The side surface of the valve seat 140 adopts a double-inclined-surface structure, the valve seat 140 is matched with the valve plate sealing seat 260, and the double-inclined-surface structure is designed to ensure that when the valve seat 140 is deformed at low temperature, the side surface of the valve seat 140 is stressed by taper, so that the sealing effect is more compact and reliable than that of a single inclined surface of a common valve, the sealing leakage condition is reduced, and the safety quality of the valve is improved. The valve further comprises a gasket ring 400 arranged at the joint of the valve body 110 and the valve cover 220, wherein the gasket ring 400 is made of 5083 materials, and the tightness of the valve body 110 can be guaranteed by matching with the installation of the valve cover 220.
The maintenance mechanism of the triple offset butterfly valve further comprises a low temperature connection pipe 310 connected to the valve body 110, a packing 320 filled in the low temperature connection pipe 310 and a packing gland 330 connected to the low temperature connection pipe 310, and the design function is that the low temperature connection pipe 310 not only adopts the packing 320, but also adopts a graphite winding pad, so that the sealing performance of the valve is improved; and the joint of the low-temperature connecting pipe 310 and the body mechanism 100 is fastened by adopting a locking gasket and a bolt, so that leakage caused by loosening of the bolt in long-term use of the valve can be reduced, close fit and non-loosening of the valve bolt can be effectively ensured, the service life of the valve is prolonged, after-sale service is reduced, and the customer satisfaction is improved.
The working principle and the using process of the invention are as follows: when the valve is exposed inside, the valve cover 220 is firstly opened, then various maintenance mechanisms 200 parts are disassembled through the maintenance port 210, so that the aim of maintaining the valve is fulfilled, the self-positioning effect can be achieved due to the installation of the valve seat gasket 270 and the compensation gasket assembly 160 after maintenance, the valve seat 140 is in sealing connection with the valve plate sealing seat 260, the leakage condition after sealing is reduced, the structure is convenient to replace and maintain, and the reliable sealing performance can be guaranteed.
