In the embodiment of the invention, a first mobile phone bank installed at a first terminal where a first user is located receives a collection request for a second user submitted by the first user in an off-line state; the first mobile phone bank acquires the mobile phone bank account information of the second user from the SIM card of the second user through the NFC connection between the first terminal and the second terminal where the second user is located according to the money receiving request; the first mobile phone bank executes the money collection operation according to the mobile phone bank account information of the second user; after the online state of the first mobile phone bank is recovered, the collection operation result is synchronized to the bank account background, compared with the technical scheme that the collection and payment operation of the APP of the mobile phone bank in the prior art is completed under the network environment, the operation of collecting and paying can be completed without a network by the mode of storing information by the SIM card and transmitting the information by the near field communication mode, and therefore convenience is brought to the collection and payment of a user under the condition without the network.

Claims (14)

1. A mobile banking offline payment and receipt method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
a first mobile phone bank installed at a first terminal where a first user is located receives a collection request for a second user submitted by the first user in an off-line state;
the first mobile phone bank acquires the mobile phone bank account information of the second user from the SIM card of the second user through the NFC connection between the first terminal and the second terminal where the second user is located according to the money receiving request;
the first mobile phone bank executes the money collection operation according to the mobile phone bank account information of the second user;
after the first mobile phone bank recovers the online state, the collection operation result is synchronized to the bank account background.

The method as claimed in claim 1, wherein the mobile banking account information of the second user is stored in the SIM card of the second user by binding the SIM card of the second user to the mobile banking account of the second user when the second user registers in the second mobile banking installed in the second terminal.

The method as claimed in claim 1, wherein the first mobile banking obtaining the mobile banking account information of the second user from the SIM card of the second user through the NFC connection between the first terminal and the second terminal where the second user is located according to the collection request comprises:

the first mobile phone bank executes the collection operation according to the mobile phone bank account information of the second user, and the collection operation comprises the following steps:
and the first mobile phone bank executes the collection operation when the available balance of the mobile phone bank account of the second user is not less than the collection amount.

when the first mobile phone bank registers the first user, the first mobile phone bank account information of the first user is stored in the SIM card of the first user by binding the SIM card of the first user to the mobile phone bank account of the first user.
