Description

Sitting type rehabilitation physiotherapy instrument
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of medical equipment, in particular to a sitting type rehabilitation physiotherapy instrument.
Background
Prostate disease is a common frequently encountered disease in men, accounting for almost 60% of urology surgery, and 70% of people aged 50 have the disease in varying degrees. Prostate diseases include prostatitis, prostatic hyperplasia, prostatic calculus, prostate cancer, prostatic calculus and prostatic cyst etc. The incidence of prostatitis is the highest, prostate hyperplasia is the second, and prostate cancer is in the terminal position. Chronic prostatitis is a common disease and a frequently encountered disease in adult men, and 30 to 34 percent of men over 30 years old suffer from the chronic prostatitis, and the chronic prostatitis tends to be younger in recent years. Due to long-term congestion of glands, low gland tubule and gland functions and the like, symptoms such as frequent micturition, odynuria, urinary stranguria, lower abdominal distention, lumbosacral bone radiation pain, perineum discomfort and the like can appear, and a series of problems such as sexual dysfunction, even sterility and the like can be caused seriously. Because the cause of chronic prostatitis is complex, the recurrence rate is high, and most prostatitis patients are difficult to be effectively treated by medicines, so that most patients need to carry out long-term rehabilitation treatment by a safe and effective physical therapy mode.
Therefore, in the treatment process of patients suffering from diseases such as chronic prostatitis, physical rehabilitation therapy is usually carried out by warm water hip bath or hot compress thermotherapy under the suggestion of doctors, so that the perineum part and the hepatic door part are at a local relatively high temperature to promote blood circulation and metabolism around the prostate, and the prostate disease achieves the purpose of accelerating rehabilitation therapy.
The traditional hip bath method needs to immerse the anus, the perineum and the scrotum into hot water, and the normal working temperature of the testis is generally about 35 ℃, which is lower than the body surface temperature. The mode is difficult to control the temperature of water, and the hot water hip bath for a long time is easy to cause local overheating of the testis, thereby causing serious influence on the sperm production capability of the testis and normal hormone secretion; it can even lead to fibrosis of the testicular interstitial cells, loss of seminiferous production by the seminiferous tubules, resulting in atrophy of the testis, thereby losing the ability to produce seminiferous and testosterone. Therefore, the above method is not suitable for men with birth control and men with certain requirements for sexual function.
With the development of society and the advancement of technology, besides the above methods, more and more physiotherapy apparatuses are now used for rehabilitation of prostate diseases. At present, two types of prostate treatment equipment are mainly available on the market, one type is a medical prostate treatment instrument, and the other type is a household prostate treatment instrument. The treatment mode of the medical prostate therapeutic apparatus mainly adopts rectal microwave, rectal ultrasonic and other modes for interventional treatment, and the physiotherapy equipment is mainly applied to various hospitals or rehabilitation physiotherapy centers. During the treatment process, a patient needs to lie on his side, and a professional physician enters a treatment probe into the rectum through the anus of the patient to treat the prostate, the treatment mode is complicated to operate, the requirement on the use environment is high, and if the sterile operation is improper, inflammatory infection can be aggravated. In addition, in the treatment process of the probe entering the rectum, if the operation is not proper, the risk of trauma such as burning, scalding and the like to a certain degree is caused to the part of the inner wall of the rectum, so that the potential safety hazard is large, the patient is generally not easy to accept, and the treatment cost of the patient is greatly increased due to the fact that the patient needs to go to a hospital for treatment for many times, and the popularization is not easy.
And domestic type prostate physiotherapy equipment adopts peripheral hardware red/blue light irradiation lamp, peripheral hardware microwave probe or peripheral hardware ultrasonic transducer etc. directly to shine the mode of human perineum department and treat, the benefit of adopting this kind of mode has just avoided some drawbacks of above-mentioned rectum intervention treatment mode, wherein, red/blue light is in the treatment process, can produce the photochemistry effect to the organism, can pass skin, directly make muscle, subcutaneous tissue etc. produce the heat effect, change the cell structure, accelerate local blood circulation and metabolism, accelerate the recovery that promotes the disease. Microwave therapy or ultrasonic therapy is also based on the principle of biological heat therapy, but the problem that the scrotum is irradiated in the process of treating diseases such as chronic prostate diseases and the like by adopting the mode also needs to be avoided, if the scrotum close to the perineum is easily exposed to heat sources such as red and blue light, microwaves or ultrasonic waves due to improper use of the instrument, the testicle and the seminiferous tubule of the testicle are damaged and diseased, so that seminiferous dysfunction and testosterone hormone secretion are caused, and the fertility and the sexual function of a patient are influenced.
It can be seen that in the existing instruments for male prostate rehabilitation therapy, no matter hot compress or red and blue light, microwave or medical and household ultrasonic treatment modes are adopted, the risk of testicle overheating damage exists, and the effective protection of scrotum and testicle is lacked. For example: 1. the invention discloses a Chinese patent with publication number CN102429766A and publication number 2012.05.02, and the patent name of the Chinese patent is a cushion. 2. The Chinese patent with publication number CN103405303A and publication number 2013.11.27 discloses a health-care cushion. 3. The publication number is CN 2462891Y, the publication number is 2001.12.05, and the patent name is hemorrhoid prostate comprehensive therapeutic apparatus. 4. Chinese utility model patent publication No. CN202844081U, publication No. 2013.04.03, entitled bidet. 5. The patent publication No. CN104055617B, published as 2016.06.24 of the Chinese invention patent, is named as a prostate thermotherapy pad.
The above patents with publication numbers CN102429766A, CN103405303A and CN 2462891Y are similar to the present invention, and all of them are sitting physiotherapy instruments. However, in the related art or products mainly disclosed in the above three patents, at least the following problems still exist, the first: the internal heating and refrigerating structure process of the first two patent products is complex, the manufacturing difficulty is high, the internal structure is easily damaged by pressing in the using process, the yield and the service life are low, and the popularization is difficult. Secondly, set up the cold compress region in two above-mentioned patents, its purpose is mainly used for cooling down and/or cold compress protection to the scrotum region, can prevent the testicle high temperature, causes the problem of testicle scald. However, in the patent product with the structure, the testicle still has the risk of being scalded during the use process. The main reason is that the above products (cushions) are mainly used in office or office chair environments, and users usually wear trousers to directly sit on the cushions, however, due to the limitation of the use environment (such as the restriction of the trousers), the scrotum is difficult to be accurately placed in a cold compress area and is easy to move to a hot compress area, and due to the fact that the human body wears the trousers, the internal space of the trousers is narrow and small, the heat dissipation is difficult, the trousers are insensitive to the change of the external temperature environment, and the risk of overheating of the scrotum and the testis is easy to increase. Meanwhile, if the user is concentrating on driving or concentrating on work, the user is likely to fail to make a quick response, so that the scrotum is in an excessively high temperature environment for a long time, and thus, the chronic scald on the scrotum and the testis is easily caused, and the health of the male is affected. The patent publication No. CN 2462891Y is not provided with any scrotum protection structure, and the scrotum is more easily damaged.
Of course, even if there is no influence of trousers or the like attached to the clothes, the above-mentioned patent products also have a risk of burning the scrotum by the thermal treatment region. For example, a scrotum support designed in a prostate thermotherapy pad of publication No. CN104055617B and a hot water isolation device designed in a bidet of publication No. CN 202844081U. The user can not receive the influence of attachments such as trousers when using above-mentioned two kinds of products treatments, has all set up corresponding scrotum in the above-mentioned patent product and has held up the structure, and its purpose is held up the scrotum and is kept apart from the thermotherapy district, avoids the scrotum to drop and be close to or with the contact of heat source treatment district to carry out thermal-insulated protection to the scrotum, but it still has the risk that scrotum testicle was scalded. The main reasons are: the main parts for heat treatment of the prostate are the perineum, the anus and the surrounding areas of the human body, but the perineum is very close to the scrotum, and after the scrotum and the testis are stimulated by external environment, such as in a cold environment, the emotion of a user changes, or after the influence of other external factors, the morphological and position of the scrotum and the testis also can change greatly. Specifically, if receive the cold environment influence after, scrotum and testicle can lift the shrink voluntarily, scrotum and testicle also can wholly contract with the self-insulation protection to scrotum root, and the scrotum after the shrink can leave original safe region (be promptly scrotum cold compress district or scrotum in above-mentioned patent and hold up the structure), locate to the perineum and be close, can impel the testicle to the internal (abdominal cavity position) embedding even, be close to the prostate position more, after this condition takes place, also cause scrotum and testicle very easily to be scalded by the heat source in thermotherapy district, cause the damage of scrotum and testicle.
In addition, in the above products with heat insulation protection of scrotum, there is also a risk of testicles being crushed and damaged. Specifically, because scrotum and testicle link together with being close to thigh inboard position with human buttockss below, so when the user in the use, the scrotum can be pressed from both sides passively between human and scrotum heat insulating part or scrotum hold up the structure, if the user exerts oneself a little this moment, the testicle then can receive the extrusion that the structure was held up to health and scrotum, and long-time extrusion also can influence the blood microcirculation in the testicle, takes place the inflammation even, causes the damage of testicle. Secondly, if the user only puts the scrotum on the heat insulation or scrotum support structure lightly, the supposing that the force is very small will not cause the testicle to be squeezed, but at this time, there is a risk that the scrotum and the testicle will be burned by the heat treatment region after being separated from the heat insulation protection region due to the above-mentioned factors.
Therefore, most of the existing relevant prostate physiotherapy products can carry out physical therapy on diseases such as chronic prostatitis, but the problem of safely and effectively protecting important parts of the body such as scrotum, testis and the like while adopting physical therapy is not deeply considered. Meanwhile, the existing prostate therapeutic apparatus also has the problems of low use comfort level of the product, inconvenient use and storage, single style, high cost and the like.

Fourth embodiment
The structure of this embodiment may be the same as that of the first embodiment or the second embodiment, except that the treatment method used must include ultrasonic treatment. And as an improved scheme, when using ultrasonic wave to perform therapy, because the ultrasonic wave therapy in a single direction has poor therapeutic effect, the perineum treatment area of the embodiment is designed with an ultrasonic treatment probe which can rotate, swing or move according to a preset speed, the ultrasonic treatment probe can be driven by a driving motor and rotate at a certain speed and a certain angle according to a preset program, or swing at a certain amplitude, or reciprocate in a certain direction (front-back and left-right directions), so that the ultrasonic wave can form more effective sound wave irradiation on the focal tissues and the surrounding area thereof, and the therapeutic effect of the affected part is improved. The driving motor can be controlled by a main controller in the shell structure according to a preset program. The control principle of the ultrasonic probe is not inventive, and reference can be made to patent document publication numbers: CN 102525596 a, patent name: an ultrasound acquisition and therapy control system and a method of acquiring images thereof.
The reason for this is that attenuation, refraction and reflection occur during the transmission of ultrasonic waves between different substances. When the physical therapy is carried out on the internal organs of a human body by ultrasonic waves, the sound waves emitted by the ultrasonic waves from the probe firstly enter human tissues through the couplant, and the ultrasonic waves are refracted by the sound waves to different degrees when passing through tissue substances with different acoustic impedances, so that more and more complete sound waves can reach a focus tissue area for effective therapy. Therefore, the probe of the invention can be designed into a rotary ultrasonic probe which can rotate along the central axis of the probe, or a movable ultrasonic probe which can swing within a certain range or reciprocate in a certain direction. The periodic frequency, amplitude, distance and the like of the rotation, swing or movement of the probe can be designed according to actual needs, which is not the innovative point of the invention and will not be further described here. Therefore, during the use process, since the ultrasonic probe can periodically and regularly (rotate, swing or move) in a certain range (for example, the opening 2 of the shell structure 1 in the schematic view of fig. 12), the incident angle of the sound wave is changed to a certain extent, so that the focal tissue in the same area can absorb more sound waves within the same treatment time, and thus, a better treatment effect can be obtained.
In addition, the therapeutic apparatus is a sitting type therapeutic apparatus (only limited to ultrasonic therapy). When in use, a user needs to sit on the instrument for a long time to carry out rehabilitation physiotherapy. When a user sits on the instrument, a treatment part (particularly a treatment area, such as a probe) of the instrument is bound to be subjected to a large downward pressure (gravity) when the human body sits, so that the contact surface and the contact pressure between the ultrasonic probe and the skin in contact with the human body are increased, the couplant is extruded outwards from the surface of the probe in a large amount, and the air gap between the probe and the skin is bound to be increased due to the large reduction of the couplant. In addition, even if the amplitude of the probe is small during the rotation, movement or swing, the couplant can be extruded and overflowed, and a certain air gap can be generated. The generated air gaps can affect the effective conduction of sound waves, so that the sound waves cannot accurately and sufficiently reach the focus area, and the treatment effect is finally reduced. Therefore, in the present invention, referring to fig. 12, in order to improve the reliability and stability of the ultrasonic therapy, a sound wave conduction protection structure should be designed on the outer ring of the ultrasonic probe, and the sound wave conduction protection structure includes: and the closed annular bulge structure 4 is arranged on the outer ring (outer edge) of the ultrasonic probe 3, the closed annular bulge structure 4 is arranged in the opening 2 of the shell structure 1, the top of the closed annular bulge structure 4 is higher than the upper end surface of the ultrasonic probe 3, and the bottom of the closed annular bulge structure is jointed with the outer ring (outer edge) of the ultrasonic probe so as to form a containing space with the ultrasonic probe 3, wherein the containing space is used for containing the coupling agent and keeping the coupling agent from overflowing. The closed annular convex structure can limit the contact distance between the ultrasonic probe and the skin contacted with the human body, thereby limiting the contact pressure between the ultrasonic probe and the skin. The closed annular convex structure 4 can be made of polymer materials such as rubber or silica gel, and the closed annular convex structure 4 should have certain rigidity so as to prevent the skin (hip) from excessively pressing the height of the closed annular convex structure 4 and not play a role in preventing the couplant material from overflowing.
Referring to fig. 13, in this way, during the treatment process, the problem of the couplant (see the gray area surrounded by the closed annular convex structure 4 in fig. 13) overflowing due to the contact pressure of the ultrasonic probe 3 and the skin (i.e. the perineum area) and the movement of the probe during the operation can be avoided, and the treatment effect of applying the ultrasonic probe to the sitting type treatment instrument for treating the corresponding diseases is greatly improved. Wherein, the height difference between the upper end surface of the closed annular convex structure 4 and the end surface of the ultrasonic probe can be set between 1 mm and 6mm, and is preferably set between 2 mm and 3 mm. In addition, the upper end surface of the closed annular convex structure 4 is of an arc transition structure, so that a user can feel more comfortable after sitting on the chair without pain.
In the invention, the working frequency of the ultrasonic wave can be generally set to be 1.59-3.5MHz, the power is set to be 3.0W-6.5W, and the ultrasonic wave can be adjusted according to the requirements of specific application scenes. The ultrasonic probe can be arranged in a circular structure or other structures which are adaptive to the perineum of the human body. When in use, a proper amount of couplant can be directly smeared at the perineum of a human body or other skin parts contacted with the probe. The coupling agent can be common medical coupling agent commonly used in the market, and can also be used together with traditional Chinese medicine coupling agent with the effects of disinfection or promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis, and the like, so that the treatment effect is improved.
Finally, the invention also designs the application of the sitting type rehabilitation physiotherapy instrument in the rehabilitation physiotherapy of prostate diseases, anorectal diseases or gynecological diseases, and the sitting type rehabilitation physiotherapy instrument in the four embodiments can be used.
The above description is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and the protection scope of the present invention is not limited to the above embodiments, and all technical solutions belonging to the idea of the present invention belong to the protection scope of the present invention. It should be noted that modifications and embellishments within the scope of the invention may occur to those skilled in the art without departing from the principle of the invention, and are considered to be within the scope of the invention.
