Abstract
The invention discloses a clamp for detecting the bounce of a polished rod by taking the pitch diameter of a thread as a reference and a detection method thereof, wherein the clamp comprises a clamp body, a clamp head and a clamp head; a plurality of rollers are placed in a groove formed in the base and inserted into a plurality of shafts for connection, cushion blocks are placed on the rollers, two three-wire needles are flatly paved on the cushion blocks, and pressing blocks are arranged on the three-wire needles. The detection method comprises the following steps; 1) placing the two three pins on the cushion block in parallel, and then placing the bolt on the three pins to ensure that the three pins are just clamped at the middle diameter position of the thread profile of the bolt; 2) and detecting by matching with a dial indicator, contacting the axial highest point of the detection position by using the head of the dial indicator, rotating the bolt, measuring for a circle, namely detecting the jumping by taking the pitch diameter of the thread of the bolt as a reference, and determining the jumping detection result by reading the dial indicator. The bolt clamping device can efficiently and quickly complete bolt clamping, reduce human errors of operators, reduce the difficulty of manual operation of the operators and improve the detection efficiency.
