描述
用于非接触式(非接触)无源NFC和RFID设备的开关按钮。总体上,本发明涉及自身不具备电源并需要通过其他设备的电磁场产生的电荷来交换数据的无源NFC和RFID设备。例如,非接触式智能银行卡:含有芯片的非接触式银行卡,可以通过集成到卡内的天线实现各种操作,如银行交易、一般采购、多次付款等非接触式操作。(DNI)公民身份证:用于确定特定国家的公民的身份。护照:是人们在各国之间的通行证明。智能钥匙:用于特定私人或政府场所的门禁控制。
发明背景
现有技术的使用可能对用户隐私造成的主要威胁是外部恶意读取器试图读取存储在无源NFC和RFID设备上的用户的个人和隐私信息。这些信息暴露于日益复杂的攻击构成的威胁。
通过本发明,每个单元将被锁定,并且只有当持卡人需要使用并且了解用卡地点时,通过按一次单元(图1#1)内的按钮(图3),该单元方可激活。它不影响任何现有设备的正常功能,因此将其引入市场是干净、安全的,并且易于用户使用。
技术现状
目前市场上不存在任何类似的***。现存在以下几种方式:覆盖单元以防止外部读取的卡套,以及采用同样方法覆盖单元的钱夹、钱包,或者附加在非接触式单元上以屏蔽已存储信息的交换的卡。此外,也存在于2009年5月1日公开的公开号为US 8.602.306 B2的名称为“divise for protecting contactless communication objects against fraud(非接触式通信对象防欺诈保护设备)”的设备,但它对于用户和制造商来说较为繁琐。
发明内容
本发明实施例的特征是:提供一种电路,当按下金属膜按钮(图3-7)或任何其他实现此功能的刚性或非刚性材料按钮时,该电路与两个端子(图6-28,29)建立连接;当停止按压位于天线电路中的按钮(图2-4)时,弹簧(图5-25)将电路恢复到初始位置;该天线为铜制天线(图6-27)或任何其他导电材料天线,编织或印刷于片材或其他介质上,以任何形式、形状、大小和组成建立通信连接,该按钮被称为开关。在未按下按钮的情况下,非接触式无源NFC和RFID单元将一直锁定以防其他恶意设备的信息交换或访问,由此避免存储在该单元中的信息处于危险当中。这些设备在单元内部有两根天线或两个存储单元(图5),用于不同的功能,这取决于已授权询问设备(图3-8)针对不同具体操作的要求。在这两种情况下,均只使用一个按钮(图5-25),以避免干扰单元的其他操作。例如,将芯片引入自动取款机、便携式设备、磁条等使得能够与两个电路或两个存储单元建立连接。当按下按钮(图5-25)时,持卡人能够完全控制该单元,无需其他外部安全设备。顶部有一个PVC或任何其他符合制造标准的材料制成的覆盖层,该覆盖层以圆形覆盖整个电路并留出供弹簧(图4-20)活动的空间,在该空间处放置金属膜按钮(图4-19),该金属膜按钮通过胶带或任何其他能够将金属膜固定的介质被固定。然后放置另一个类似的覆盖整个电路的覆盖层,该覆盖层正好在金属膜所在位置处有凸起。最后放置也具有相应凸起的透明片材,以使单元具有光泽度。将其放入烘箱进行最终密封。当然,生产需要按比例进行,根据目前的正常生产流程,片材的尺寸更大,天线的形式也更大。

Claims (2)

1.一种用于非接触式无源NFC和RFID设备的开关按钮,该开关按钮包括:
a)按钮,由金属膜或任何其他刚性或非刚性材料膜制成,具有圆形或任何其他形状;
b)电路,在按下位于非接触式无源NFC和RFID单元内的按钮后,该电路在两个端子之间建立连接(7);
c)弹簧(21),在停止按压所述按钮后,该弹簧将所述电路恢复到初始位置;
d)天线(27),由铜制或任何其他导电材料制成,编织或印刷于片材或其他介质上,以任何形式、形状、大小和组成建立通信,通常在与芯片或信息存储单元相反的另一端开放,或者在不影响该单元各种操作的电路内部的任意位置开放;
e)以圆形覆盖整个电路并留出供弹簧活动的空间用来放置金属膜按钮(20)的覆盖层,该覆盖层由PVC或任何其他符合制造标准的材料制成;
f)胶带或其他任何材料、介质或形式,能够将上述金属膜固定在弹簧(19,20,21)上;
g)在所述金属膜所在的位置处有个覆盖整个电路并且能够自由按压和释放的凸起(18)的覆盖层,该覆盖层由PVC或其他符合制造标准的材料制成;
h)也具有相应的凸起(17)的透明片材,使单元具有光泽。
2.一种用于非接触式无源NFC和RFID设备的开关按钮,其特征在于:
1)按钮在被按下后在两个端子之间建立连接,该按钮位于无源NFC和RFID单元的电路中,通过每个单元的一个小的凸起而突出,通过已授权询问设备的电磁场建立所需的通信连接,在按压该按钮之前该通信连接处于锁定状态;
2)在停止按压按钮后弹簧将电路恢复到初始位置以锁定单元,不再被任何已授权或未授权的设备访问;
3)不同于其他方法,整个电路位于单元内部,因此无需任何其他类型的外部安全***;
4)取决于当今全球市场的不同需求,它能与任何类型的制造产品相兼容。
