Finally, the present embodiment further sets up the equipment maintenance management unit in communication connection with the infrastructure equipment, and is configured to obtain maintenance and service data of the infrastructure equipment, so as to obtain the equipment maintenance information according to the maintenance and service data.
In the embodiment, because the acquired field operation information of the equipment comprises the man-hour data and the maintenance data, the intelligent prompt of maintenance can be realized; for example, the equipment has been operated 500 days before last maintenance, and the interval time of maintenance is 600 days, so the maintenance prompt information can be generated at the time of 600 days, so as to avoid the damage of the equipment due to untimely maintenance, thereby causing a large amount of maintenance cost.

Similarly, referring to fig. 1 and fig. 2, the device operation analysis unit is communicatively connected to the device operation management unit, and is configured to obtain operation output data of the infrastructure device according to the device field operation information, where the operation output data includes consumption of device output and/or work efficiency; through the design, the analysis of the productivity of the equipment can be realized according to the working output data of the equipment, so that the quantity and the type of the capital construction equipment in the construction project can be adjusted according to the analysis result, the maximum productivity is achieved, and the construction efficiency is improved.
In this embodiment, the consumption of the equipment output may be, but is not limited to, equal to fuel consumption + labor cost.
Therefore, through the detailed description of the equipment operation management unit, the method and the system can be convenient for managers to know the project condition through the entrance information by acquiring the entrance information of the capital construction equipment; the field operation information of the equipment can represent the equipment state of the infrastructure equipment, so that managers can know the operation condition of the project in real time according to the equipment state; meanwhile, the field operation information of the equipment comprises operation duration, so that maintenance and early warning of the infrastructure equipment can be realized, and a large amount of maintenance cost caused by equipment damage is avoided; in addition, through the maintenance and maintenance data of capital construction equipment, also can realize the real-time management and control of equipment state, discover equipment problem and maintenance condition in time, prevent equipment damage, further avoid a large amount of maintenance costs.
Referring to fig. 1 and fig. 2, the equipment post-management module is configured to obtain state information of the infrastructure equipment, classify the state of the infrastructure equipment according to the state information, and perform idle, allocation, retirement, or scrapping processing on the infrastructure equipment according to a state category corresponding to the infrastructure equipment, where the state category includes idle, allocation, scrapping, and retirement.
Therefore, the classification processing of the capital construction equipment can be realized through the equipment post-management module, namely, the capital construction equipment is divided into idle, allocation, scrapping and exit states, so that the capital construction equipment in different states and categories is correspondingly processed.
In this embodiment, the example device post-management module may include, but is not limited to: the system comprises an idle management unit, a call management unit, a field withdrawal management unit and a scrap management unit.

the depreciation amount of the month is (original value purchase-original value purchase 0.05)/depreciation month;
accumulating depreciation amount as depreciated amount of the month;
the net value is the original value purchased-the cumulative depreciation amount.
Therefore, the method can classify the state of the infrastructure equipment through the equipment post-stage module, and accordingly, corresponding post-stage management measures are taken based on the affiliated state category of the infrastructure equipment, and therefore the maximum utilization of the infrastructure equipment is achieved.
In addition, in this embodiment, the management system further includes: the equipment data analysis module is in communication connection with the equipment information management module, the equipment operation management module and the equipment post-management module, and is used for generating equipment life cycle analysis graphic data according to the equipment information, the working information and all data in the equipment post-management module; through the design, the image data can be used for analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of each device, so that managers can be guided to purchase the optimal devices, construction of capital construction projects is utilized, and construction cost is reduced.
Therefore, through the detailed description of the management system of the capital construction equipment, the equipment is comprehensively managed and controlled from the source, the operation and the later management of the equipment, and the tracking management of the whole life cycle of the equipment can be realized; the comprehensiveness, the rationality and the efficiency of control are improved; the analysis of the capital construction equipment can be realized by means of the control data of the full life cycle, so that the management personnel can know the project condition, guide the management personnel to purchase the optimal equipment and maintain the equipment in time, and the aim of reducing the cost by utilizing the operation data of the equipment is fulfilled.
In addition, in this embodiment, the management system may further use the blockchain node as a server, so as to transmit various device information in the management system to the blockchain node, thereby ensuring information security of the entire system by using the characteristic that blockchain data is not reproducible and counterfeitable.

the equipment information management module is used for inputting equipment information of capital equipment, wherein the capital equipment comprises purchase equipment, lease equipment and self-control equipment, and the equipment information comprises purchase information, lease information and self-control equipment manufacturing information;
the equipment operation management module is used for acquiring work information of the infrastructure equipment on a project construction site so as to monitor the infrastructure equipment in real time according to the work information, wherein the work information comprises equipment entrance information, equipment site operation information and equipment maintenance information;
the equipment post-management module is used for acquiring the state information of the infrastructure equipment, classifying the state of the infrastructure equipment according to the state information, and performing idling, allocation, field withdrawal or scrapping treatment on the infrastructure equipment according to the state type corresponding to the infrastructure equipment, wherein the state type comprises idling, allocation, scrapping and field withdrawal.
2. A management system for infrastructure equipment according to claim 1, wherein the equipment information management module comprises: the system comprises a purchase management unit, a lease management unit and a self-control equipment management unit;
the purchase management unit is in communication connection with the purchase contract management unit and is used for acquiring a purchase order and a purchase contract so as to obtain the purchase equipment and the purchase information according to the purchase order and the purchase contract;
the lease management unit is in communication connection with the lease contract management unit and is used for acquiring a lease contract so as to obtain the lease equipment and the lease information according to the lease contract;
the home-made equipment management unit is used for acquiring warehouse-out materials and processing information so as to obtain the home-made equipment and the manufacturing information of the home-made equipment according to the warehouse-out materials and the processing information, wherein the processing information comprises material cost and labor cost.

A management system for infrastructure equipment according to claim 2, wherein the equipment information management module further comprises: and the early warning prompting unit is in communication connection with the purchase management unit and the lease management unit and is used for generating an early warning prompt of equipment lease per-term payment and an early warning prompt of equipment purchase per-term payment according to the purchase contract and the lease contract.

the equipment maintenance management unit is in communication connection with the infrastructure equipment and is used for acquiring maintenance and service data of the infrastructure equipment so as to obtain the equipment maintenance information according to the maintenance and service data.
