and lower layers: lifting the first warp yarns of the middle layer and the fourth pile warp yarns upwards, simultaneously lifting the first warp yarns of the upper layer, the second warp yarns of the upper layer, the first warp yarns of the middle and upper layers and the second warp yarns of the middle and upper layers upwards, simultaneously lifting the first pile warp yarns upwards, throwing the fourth weft yarns of the middle and lower layers into the warp yarns, and beating up and weaving;

the fourth step: pile cutting and layering: weaving a first pile warp, a second pile warp, a third pile warp and a fourth pile warp in a mode of W three-weft consolidation through respectively weaving an upper-layer base cloth, a middle-upper-layer base cloth and a middle-lower-layer base cloth, connecting the middle-upper-layer base cloth through the middle-lower-layer base cloth and the lower-layer base cloth, and cutting and splitting the first pile warp, the second pile warp, the third pile warp and the fourth pile warp between the middle-upper-layer base cloth and the middle-lower-layer base cloth by a pile cutting knife through pile cutting to form a pile blank with pile faces, wherein the middle upper layer and the upper layer, the middle lower layer and the lower layer are symmetrical; when the velvet is cut, the middle upper layer and the upper layer are respectively layered and wound by using a cloth winding drum, and the middle lower layer and the lower layer are respectively layered and wound by using the cloth winding drum, so that the upper layer, the mirror-symmetric double-color velvet of the middle lower layer, the middle upper layer and the mirror-symmetric double-color velvet of the lower layer are obtained by velvet cutting and layering;

the fifth step: after finishing, dyeing and brushing;

and a sixth step: and (6) inspecting and warehousing.

In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the pile of the middle and upper base cloths and the pile of the lower base cloth are formed by cutting and splitting the same group of piles.

As a preferable technical solution of the present invention, the piles of the lower base fabric penetrate through the middle and lower base fabrics.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:

(1) the invention utilizes the first color or the second color to freely exchange and weave in four layers, namely two pairs of base fabrics, and most importantly, when the pile warp designed by the invention passes through the middle upper layer and the middle lower layer from the upper layer to carry out three-weft consolidation weaving, gaps between the weft yarns and the weft yarns of the middle upper layer are carefully designed, the gaps between the weft yarns and the weft yarns are only two piles at most, one pile is a pile which is self consolidated on the base fabric of the middle upper layer, and the other pile is a pile which is consolidated on the base fabric of the upper layer, so that the pile of the base fabric of the middle upper layer and the pile of the base fabric of the upper layer cannot be influenced during layering; when the pile warp passes through the middle-lower layer base cloth from the lower layer and then is fixedly woven with the middle-upper layer base cloth by three wefts, gaps between the weft yarns of the middle-lower layer and the weft yarns are carefully designed, the gaps between the weft yarns and the weft yarns are only two piles at most, one pile is fixedly connected with the middle-lower layer base cloth, and the other pile is fixedly connected with the lower layer base cloth, so that the piles of the middle-lower layer base cloth and the lower layer base cloth cannot be influenced during layering;

(2) the jacquard velvet woven by the invention has clean velvet back, smooth velvet surface, uniform base cloth, no bobbin creel, simple and convenient operation of workers and good market popularization value.

1. A weaving method of double-color jacquard velvet is characterized in that: during weaving, the upper-layer base cloth, the middle-lower-layer base cloth and the lower-layer base cloth are connected by four pile warps during weaving, and finally the pile warps connected by a pile cutting knife are cut off and split between the middle-upper-layer base cloth and the middle-lower-layer base cloth to form pile warps of the upper-layer middle-lower-layer, and finally the upper-layer base cloth and the middle-upper-layer base cloth are separated to form the upper-layer double-color velvet grey cloth, the middle-lower-layer double-color velvet grey cloth, the lower-layer double-color velvet grey cloth, and finally the upper-layer double-color velvet, the middle-lower-layer double-color velvet and the lower-layer double-color velvet are formed by after finishing and dyeing and brushing; the upper-layer base cloth is formed by interweaving upper-layer first warp yarns, upper-layer second warp yarns, upper-layer first weft yarns, upper-layer second weft yarns, upper-layer third weft yarns and upper-layer fourth weft yarns in a warp-weft mode; the middle and upper layer base cloth is formed by interweaving middle and upper layer first warp yarns, middle and upper layer second warp yarns, middle and upper layer first weft yarns, middle and upper layer second weft yarns, middle and upper layer third weft yarns and middle and upper layer fourth weft yarns in a warp-weft mode; the middle-lower layer base cloth is formed by interweaving middle-lower layer first warp yarns, middle-lower layer second warp yarns, middle-lower layer first weft yarns, middle-lower layer second weft yarns, middle-lower layer third weft yarns and middle-lower layer fourth weft yarns in a warp-weft mode; the lower-layer base cloth is formed by interweaving a lower-layer first warp, a lower-layer second warp, a lower-layer first weft, a lower-layer second weft, a lower-layer third weft and a lower-layer fourth weft in a warp-weft mode; the four pile warps are composed of a first pile warp of the first color, a second pile warp of the first color, a third pile warp of the second color and a fourth pile warp of the second color; the weaving method comprises the following steps:
