as shown in fig. 1, 2, 3, 5, 6, 7 and 8, the invention provides a multifunctional community disaster prevention propaganda emergency rescue vehicle, which is a 1.5T mini-truck suitable for community traffic and having a certain load capacity, and comprises a cab 1 and a carriage 2, wherein a control system 11 capable of operating equipment on the rescue vehicle is arranged in the cab 1, and a sound system 12 for propaganda and evacuation is arranged at the top of the cab; the size of the carriage 2 is 310 × 168 × 180cm, and the carriage comprises an upper top plate 21, a lower bottom plate 22, a front plate 23 close to the cab, a rear upturned door 24, an LED screen door 25 capable of lifting and dropping images on one side and a rolling door 26 on the other side; the equipment on the rescue vehicle can generate heat and noise during working, in order to facilitate ventilation, heat dissipation and sound insulation, and simultaneously enable the equipment configuration to be compact and reasonable, one compartment 3 is arranged at the front part in a carriage 2 at intervals, the compartment can be used for accommodating a 300L water storage device 7, a main machine 31 of an I3 processor, a generator 33, a distribution box 34, a 1390W air compressor 35, a 60L air storage tank 32 and a lighting system 6, the compartment 3 positioned at one side of a rolling door 26 is provided with a side sliding door 27, the upper part of the side sliding door is provided with an air inlet 271, the lower part of the side sliding door is provided with an air outlet 272, and the side sliding door 27 and the rolling door 26 are arranged side by side; a water storage device 7 is arranged in front of a bottom plate 22 at one side of the compartment 3 close to the LED screen door 25, and a host machine 31 capable of controlling audio/video and lighting system equipment is arranged below a top plate 21 above the water storage device 7;
for more efficient ventilation, another embodiment is that the air inlet 271 can also be arranged at the upper part of the front wall of the compartment and communicated with the air inlet of the cab. (not shown)
A generator 33 is arranged on the bottom plate 22 of the compartment 3 close to one side of the side sliding door 27, a distribution box 34 is arranged below the top plate 21 above the generator 33, and an air compressor 35 and an air storage tank 32 are also arranged on the bottom plate 22 close to the generator 33;
the rear space except the compartment 3 in the carriage 2 is divided into two sections, an emergency tool room 4 is arranged behind the bottom plate 22 at the side close to the LED screen door behind the compartment, and a rescue tool room 5 is arranged behind the bottom plate 22 at the side close to the rolling door behind the compartment;
the space of the emergency tool room 4 is regularly divided, tools of the emergency tool room 4 are all flexibly and conveniently taken, and appropriate emergency tools can be conveniently exchanged into the emergency tool room 4 according to disaster conditions, the emergency tool room 4 is provided with an upper layer 45, the upper layer 45 is vertically provided with a partition 44 along the direction of the LED screen door 25, an emergency rescue ladder 41 is placed on the inner side of the partition 44 close to the LED screen door 25, and an emergency rescue stretcher 42 is placed in the partition 44 inside; the lower layer (actually, the lower layer of the upper layer and the interval above the bottom plate) of the emergency tool room 4 is provided with a field emergency disposal tool box 43, the emergency disposal tool box 43 is provided with a plurality of processing tools which are respectively arranged in different types of conditions, marks of different types are respectively printed outside the box body, a movable handle is arranged on the box body of the emergency disposal tool box, universal wheels (not marked) which are convenient to slide are arranged at the bottom of the box body, pulleys are arranged at the bottom of the emergency disposal tool box 43, the emergency tools are placed in the emergency tool room 4 in a classified mode and are convenient to use and distinguish in emergency, and the LED screen door 25 is lifted to conveniently pull out each emergency disposal tool box 43; the emergency disposal tool box 43 comprises an anti-falling net pulling box, an earthquake disposal box, a helmet mouth cover box, a flood and drought air box, an explosion excavation tool box and a comprehensive rescue box.
The rescue tool room 5 is provided with an upper interlayer 58, the limited space of the carriage 2 is fully and reasonably utilized by adding the upper interlayer 58, the outer side of the upper interlayer 58 is provided with a waterlogging draining water pipe 51, the inner side of the upper interlayer 58 is provided with a high-pressure water pump 52 close to the front position, and the inner side of the upper interlayer 58 is provided with an automatic spraying device 8 close to the rear position; a fire fighter conventional spray head (not shown) and a multifunctional spray head 55 are hung below the upper separation layer 58 for convenient taking, a rotary table 54 wound with a 50-meter-long high-pressure water pipe 53 is hung below the upper separation layer 58 for convenient traction, a 1500W centrifugal pressure pump 56, a water belt 561 and a dry powder fire extinguisher 57 are further arranged on the bottom plate 22 below the upper separation layer 58, a rear chamber 59 is arranged on the bottom plate below the upper separation layer 58 close to the upper turning door, and tools such as life jackets, life rings, medical first-aid kits and the like can be placed in the rear chamber;
the water storage device 7 is connected with the high-pressure water pump 52 through a water pipe, the high-pressure water pump 52 is connected with the multifunctional spray head 55 through a high-pressure water pipe 53, and the high-pressure water pump 52 is also connected with the automatic spraying device 8 through the high-pressure water pipe 53;
the air compressor 35 is electrically connected with the air storage tank 32, a control valve (not shown) is arranged at the outlet of the air storage tank 32, one end of the control valve is connected to one end of a pneumatic mechanism of various devices in the carriage 2, and an air pipe is connected to the multifunctional spray head which is a dual-phase flow spray head; the control system 11 is electrically connected with the generator 33, the LED screen door 25, the main machine 31, the air compressor 35, the air storage tank 32, the water storage device 7, the lighting system 6, the sound system 12, the high-pressure water pump 52 and the automatic spraying device 8.
As shown in fig. 5, 6 and 7, the lighting system 6 includes a lighting lamp 61, a tweeter 62 and a telescopic device 63, a cover plate 211 is horizontally fixed on the top end of the telescopic device 63, the lighting lamp 61 and the tweeter 62 are mounted on the telescopic device 63 under the cover plate 211, a window (not shown) is opened on the top plate 21 corresponding to the cover plate 211, the cover plate 211 can cover the window, the window is movably connected with the cover plate 211, and the telescopic device 63 can move up and down through the window on the top plate 21; for waterproofing, the movable connection part of the cover plate 211 and the window is a concave-convex engagement structure (not shown), and a sealing strip (not shown) is further arranged on the engagement structure; the lower surface of the expansion device 63 is fixed on the bottom plate 22, the cover plate 211 is covered on the top plate 21 and integrated with the top plate 21 when not in operation, when illumination is provided, the expansion device 63 jacks up the cover plate 211 under the action of air pressure to extend the illuminating lamp 61 and the tweeter 62 out of the top plate 21 of the carriage 2; when the illuminating lamp 61 and the tweeter 62 extend out of the top plate 21 of the carriage 2, the window has a hollow, if it rains, water can be accumulated in the carriage 2, therefore, a box 64 with a hollow cavity is arranged below the window, the box 64 has no upper cover, the box 64 can contain the illuminating lamp 61 and the tweeter 62 which are contracted, the middle part of the expansion device 63 penetrates through the bottom of the box 64, the bottom edge of the box 64 is provided with a drain hole 65 towards the front plate 23, and when it rains, the water can be drained.
As shown in fig. 3 and 5, the water storage device 7 is of a box structure, and the box of the water storage device 7 is divided into two compartments, and clean water is filled while foam stock solution is filled; the upper part of the tank body of the water storage device 7 is correspondingly provided with a clean water inlet 71 and a foam stock solution inlet, the bottom of the tank body of the water storage device 7 is correspondingly provided with a clean water outlet and a foam stock solution outlet, the clean water outlet and the foam stock solution outlet are connected to an electromagnetic valve (not shown), and the electromagnetic valve is connected with the high-pressure water pump 52 through a water pipe.
As shown in fig. 3, 4 and 5, for the reasonable arrangement of convenient use, a partition 44 is vertically arranged on an upper layer 45 of the emergency tool room 4 along the direction of the LED screen door 25, an emergency rescue ladder 41 is placed inside the partition 44 close to the LED screen door 25, and an emergency rescue stretcher 42 is placed in the partition 44 inside; emergency disposal toolbox 43 is the boxlike structure of a plurality of bottom slidable pulling, and emergency disposal toolbox 43 is vertical places 4 lower floors in emergency instrument room side by side, and emergency disposal toolbox 43 is including preventing weighing down drawing net case, earthquake disposal case, helmet gauze mask case, flood drought bellows, blasting excavation toolbox, comprehensive rescue case.
In response to fire, the invention also provides an embodiment, the multifunctional spray head 55 is a high-pressure water mist spray head, and the spray and the pressure can be adjusted according to the fire or the cleaning work requirement through the adjusting button; the electromagnetic valve on the water storage device 7 can be opened to discharge the clear water independently or simultaneously open the clear water and the foam stock solution to discharge and mix to form foam, and the high-pressure water mist spray nozzle can select whether to adopt the clear water or the foam to extinguish the fire.
In order to make the fire extinguishing effect better, the invention also provides another embodiment, the multifunctional spray nozzle 55 is a double-phase flow spray nozzle, one end of the outlet of the control valve of the air storage tank 32 is connected with a pneumatic mechanism of equipment in the carriage 2, the other end of the outlet of the control valve is finally connected to the double-phase flow spray nozzle through an air pipe, the double-phase flow spray nozzle is also connected with a high-pressure water pipe 53, the middle air pipe and the high-pressure water pipe 53 are bound together and rolled on the rotating disc 54, and the fire extinguishing effect of the double-phase flow spray nozzle is generally better than that of a high-pressure water mist spray nozzle.
As shown in fig. 5 and 8, further, the automatic spraying device 8 includes a lifting mechanism 81, the lifting mechanism 81 mainly includes two sets of telescopic cylinders, the lower surface of the lifting mechanism 81 is fixed on the bottom plate 22, a platform 82 is arranged at the upper end of the lifting mechanism 81, a support 83 is arranged on the platform 82, a body of the spraying nozzle 84 is horizontally and movably mounted on the support 83, a supporting cylinder 85 capable of making the head of the spraying nozzle 84 perform up-and-down swinging motion is arranged between the platform 82 and the spraying nozzle 84, a horizontal rotating device 86 is further arranged on the platform 82, and the spraying nozzle 84 is mounted on the rotating device; be equipped with flip 212 on the horizontally organism of spraying shower nozzle 84, it has an opening (not shown) to open on the roof 21 that flip 212 corresponds, platform 82 face is better than the opening greatly can play the effect spacing and prevent the rainwater to elevating system 81, flip 212 can cover on the opening when elevating system 81 downstream, opening and flip 212 swing joint, spraying shower nozzle 84 can do the up-and-down motion through the opening on the roof 21, flip 212 is unsmooth interlock structure with opening swing joint department, still be equipped with the sealing strip on the interlock structure.
When the mist is eliminated and sprayed, the mist can splash onto the carriage 2 or into the carriage 2, and the invention provides an improved embodiment of the automatic spraying device 8: the horizontal rotating device 86 is arranged on the platform 82 close to the tail part of the top plate 21 of the carriage 2, the nozzle opening of the spraying nozzle 84 arranged on the rotating device faces the front part of the vehicle, and the nozzle opening of the spraying nozzle 84 can be turned to the tail part of the vehicle after the horizontal rotating device 86, so that the nozzle opening of the spraying nozzle 84 is positioned outside the carriage 2 during operation, and the spray water can be prevented from splashing equipment in the carriage 2.
In order to reduce the possibility that the equipment in the carriage 2 is splashed by the fog water and solve the problem that the high-pressure water pipe 53 and the gas circuit pipeline layout are difficult to move, the invention also provides a preferred embodiment of the automatic spraying device 8: a sliding plate 87 capable of horizontally moving back and forth is arranged on the platform 82, a pushing cylinder 88 is arranged between the sliding plate 87 and the platform 82, and the sliding plate 87 can drive the platform 82 to move back and forth under the action of the pushing cylinder 88; the horizontal rotating device 86 and the spraying nozzle 84 are arranged on the sliding plate 87, the supporting cylinder 85 which can enable the nozzle of the spraying nozzle to move up and down is arranged between the sliding plate 87 and the spraying nozzle 84, the lifting mechanism 81 pushes the spraying nozzle 84 and the turnover cover out of the top plate 21 during spraying operation, the pushing cylinder 88 pushes the spraying nozzle 84 towards the tail part of the carriage 2, the supporting cylinder 85 can adjust the spraying angle of the spraying nozzle 84 up and down and can extend backwards out of the carriage 2 under the action, and the horizontal rotating device 86 can adjust the left and right spraying angles of the spraying nozzle 84.
According to the multifunctional community disaster prevention propaganda emergency rescue vehicle, the invention also provides a using method of the multifunctional community disaster prevention propaganda emergency rescue vehicle, which mainly comprises the following seven functions:
(1) security and protection propaganda: when severe weather such as epidemic situation, fire, flood and the like or safety propaganda needs to be carried out on weekdays in the society, a vehicle is started to walk the community, the control system is opened, the generator and the air compressor 35 are started, the host 31 is started, the LED screen door 25 can play video images, and the sound system 12 can carry out sound broadcasting to play safety education or emergency disaster prevention reminding information to the community; when the vehicle is stopped, the LED screen door 25 can be lifted, so that the video images can be conveniently watched by the social staff; the telescopic device 63 can be opened to the outside of the top plate 21 to broadcast by using the tweeter 62; the control system 11 may also be connected to a speaker for audio guidance via a tweeter 62, and a warning light may be provided near the sound system 12 at the top of the cab.
Public lighting: when power failure or epidemic prevention rescue site needs suddenly in a community or an emergency site, driving to the site, starting the generator 33 and the air compressor 35, starting the lighting system 6 through the control system 11 to lift the telescopic device 63 to a proper height outside the top plate 21, and turning on the lighting lamp 61, so that emergency lighting support can be provided in time;
(3) community cleaning: when the community or the accident site needs cleaning, the generator 33 is started, the control system 11 starts the electromagnetic valve of the water storage device 7 to be communicated with clean water, the clean water is sent to the multifunctional spray head 55 through the water pipe through the high-pressure water pump 52, the rolling door is opened, the multifunctional spray head 55 is taken down, cleaning operation can be carried out, and the high-pressure water mist spray head can be selected when the multifunctional spray head 55 is used for cleaning operation.
Killing and preventing epidemic: when the community needs to kill and prevent epidemic, firstly, medicines are added into the water storage device from the clean water access port, the generator 33, the air compressor 35 and the automatic spraying device 8 are started, the control system 11 starts the electromagnetic valve of the water storage device 7 to be communicated with clean water, the clean water is sent to the spraying nozzle 84 through the water pipe and the high-pressure water pump 52, the lifting mechanism 81 is opened to lift the spraying nozzle 84 to the outside of the top plate 21, the killing and preventing epidemic operation can be started, and the spraying angle of the spraying nozzle 84 is adjusted as required by controlling the supporting cylinder 85 and the horizontal rotating device 86;
(5) and (4) rescue on site: when a dangerous condition occurs in a community, the vehicle is stopped at a proper position, the upward-turning door 24 is opened as required, the emergency rescue ladder 41, the emergency rescue stretcher 42 or the emergency disposal toolbox 43 can be taken out, the LED screen door 25 can be opened, the emergency disposal toolbox 43 can be pulled out in a sliding mode, and the rolling door 26 can be opened, so that life jackets, life rings 58 and medical first-aid kits 59 can be taken out; the anti-falling net pulling box, the earthquake handling box, the helmet mouth cover box, the flood and drought air box, the blasting excavation tool box, the comprehensive rescue box and the like can be selectively opened for on-site rescue; for example, when the door is not opened in case of wading into the vehicle or fire, the blasting tool can be taken out from the emergency treatment tool box 43 in the carriage 2 for rescue; when people need to be sent out for treatment, people can be placed in the space of the partition 44 in the upper layer 45 of the emergency rescue stretcher 42, the emergency disposal toolbox 43 can be pulled out to vacate the position, the emergency rescue stretcher 42 in which people lie is horizontally placed on the bottom plate 22, and the wounded can be sent to a hospital in the first driving time; when a high-altitude fire disaster is definitely received, the emergency treatment tool kit 43 can be pertinently pulled out of the vacated position and placed on a fire control air cushion prepared in a warehouse to arrive at the site, the fire control air cushion can be inflated by utilizing an air compressor 35 in the carriage 2, and casualties caused by falling of personnel at high altitude can be avoided, so that the accidents happen frequently, traffic is blocked when the disaster happens frequently, and professional personnel can not arrive at the site on time frequently, so that the community needs to have the capability of coping with various emergency situations;
(6) flood control and drainage: when flood is generated in a community due to rainstorm, the vehicle is stopped at a proper position, the generator 33 is started, the upturning door 24 is pulled up to pull out the drainage pipe 51 from the upper interlayer 58, the rolling door 26 is pulled up to lift the pressure pump 56 and the water hose 561, a power supply is connected to place the pressure pump 56 at a position needing drainage, the water suction port of the pressure pump 56 is connected with the drainage pipe 51, and the water hose 561 is arranged at the water discharge port of the pressure pump 56 to perform drainage operation; meanwhile, the excavation tool can be taken out from the emergency disposal tool kit 43 of the emergency tool room 4 for operation, and the life jacket and the life buoy 58 can be taken out from the lower surface of the upper interlayer 58 for rescue;
(7) fire fighting: when a fire is found, the vehicle is stopped at a proper position, the control system 11, the generator 33 and the air compressor 35 are started, the LED screen door 25 and the rolling door 26 are opened, and the following four fire extinguishing modes can be flexibly adopted according to the fire:
firstly, when A, B, C and live equipment fires happen, the fires are sporadic, the fire source is positioned at a high place or the vehicle is difficult to enter, the dry powder fire extinguisher 57 is taken out from the bottom plate 22 below the upper partition 58, and the dry powder fire extinguisher is directly close to the fire source to carry out flexible fire fighting operation;
when a nearby water pool or a municipal fire-fighting pipe exists in the A-class fire scene, the pressure pump 56 and the water hose 561 are lifted out of the bottom plate 22 below the upper partition layer 58, the pressure pump 56 is placed at a proper position by connecting a power supply, the water suction port of the pressure pump 56 is connected with the municipal water pipe or the water hose 561 is mounted on the water pool, the water hose 561 and a firefighter conventional spray head are mounted on the water discharge port of the pressure pump 56, the water hose 561 is pulled to the nearby place of the fire source, the firefighter conventional spray head is held, the pressure pump 56 is started to carry out the rescue operation, and 15 pieces of pressure pump 56 can generally spray 12-18 meters high;
when a class A fire occurs, the control system 11 is opened, the generator 33 and the electromagnetic valve of the water storage device 7 are started to communicate clean water, the clean water is sent to the multifunctional spray head 55 through the water pipe by the high-pressure water pump 52, the high-pressure water pipe 53 wound on the rotary table 54 is pulled out, and the multifunctional spray head 55 is held nearby to a fire source to carry out a rescue operation;
fourthly, when A, B-type fire occurs, the control system 11 is opened, the generator 33 is started, the electromagnetic valve of the water storage device 7 is switched on, clean water and foam stock solution are communicated, the clean water and the foam stock solution are mixed and then are sent to the multifunctional spray head 55 through the high-pressure water pump 52, and the high-pressure water pipe 53 wound on the rotary table 54 is pulled out to hold the multifunctional spray head 55 to face the fire source, so that foam fire extinguishing operation can be carried out.
One embodiment of the multifunctional spray heads 55 in the third and fourth embodiments is a high-pressure water mist spray head, the other embodiment is a double-phase flow spray head, the double-phase flow spray head has a good extinguishing effect, and an air compressor 35 and an air storage tank 32 need to be connected when the double-phase flow spray head is used.
