Abstract
本申请提供一种植物靛蓝染牛仔面料抗氧化生产工艺,属于以采用特殊纱线原料为主要特征的针织、机织或经编织物或产品技术领域。将待处理牛仔面料置于抗氧化试剂中,所述抗氧化试剂中包含有抗氧化助剂,抗氧化助剂为水杨酸酯类、二苯甲酮类或是苯并***类中的任一种,抗氧化处理方法为:抗氧化助剂的浓度20‑30g/L、以后整理方式,二浸二轧,保持80%带液率,烘干。本案处理后的牛仔面料的抗氧化处理,可抑制氧气与染料发生反应,赋予面料良好的上染效果。
Description
技术领域
本申请涉及一种植物靛蓝染牛仔面料抗氧化生产工艺,属于以采用特殊纱线原料为主要特征的针织、机织或经编织物或产品技术领域。
背景技术
植物靛蓝染料作为一种取自于马蓝、蓼蓝、菘蓝等蓝草植物中,与工业合成靛蓝染料,在生产制备、染色方式、染色效果及功能性上有明显的区别。作为众多天然染料中唯一一只蓝色还原染料,较常规染料染色过程更为繁琐,主要经历三个过程(染料还原、隐色体上染、隐色体氧化)。靛蓝染色质量的好坏关键在于靛蓝染料是否能够充分还原成隐色体。
在生产实际中,织物经植物靛蓝还原染色,放置一段时间后,经常出现大面积的色花或是折痕处出现露白现象。有研究者提出这是由于靛蓝染料分子与单线态氧分子接触发生反应生成过氧阴离子自由基,过氧阴离子自由基等活性氧分子可破坏染料分子结构,使得织物出现褪色现象。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本申请提供一种植物靛蓝染牛仔面料抗氧化生产工艺,赋予牛仔面料抗氧化性能,抗氧化助剂具有抑制氧气与染料发生反应的特殊性能,应用在织物的预处理、染色或是后整理过程中,实现靛蓝染牛仔面料抗氧化处理。
具体地,本申请是通过以下方案实现的:
有鉴于此,本申请提供一种植物靛蓝染牛仔面料抗氧化生产工艺,赋予牛仔面料抗氧化性能,抗氧化助剂具有抑制氧气与染料发生反应的特殊性能,应用在织物的预处理、染色或是后整理过程中,实现靛蓝染牛仔面料抗氧化处理。
具体地,本申请是通过以下方案实现的:
一种植物靛蓝染牛仔面料抗氧化生产工艺,将待处理牛仔面料置于抗氧化试剂中,在抗氧化处理中,抗氧化试剂除抗氧化助剂外,还包括有表面活性剂、pH调节剂。抗氧化助剂分天然抗氧化物质和合成类化合物,而不同抗氧化助剂有其适用的表面活性剂和pH调节剂,因此,本申请从两种类型抗氧化助剂入手,结合植物靛蓝染料结构特性和具体生产工艺,分别详细阐释抗氧化助剂、表面活性剂和pH调节剂三者间的比例关系,以及内部联系机理。
第一种:天然抗氧化助剂
所述天然抗氧化助剂主体成分为天然鞣质、天然单宁和天然多酚化合物中的任一种,所占比例为20%-30%;辅之表面活性剂、pH调节剂,分别所占比例为10%-15%和5%-10%,余量为去离子水。
优选的:
所述表面活性剂为茶皂素、无患子提取物、茶果壳提取物中的任一种。基于所采用的天然抗氧化助剂均为从植物中提取纯化而来,以筛选合适的表面活性剂与之共溶,体现二者的相适应性和生态环保性,并利用表面活性剂的渗透、增溶、扩散性能,促进天然抗氧化物质在溶液中的分散。
天然抗氧化助剂如鞣质、单宁酸和茶多酚,需要在一定pH环境下与纤维、染料发生结合,发挥其抗氧化能力,降低织物出现光褪色的现象,适当的pH体系有助于维持天然抗氧化试剂的化学稳定性,因此本案的抗氧化助剂还配置有 pH调节剂,所述pH调节剂为碳酸钠/碳酸氢钠混合溶液、硫酸铵/碳酸氢钠混合溶液中的任一种。
为了靛蓝牛仔面料取得更好的抗氧化效果,本申请依据天然抗氧化助剂的结构特性,将抗氧化助剂应用分别应用在预处理、染色和后整理中,三者相互增强,共同作用。因此,应用该天然抗氧化助剂的工艺有三种:其一是上述天然抗氧化助剂作为预处理剂,将待染织物置于配制好的溶液中,升至一定温度,运行一段时间,取出染色;其二是天然抗氧化助剂置于靛蓝染液中,作为同浴染色助剂共同作用于织物;其三是天然抗氧化助剂作为后整理剂,靛蓝染色织物置于天然抗氧化助剂中,充分浸泡,二浸二轧,70℃烘干即可。
第二种:合成抗氧化试剂
所述合成抗氧化试剂主体成分为水杨酸酯类、苯并***类和二苯甲酮类中的任一种,所占比例为10%-15%;辅之合成表面活性剂、pH调节剂,分别所占比例为4%-9%和2%-6%,余量为去离子水。
作为优选的,所述表面活性剂为脂肪族聚氧乙烯醚(如脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚,缩写为AEO)、月桂酸钠和十二烷基苯磺酸钠(缩写为LAS)中的任一种,利用表面活性剂脂肪族聚氧乙烯醚等的非离子特性,使抗氧化物质能充分分散、溶解于溶液体系中。
所述pH调节剂为四乙基氢氧化铵/碳酸氢钠混合溶液、四丁基氢氧化铵/碳酸钠混合溶液中的任一种。由于合成抗氧化剂如水杨酸酯、苯并***和二苯甲酮类,需要在一定pH环境下与纤维、染料发生结合,发挥其抗氧化能力,降低织物出现光褪色的现象。此外,适当的pH体系有助于维持合成抗氧化试剂的化学稳定性。
应用该合成抗氧化助剂的工艺,一是充分水洗靛蓝牛仔织物,使其织物表面呈中性,不带盐、碱等电解杂质;二是预先配制合成抗氧化助剂溶液,将润湿后的织物浸入其中,二浸二轧,保持带液率80%,以20m/min-30m/min 速度通过120℃定型机;烘干后冷却出布。
具体实施方式
实施例1:天然抗氧化助剂
抗氧化试剂主要包括:
天然鞣质/茶多酚/天然单宁 20%
表面活性剂(茶皂素) 10%
pH调节剂(碳酸钠/碳酸氢钠) 5%
余量为去离子水
植物靛蓝牛仔面料基本性能指标:耐干摩擦牢度>3级,耐湿摩擦牢度>3 级,耐皂洗牢度>3级,耐日晒牢度>3级,无光褪色现象。
应用天然抗氧化助剂工艺,将抗氧化助剂应用于植物靛蓝牛仔面料的预处理、染色和后整理工艺中,共同作用。
(1)预先配制抗氧化助剂母液,按上述配方比例逐次加入,以天然茶多酚为抗氧化试剂为例进行方案的展开说明。
(2)取待染织物充分浸泡润湿后,置于溢流染色机,加入抗氧化试剂 5g/L-15g/L,以1℃/min升温至80℃,保温40min,排水,取出;
(3)将配好的天然抗氧化试剂以20g/L比例置于靛蓝染槽中,织物入染槽与靛蓝染液、抗氧化助剂共同作用,溢流染色60min后水洗出布,织物表面呈中性,不带盐、碱等杂质;
(4)预先配制天然抗氧化试剂,以30-50g/L的比例置于槽内,待织物充分润湿后,二浸二轧,保持带液率在80%,70℃烘干。
植物靛蓝牛仔织物经抗氧化处理后和未经处理对比见表1所示。

实施例2:合成抗氧化助剂
抗氧化试剂构成如表2所示,表2中不足部分以去离子水补足。

植物靛蓝牛仔面料基本性能指标:耐干摩擦牢度>3级,耐湿摩擦牢度>3 级,耐皂洗牢度>3级,耐日晒牢度>3级,无光褪色现象。
应用合成抗氧化助剂工艺,其步骤如下:
(1)充分水洗靛蓝牛仔织物,使织物表面呈中性,不带盐、碱等电解杂质;
(2)预先按照表2所示比例配制合成抗氧化试剂,将润湿后的织物浸入其中,二浸二轧,保持带液率80%,以20m/min-30m/min速度通过120℃定型机;
(3)烘干后冷却出布。
采用上述工艺对牛仔面料进行处理,表2中不同配置的抗氧化试剂对其抗氧化效果的影响主要体现在织物的染色牢度和光褪色方面,结合表2可以看出:
(1)采用相同表面活性剂和pH调节剂时,不同的抗氧化剂(对比表2中的序号1、2、3)赋予的抗氧化效果也不同,水杨酸酯有利于提高耐日晒牢度方面的特性,苯并***有利于提高织物耐皂洗色牢度方面的特性,二苯甲酮有利于提高织物光褪色方面的特性,综合效果则以水杨酸酯为较佳;随着浓度的提高(对比表2中的序号1、4、5),浓度对抗氧化剂在织物耐日晒色牢度和光褪色方面的提高较为显著。
(2)采用相同抗氧化剂和pH调节剂时,不同的表面活性剂(对比表2中的序号9、10、11)的效果也不同,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚有利于提高织物耐日晒色牢度方面的特性,月桂酸钠有利于提高织物耐方面的特性,十二烷基苯磺酸钠有利于提高织物耐皂洗色牢度方面的特性,综合效果则以脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚为较佳;随着浓度的提高(参见表2中的序号6与8以及3与13的对比),浓度对表面活性剂在织物耐日晒和耐皂洗色牢度方面的提高较为显著。
(3)采用相同抗氧化剂和表面活性剂时,不同的pH调节剂(对比表2中的序号12、13)的效果也不同,四乙基氢氧化铵与碳酸氢钠的混合溶液有利于提高织物耐皂洗色牢度方面的特性,四丁基氢氧化铵与碳酸钠的混合溶液侧重织物耐日晒色牢度方面特性的提高,结合效果则以四乙基氢氧化铵与碳酸钠混合溶液较佳;随着浓度的提高(参见表2中的序号14、15与16的对比,以及 17与18的对比),浓度对表面活性剂在织物耐日晒色牢度和光氧化褪色方面的提高较为显著。
以序号8的配比(优选案例)作为抗氧化试剂处理时,植物靛蓝牛仔织物经抗氧化处理后和未经处理对比见表3所示。

对比例1:常规织物靛蓝染色
常规植物靛蓝牛仔面料处理工艺:
待染织物充分润湿置于染色机体内,运转10至15分钟,添加2g/L保险粉, 1.5g/L烧碱,使得染浴及织物呈碱性环境,易于染料的吸附上染;
植物靛蓝染液的预还原:将植物靛蓝粉末、保险粉、氢氧化钠按1:1.25:1 的比例,以1:50的浴比加清水充分混合溶解,使其溶液呈黄绿色,pH值在11-12 之间,待用;
植物靛蓝的上染:以母液20%的浓度取染液置于染色机的副缸中,循环回流加入。每20分钟回流至副缸,测pH值,加保险粉1.25g/L,烧碱1g/L,共3 次后排液水洗;
植物靛蓝染色织物的水洗:进清水溢流水洗10-15min——排液,进清水水洗,入双氧水1.5g/L——一道清水洗——80℃热水洗30min——进清水水洗,醋酸1.5g/L——进清水水洗,除氧酶1.5g/L——两道清水洗——烘干出布。

Claims (10)
1.一种牛仔面料抗氧化生产工艺,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
步骤一,染色后牛仔面料充分水洗至中性不带电解杂质;
步骤二,将润湿后的织物浸入抗氧化试剂,二浸二轧,并保持轧液后带液率为60-80%,以20-30m/min车速通过定型机;
步骤三,烘干,冷却出布,
所述抗氧化试剂中包含有抗氧化助剂和水,抗氧化助剂为水杨酸酯类、二苯甲酮类或苯并***类中的任一种,抗氧化助剂浓度为10-15%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种牛仔面料抗氧化生产工艺,其特征在于:所述抗氧化试剂中还包含有表面活性剂,表面活性剂在抗氧化试剂中的浓度为4-9%,表面活性剂为脂肪族聚氧乙烯醚、月桂酸钠和十二烷基苯磺酸钠中的任一种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种牛仔面料抗氧化生产工艺,其特征在于:所述抗氧化试剂中还包含有pH调节剂,pH调节剂在抗氧化试剂中的浓度为2-6%,pH调节剂为四乙基氢氧化铵/碳酸氢钠混合溶液、四丁基氢氧化铵/碳酸钠混合溶液中的任一种。
4.一种牛仔面料抗氧化生产工艺,其特征在于:所述抗氧化试剂中包含有抗氧化助剂,抗氧化助剂为天然鞣质、天然单宁、天然多酚中的任一种,抗氧化助剂浓度为20-30%;
抗氧化试剂的抗氧化生产工艺包括以下三种方式:
方式一,所述抗氧化试剂用于预处理,将待处理牛仔面料置于抗氧化试剂中处理后,进入染色工序;
方式二,所述抗氧化试剂加入到靛蓝染料中进行同浴染色;
方式三,所述抗氧化试剂用于后整理,将染色后的牛仔面料置于抗氧化试剂中充分浸泡,二浸二轧,并保持轧液后带液率为60-80%,最后烘干即可。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种植物靛蓝染牛仔面料抗氧化生产工艺,其特征在于:所述天然鞣质为五倍子提取物中的鞣质,天然单宁为石榴皮提取物中的单宁酸,天然多酚为茶叶提取得到的多酚。
6.根据权利要求4所述的一种植物靛蓝染牛仔面料抗氧化生产工艺,其特征在于:所述抗氧化处理中还包括有表面活性剂,表面活性剂为茶皂素、无患子提取物、茶果壳提取物中的任一种,天然表面活性剂浓度为10%-15%。
7.根据权利要求4所述的一种植物靛蓝染牛仔面料抗氧化生产工艺,其特征在于:所述抗氧化试剂中还包括有pH调节剂, pH调节剂浓度为5%-10%。
8.根据权利要求7所述的一种植物靛蓝染牛仔面料抗氧化生产工艺,其特征在于:所述pH调节剂为碳酸钠/碳酸氢钠混合溶液、硫酸铵/碳酸氢钠混合溶液中的任一种。
9.一种抗氧化试剂,包括抗氧化助剂、表面活性剂和pH调节剂,其特征在于:所述抗氧化助剂浓度为20-30%,表面活性剂浓度为10%-15%,pH调节剂浓度为5%-10%,余量为水;所述抗氧化助剂为五倍子提取物中的鞣质、石榴皮提取物中的单宁酸、茶叶提取得到的多酚中的任一种,表面活性剂为茶皂素、无患子提取物、茶果壳提取物中的任一种,pH调节剂为碳酸钠/碳酸氢钠混合溶液、硫酸铵/碳酸氢钠混合溶液中的任一种。
10.一种抗氧化试剂,包括抗氧化助剂、表面活性剂和pH调节剂,其特征在于:所述抗氧化助剂浓度为10-15%,表面活性剂浓度为4%-9%,pH调节剂浓度为2%-6%,余量为水;所述抗氧化助剂为水杨酸酯类、二苯甲酮类或苯并***类中的任一种,表面活性剂为脂肪族聚氧乙烯醚、月桂酸钠和十二烷基苯磺酸钠中的任一种,pH调节剂为四乙基氢氧化铵/碳酸氢钠混合溶液、四丁基氢氧化铵/碳酸钠混合溶液中的任一种。
