Claims (7)

1. A capacitance type low-noise stepless speed change cook machine is characterized by comprising a base, a machine head, a circuit control board, a capacitance element, a power switch, a motor, a speed regulator, a stepless speed change device, a gear driving device, a stirring piece and a dough kneading pot, wherein the circuit control board is arranged at the lower part of the base, the capacitance element is arranged on the circuit control board, the machine head is movably connected to the upper part of the base, the lower end of the machine head is connected with the upper end shaft of the base, the stepless speed change device is arranged at the front part in the machine head, the motor is connected to the transverse direction at the rear side of the stepless speed change device, the gear driving device is connected to the vertical direction at the front side of the stepless speed change device, the lower end of the gear driving device penetrates through the machine head to be detachably connected with the stirring piece, a circular inner groove is formed in the base, the dough kneading pot which can be taken out is arranged on the circular inner groove, the stirring piece extends into the kneading pot, the speed regulator is arranged in the middle of the base, the power switch is arranged below the speed regulator on the base, the circuit control board is electrically connected with the capacitance element, the speed regulator, the power switch and the motor, and the motor is started through the connection of the capacitance element;
the stepless speed change device comprises a fixing frame, a baffle, a first transmission wheel, a second transmission wheel, a triangular transmission belt, a transmission shaft, oblique teeth, a movable handle and a speed regulating wheel, wherein the baffle is fixedly arranged on one side of the fixing frame, the first transmission wheel and the second transmission wheel are respectively arranged on the upper part and the lower part between the fixing frame and the baffle, the triangular transmission belt is sleeved between the first transmission wheel and the second transmission wheel in a connecting way, the first transmission wheel is fixedly connected with an output shaft of a motor, the transmission shaft is fixedly arranged in the center of the second transmission wheel in a penetrating way, the two ends of the transmission shaft are arranged on the fixing frame and the baffle in a sliding connection way, the oblique teeth are arranged at the end part of the transmission shaft, which is positioned outside the baffle, of the fixing frame, which is positioned on one side of the first transmission wheel, the fixing frame is positioned above and below the movable handle, and is provided with a limiting strip, one end of the movable handle is provided with the speed regulating wheel, the speed regulating wheel and the triangular conveying belt are tightly abutted to control the transmission ratio between the first transmission wheel and the second transmission wheel;
the first driving wheel and the second driving wheel are both composed of two conical wheel discs which are mutually sleeved and can move, and first springs are arranged between the conical wheel discs on one side of the baffle and the baffle so as to drive the conical wheel discs on one sides of the first driving wheel and the second driving wheel to realize telescopic movement; when the speed regulating wheel is abutted against the triangular conveying belt and is close to the first driving wheel, the transmission ratio between the first driving wheel and the second driving wheel is increased, and the rotating speed output by the second driving wheel is reduced; when the speed regulating wheel is tightly abutted against the triangular conveying belt and is far away from the first driving wheel, the transmission ratio between the first driving wheel and the second driving wheel is reduced, and the rotating speed output by the second driving wheel is increased.
2. The capacitive type low-noise stepless speed change cook machine as claimed in claim 1, wherein ball bearings are tightly arranged at both ends of the transmission shaft, and the ball bearings are correspondingly arranged on the fixed frame and the baffle plate respectively.

The capacitive low-noise stepless speed change cook machine according to claim 1, wherein the gear driving device comprises a rotary table, a first gear, a second gear, a reversing gear plate, a connecting shaft and a connecting rod, the first gear is arranged in the center of the rotary table, the reversing gear plate is fixedly connected to the upper side of the first gear through the connecting shaft, the reversing gear plate is meshed with helical teeth and connected to the rotary table, the second gear is arranged on the rotary table, the second gear is meshed with the first gear and connected to the first gear, the connecting rod is arranged at the lower end of the rotary table, and the upper end of the connecting rod penetrates through the rotary table and is fixedly connected to the second gear.

The capacitive low-noise stepless speed change cook machine according to claim 3, wherein a hanging lock portion is arranged at the lower end of the connecting rod, a second spring is sleeved on the connecting rod between the hanging lock portion and the bottom surface of the rotating disc, and the hanging lock portion is detachably connected with the stirring piece.

The capacitive low-noise stepless speed change chef machine as claimed in claim 1, wherein the speed regulator comprises a speed regulator body, a knob and a hexagonal washer, wherein a stud to be externally threaded is arranged at one end of the speed regulator body, the hexagonal washer is arranged on the stud, and the knob is inserted into the stud through the hexagonal washer so as to be rotatably connected with the speed regulator body.

The capacitive low-noise stepless speed change cook machine as claimed in claim 1, wherein an unlocking handle is provided on the upper portion of the base, and one end of the unlocking handle is tightly abutted and locked with the side surface of the machine head to realize the opening and closing of the machine head.
7. The capacitive type low-noise stepless speed change cook machine as claimed in claim 1, wherein a bottom cover is provided at the bottom of the base, and a cover is provided at the top of the machine head.
