The invention provides a novel pre-tightening device of a plasticizing unit, which comprises a left key, a right key and a guide key, wherein the left key is attached to the end surface of the right key, the left key is divided into two left semi-rings, semi-ring connecting screw holes are formed in the positions, corresponding to the separation surfaces, of the two left semi-rings, and semi-ring connecting bolts are arranged in the semi-ring connecting screw holes; the right key is also divided into two right semi-rings corresponding to the left key, semi-ring connecting screw holes are formed in the positions of the two right semi-rings corresponding to the division surfaces, and semi-ring connecting bolts are arranged in the semi-ring connecting screw holes; each left half ring is correspondingly attached to the right half ring, the attaching surface is an inclined plane, a guide key is protruded on the left half ring, and a guide groove is formed in the right half ring corresponding to the position of the guide key.
