The baked food cooling device capable of recycling waste heat for food processing is characterized by comprising a cooling box (1), wherein an inlet (2) is arranged below one side of the cooling box (1), a bamboo mat base plate (3) is arranged below the cooling box (1) and on the bottom surface of the inlet (2), a bottom cavity (4) is arranged between the bottom of the bamboo mat base plate (3) and the bottom in the cooling box (1), a rotating mechanism is arranged in the bottom cavity (4) and on one side far away from the inlet (2), the top surface of the rotating mechanism is higher than the top surface of the bamboo mat base plate (3), a honeycomb plate (5) is transversely arranged on the upper portion in the cooling box (1), a resin convex mirror (6) is arranged on the top of the honeycomb plate (5), a plurality of exhaust holes (7) are arranged on the resin convex mirror (6), a plurality of air outlet ports (8) are arranged on the top of the cooling box (1) and on one side far away from the inlet (2), air outlet port (8) are last to be connected with exhaust pipe one (9), exhaust pipe two (10) and exhaust pipe three (11) respectively, exhaust pipe one (9), exhaust pipe two (10) and the outer end of exhaust pipe three (11) all is connected with gas holder (12).

The baked food cooling device capable of recycling waste heat for food processing according to claim 1, wherein the honeycomb plate (5) is composed of a plurality of honeycomb blocks (13), wherein sponges (14) are embedded between any honeycomb blocks (13), hollow through holes (15) are formed in the middle of each honeycomb block (13), and the through holes (15) are used for communicating the lower part and the upper part of the cooling box (1).

The baked food cooling device capable of recovering waste heat for food processing as claimed in claim 1, wherein the surface of the resin convex mirror (6) is formed by filtering and processing metal powder, the first exhaust pipe (9), the second exhaust pipe (10) and the third exhaust pipe (11) are stainless pipes, the inner walls of the first exhaust pipe (9), the second exhaust pipe (10) and the third exhaust pipe (11) are coated with insulating coating, and the outer walls of the first exhaust pipe (9), the second exhaust pipe (10) and the third exhaust pipe (11) are coated with insulating coating.
